It hurts me to leave a bad review but I'm doing so in the hopes the owner/manager sees this and does something about it. Over the last year or so, Cousins has started "skimping" on either the chicken or beef that they put into their salads. I mean, c'mon, I'd rather have them charge more than insult their customers with such a small portion. BTW, love their dressing, but won't be ordering salads anymore. read more

The special Pizza is the best there is !!! We love the crisp crust and loaded with lots of goodies! Great sauce really tops it off! Service is friendly and prompt t , always a smile! Edible, but not very good. Too greasy and sauce was too acidic. Have tables inside, but they put everything in takeout containers/boxes and don't offer napkins, so it's almost that they don't want you to stay. read more

We have been getting pizza, subs, and salads there since 1994. We loved it! Now, it has changed and not in a good way. Last Thursday, I ordered a Greek Salad with Shrimp. There were 2 peppers in it (a strip cut into 2 pieces), 2 tiny cubed tomatoes and 4 tiny diced cucumbers. The shrimp was good, but they need to put at least 1 more piece in. The Syrian pocket was stale. They seem to be cutting corners. It is sad because it was the best in town. read more

I tried on different occasions to give this place a shot but never again. Try one (several months ago) my food was left outside...no doorbell ring, I reviewed my camera and the person left it and walked away. Obviously I wouldn't instruct a driver to do that as this was a summer month and there are live critters running about in my town. Today they delivered a pizza that would murder my arteries, my daughter ate one slice and even a 9 year old said it was too greasy. This pizza was so greasy it soaked through the paper. We're regulars, but getting really frustrated with their lack of attention to the order and may not be regulars for much longer. Sauce on the side, nope. Caesar dressing instead of italian, nope. The requests clearly on the copy of the receipt. so just lack of care. See the picture for last night's Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo, with a single piece of tiny broccoli in the entire dinner. I moved away from this location, and its been so hard to find a good Pizza place. Cousins has great pizza! so we drive all the way from our new place to pick up from here. Even the left overs next day in the toaster oven are the best, we had dinner again the next night lol. Best takeout pizza place in Mansfield! My favorite is the chicken parm calzone, sooooo good. I also love the steak kabob dinner, it comes with so much food! Ordered 2 cheese slices (Ok from sitting there since forever), 2 roni slices (had to wait, burnt) and and eggplant sub for my pregnant wife that nearly made her throw up it was leaking oil so bad. Their other menu items are also of great quality but are on par with comparable take out shops. The food is pretty good I liked their steak and cheese. I ordered a steak and cheese with cooked onions and ketchup and mayo. I got in the car and split the sandwich in half and I seen a thin piece of hair with sauce on it hanging from the bottom. I know mistakes happen but I walked in and showed the lady the sandwich and told her there's a hair in my sub. She asked me if I would like another I told her mentally I can't eat anything anymore. She turned to the other woman and said that doesn't look like hair. Then they both mentioned they didn't even walk in the back that day. Couldn't have been hair. Instead of trying to discredit the customer who enjoyed the steak and cheese and have ordered often just admit to the mistake or say nothing at all. There is a pizza place every seven feet in Mansfield. This one is worth a taste. As others have said, the pizza is a bit greasy. The outer crust was thin and crispy, but the crust overall was kind of floppy, which I actually like. I was shocked to find out they have an online order option. It's a nice thing for us telephobes.
