I ordered pizza and subs on 10/31/25 and my order was over. $50. My pizza was terrible. I moved to Taunton 4 years ago and couldn't find a good pizza till Brothers. All my orders have been great. But last night myou pizza was tiny ( I ordered a large) my subs were also smalls (again ordered larges), my pizzas very over cooked and I ordered a large with extra sausage and pepperoni and I only got about 10 pieces of pepperoni (i counted them) and NO sausage. I was so embarrassed since I raved about the pizza my guests only had 1 piece of pizza and I was left with the rest. All I can say is thank God they made it wrong!!!! read more

This is not a pretty pie, but the flavors are ok. The texture and look of the cheese resembles something that has burned, but it's not. Apparently it's a new oven that doesn't cook entirely evenly. I give them a two star because of the delivery driver. I had ordered a pizza from them online to be delivered to my house. I paid by card and upon delivery the driver begged me for a tip which I had no cash for him and already took care of that when I placed my order. I felt uncomfortable and literally had to search my house for coins and cash to give to him while he waited on the porch. I will not be ordering from this establishment last I checked, tipping twice was crazy. It's 2023 and not everyone carries cash and also tipping is recommended but not an obligation. read more

Love this place. Literally haven't gotten one bad meal from here. I order different things all the time and everything is always cooked as requested and never disappointed. Stick with another pizza place. I waited 1 hour and 50 mins for my food that hadn't come. I called at an hour and 15 mins and was told the delivery was just leaving with my food. 35 mins later food had still not arrived. I called back and was given the same speech. A man came on the phone telling me 10 more mins they are busy. I said that's what I was told 35 mins ago no I want to cancel my order and get a refund. The man was very rude and said fine you get refund and hung up on me. I get they are busy, but two hours for food is absurd. No apologies no compensation offered. Maybe if I had received one of those two I would be more inclined to keep my order. Now at 8 30 at now door dash is getting my business and I am about to eat. So much for dinner. Ultimate Chicken Parm sub is our favorite. I do have to ask them to specialize my Greek salad. Adding peppers and olives holding the carrots. Carrots don't belong on a Greek salad. Food is always good. You should be brave and try something different. You'll love it. read more

Although the food here is good, the service and friendliness of the staff is awful. I have attempted to order delivery from them (they deliver 11am-9:30pm according to their menu I have) multiple times and have always been told that they are not doing delivery anymore for that day. I've lived in Raynham all of my life and have eaten at Brothers Pizza many many times. The pizza and subs here are very good. One of the best in the area for sure. I have to say over the years it has certainly gone downhill. I agree with a previous review below, I have called on different days at different times and sometimes there is no delivery, or we don't know where the delivery guy is, or no more orders we're closed even though the menu says they are still open for another hour or two. The person answering the phone (including the owner) is typically rude, or just simply sounds like they do not want to be there or take your order. Because the food is still very good and at a reasonable price (reasonable) I will give 2 out of 5 stars. Years ago, this place was a 5 star pizza joint. ***EDIT*** And. . . The pizza delivery guy just showed up with no change. Change to 1 star. I'm not ordering from here anymore. read more

As a local, this is our go to spot for pizza. I have always loved their pizza, it has remained consistent over the years. It always has the right amount of cheese and the sauce isn't overpowering. They have the best grilled chicken salads, always fresh and the house dressing is great. The chicken is marinated, probably just in Italian dressing, but it's good. I have never had a bad experience here and would highly recommend trying it out. Plenty of options on the menu as well. read more

This was by far the worst customer service i have ever rec'd. they got our order wrong then sent someone back to bring the correct order and she was extremely rude. we then called to speak to the manager who was even ruder then she was. he not only justified her rudeness but said what are we complaining about we got 15.00 worth of free food.. i dont care why i call someone and tell them my order is wrong they should still show up with a smile and the correct order cause had it been right in the first place they wouldnt have had to come back.. we order from them quite frequently but i can garantee we wont be ordering from them again.. read more

Zero stars. I ordered two sandwiches at 6:04. I was told 20 minutes. I got there at 6:25 and chose two bags of chips off the rack. The girl forgot to ring up the chips. I noticed a sign for kale soup. I asked to add a bowl of soup when she rang up the chips. I stood there for 10 minutes. People walking in behind me got their food and left. A customer came in and got an immediate apology to for the delay. I got no apology. At 6:35, I asked the girl if she could check when my order will be ready. The person in the back said he did not know. I asked why he didn't know, I called it in at 6:04. I had a difficult week. I just wanted to get dinner and go home. This aggravated me. I know there is an explanation. I was not offered one. Just let me know the truth. "I don't know" is not acceptable. I do expect to call in an order and have it done in the promised time. I told the girl I am not upset with her and I apologized. The manager never came out to talk to me. He came out several times to peek at me and disappear. I got more upset each customer that walked in behind me just to walk out with food. I deserved an explanation. The manager didn't care. I saved no time ordering take-out, and that is the point of take-out food. The girl behind the register was nice and the manager could have been more helpful since this was his fault. They lost a lot more than just my occasional sandwich or pizza order. We have a lot of out of town visitors at work. They always ask advice on where to go for lunch and dinner. Brother Pizza was always on the list. They are removed. They also lost the large work orders we gave them for 10 or more pizzas several times per year. Maybe they are new owners. Maybe they were overwhelmed. I don't know, but they did not handle it well. I was fine until he said he did not know when my food would be ready. Mine was not the first sandwich he ever made; he knows how long it will take. After 6:40 I heard the grill start to sizzle and my sandwich was piping hot when I got it. That tells me they sat on my order not only for 35 minutes, but 15 of those minutes I was standing at the register asking the girl when it would be ready. At one point the girl mentioned someone came in earlier with a big list of orders they need by 7:30. Why couldn't they tell me this instead of "I don't know" when I started asking? I am a reasonable person. All I wanted to know was when the food I ordered at 6:04 and paid for at 6:26 would be ready. When my food was done at 6:48, the manager never said a word to me; he just threw my food at me. This was a good opportunity to save any future business by saying I am so sorry for the delay but we got a really big order and it put us behind. I hope to see you again but he said nothing. I took my order, walked out and threw it away in fear he spit in it. I went across the street and ordered 2 large Greek salads and a bar pizza and those were ready in 12 minutes.
