The AI can not understand special orders, I.e. "No Ketchup." How is a system that is flawed on all special orders helpful. At the first window, the crew member could not communicate due to a language barrier. The second window staff could communicate politely; however, she seemed overwhelmed. All receipts are a special request, and delay the drive through.
