Vegetarian wrap, add eggplant.
Lily S.

This is the best, by I mean best I mean absolute best local deli. I would drive two hours to get this wrap if I had to. Thankfully when I work from home I don't! The eggplant that I add in the wrap is nice, hot, and fresh. Then you have the olives, cucumbers, lettuce, avacado hummus. Perfection. Staff are always extremely nice, store is impeccably clean. They have take home options for a steal to warm up for the family - from pastas, to lasagnas, to steak, to soups, to salads, EVERYTHING. An absolute must try.

Close to Xfinity center and perfect for tailgating- we placed an order. 1. They offer 3 sides: cole slaw, potato salad or chips. I went cole slaw and their flavor was spot on for how I like my cole slaw (I know there are varying degrees of cole slaw.) It was slightly drenched in sauce and an equal balance of vinegar and mustard but it's chopped. I don't like that. 2. I ordered the caprese. I looked at the menu ahead of time and packed balsamic for the tailgating part. If I get a caprese- you better believe I want balsamic not just oil! Also, for the size I think it's overpriced. It was ok. 3. If you're from RI- it's a Gregg's flavored pickle. That's the best way I know how to describe it. Sweet. I want a Clausen with a sandwich. Just my preference. My husband ordered the Godfather. He commented that he wanted more meat, less bread.

Brought my staff here on a trip and they were all extremely happy. This place is rock solid! Bullet proof approach. Welcoming, well staffed, efficient and delicious! Inside is fast paced and standing room only. There are outdoor picnic style seats available. Private parking lot available. The food is supreme. Fresh ingredients and carbs. Local options available that are a niche market. It's hometown place that makes good!! Highest recommendation. Bon appetite!

Fabulous! No spots to eat inside but there's a few picnic tables outside. The 4 of us really enjoyed our sandwiches and the pickles are made fresh in house. GREAT SERVICE too!

An outstanding deli ! This is a local gem with fantastic sandwiches prepared to a high standard. The fixings are of this highest quality and come with a pickle and side. We had the potato salad which was excellent. Our family had the roast beef sandwich and meatball subs, all were great ! There are also deli containers of Meand pans of take out items in the freezer. Chips are available on the rack. There are both regular and alcoholic beverages. You'll love the freshly baked cookies too ! Consider ordering ahead as the store is small inside, and there is a large number of orders at mealtimes. Parking is in the rear. During the COVID era, the number of customers waiting inside is limited, and they may ask you to wait outside at the tables for a page that your order is ready. This is the best sandwich location locally! We will return, Jim

Chicken Parm Sandwich

Was alright. Was a very busy store, waited for around 15 minutes for them to make it, and meanwhile a lot of people came in, I guess pre order is the way to do it here. The portion size is really solid, bigger than most sandwiches in the area. Was not as tasty as other chicken parms in the area. Would come back if my favorite sandwich places were closed. Want to try it again but can't say I'll ever do it. Friendly staff, nice environment, not very great sandwich. Maybe their sliced deli meat might be better, not the chicken.

Honey Maple Turkey

Local deli service up delicious Boar's Head sandwiches. I love the honey maple turkey & cheddar sub. Sandwiches are served with a pickle & choice of macaroni salad, potato salad coleslaw or double up on pickle like me. Small interior with coolers filled with drinks, chips, and some specially items. Large back parking lot with three picnic tables set up (& inca mini for kids).

Oh my god. This is the deli of my dreams. The only downside is they're only close to my office and not my home.

Who knew a great Jewish deli in Pawtucket!…read more Came in and had 2 apps, and then I had the Pastrami on sourdough. Apps where great and my sandwich was great. Super cool old school diner inside. Our server really explained the menu well, and you get pickles & cole slaw instead of bread! Very cool!!

Come for the décor, stay because your food hasn't arrived yet…read moreAfter seeing WhatDidYouEatTodaySir hype up Marvin's Delicatessen, I figured it was worth the ride down from the Boston area. I love a good deli. Unfortunately, this wasn't just disappointing--it was borderline comical. Let's start with the good: the place looks fantastic. Clean, modern, really well done. If Yelp rated based on interior design alone, this place is pushing 5 stars. Now... the rest. First clue something was off--the dining room felt like a walk-in freezer. Not exaggerating: every single table had people eating in their coats. At some point you have to look around and think, "maybe we turn the heat up before someone orders a side of frostbite." Then came the wait. And the wait. And the wait. Close to an hour for deli sandwiches. During that time, I had a clear view of the kitchen, which turned into dinner and a show. Plates were coming back nonstop--wrong bread, wrong orders, total confusion. It was like watching a live-action blooper reel. Eventually, our food arrives... and of course, it's wrong. Back it goes. No big deal--mistakes happen. Round two: soup comes out with vegetables after my wife clearly explained she has an allergy. The waitress caught it (thankfully), and back it goes again. What finally came out can only be described as "chicken soup in spirit." It tasted like someone waved a bouillon cube over hot water and called it a day. No seasoning, no substance, and I'm pretty sure the "chicken" made a brief guest appearance and left. Her sandwich? Also wrong--and somehow included onions and mystery vegetables. So that was basically game over. I ordered the 50/50 (pastrami and corned beef). I say "ordered," but identifying what actually showed up was a bit of a guessing game. The meat was dry--painfully dry. The pastrami (I think?) had the texture of kindling wood and looked like it had been sliced by someone who just discovered what a knife is. Tough, stringy, and completely lacking that juicy, melt-in-your-mouth quality you expect from a deli. The waitress seemed nice enough but didn't really know the menu, and the kitchen was clearly in full chaos mode. One guy--who I assume was the owner or manager--was running around like a man trying to put out ten fires with a squirt gun. At some point, we just started laughing. Not because it was good--because it was so bad it crossed into "you can't make this up" territory. Maybe I'm spoiled coming from the North Shore, where delis take pride in their corned beef and pastrami. But if you're going to call yourself a delicatessen, you've got to at least get the basics right. This place has the look, but none of the execution. I wouldn't go back. I wouldn't recommend it. And next time I'll just stay north of the border where the sandwiches actually show up correctly--and edible.

The restaurant has some indoor seating and you can see them work in your order. I also liked the local choices for drinks and chips that are available. The grilled stacker is huge and could feed two people. You get a lot of value compared to Boston's Sam Lagrassa's for comparable quality and taste. The combination of the pastrami, corned beef, Swiss, coleslaw and Russian dressing is perfect. You'll need to figure out how to tackle this sandwich! The meat is so tender and melts in your mouth. There's a half circle bar top area as well as a few tabletops, allowing either eat in or takeout options. Food was pricey, but was justified by the amount and quality of the sandwiches. Of note, some sandwiches are available as 1/2 portions so look for those on the menu if you aren't that hungry or plan to bring some home. It's deli meats so can be salty for some, but they also come with a wide variety of other toppings. Staff were very friendly.
