The Original Bar Pizza. If you are not familiar with bar pizza, it is a specific style of pizza and not juts a pizza you get from a bar. Case in point, this location does not have a bar. This style of pizza is local to New England. If you have never tried "real" bar pizza then it is definitely worth trying. They do have other locations around the area too. Now, lets talk about our experience. They service, was simple, it was good. They were able to accommodate our special requests for pizza that we shared. It was good! :) Toppings had good coverage edge to edge, the sauce was not sweet, which we like, and the crust was somewhat thin and crispy. No thin like a Brooklyn pizza though. I did take notice that that ham was cubed and not diced. I really like that too. For me, the crust could have cooked for another couple of minutes. Next time I will ask for it "well done". My wife had gone to the Brockton location a few weeks back and wanted to share her experience with me, so we sent to this location as it was most convenient . My wife loves it. I had a slice of the pizza driving home which was fine but not special or exciting and I was hungry while driving. In the pandemic, trying new places for takeout has been a goal. After seeing Cape Cod Pizza on Phantom Gourmet, we decided to grab some bar pizzas. The staff is extremely friendly and were thankful for business during this difficult time. Bar pizzas are the main featured item here with a variety of selections. We chose the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo and the Cheeseburger pizzas. The Cheeseburger pizza won hands down. The cheeses melt into the hamburger and it is topped with lettuce and tomato. While you are there, grab a frozen pizza to go - either cheese or pepperoni and are only $6. I hear they are great on a grill! This is a little hole in the wall pizza shop in Raynham you might think is only for the locals. So how did we find it? On our way back from RI on 495 North, this little joint has signs before we got to the exit. It's a quarter miles down on the left in a small strip mall, also housing The Cake Diva. Megan, spelled the simple way, greeted us with a smile never wavering as we couldn't make up or minds for their unique selection of 10 or 16 inch pizzas. We settle on the smaller, half chili, half pepperoni. Fifteen minutes later, hot and delicious with a truly different taste. The chili side was outstanding... Pepperoni were the larger round size covering almost the entire slice. Filling and tasty. The only criticism was allot of grease residue which made the crust soften. All in all, an excellent experience. Go next door to the cake shop and see what wonderful creations June Messier has dreamed up. The carrot cake is outstanding and dense. read more

It's a take out pizza joint with tables to wait or to eat if you want. There is window, rather than table, service. The non-pizza offering was salad. We split a "large greek" salad which met only the mimimum requirements to qualify for that name. They may make great pizza though. (Not by 5-10 minutes, I've waited multiple times for 20-30 minutes after taking my payment and giving me a 45 Minute window of food will be ready time. Recently ordered a Greek salad with steak tips (by the way was $22). Was quoted 30 mins. Went to pick it up at 40 minutes, they told Me it wouldn't be ready for another 10-15 minutes. So now 30 minutes has turned into 50-55. Things happen I understand. I asked why it's so long no answer . I love the pizza, I will drive to another location from now on. The online menu does not match the menu inside the restaurant and there was less to offer inside the restaurant. When I went in to order takeout, I tried to order soup (which I saw on the menu online) and the employee looked at me like I had five heads and was very rude rather than accommodating. I ended just going with a cold, turkey club sandwich that was supposed to come with chips and a pickle. I waited almost 30 minutes on a very slow day for one cold sandwich that came with no pickle. The other customers in their were freaks that wore a Halloween face mask and the other constantly burping as if it was normal to do in public with no 'excuse me'. My dad is a trucker and was having a hard day because his load shifted. He had to park and wait for someone to come pick up his load. While he was waiting someone from this location took him a pizza and bottle of water! The pizza was delicious & it warms my heart knowing there's kind people out there watching out for him. I was familiar with Cape Cod Cafe from their other locations in Bridgewater and Brockton, my wife is a big fan, so we decided to try out the new location in Raynham. We were a little on the disappointed side, to be perfectly honest. The restaurant was relatively clean and tidy, but the service was a little slower than I would have liked. It was not particularly busy while we were there. The food was tasty, but did not compare to the quality of the other Cape Cod Cafe locations. I couldn't exactly pin down exactly what it was, other than it just wasn't the same. If you are looking for a decent pizza, you will find one here. But I would not recommend going in expecting the exact same experience you may have had at one of their other locations. read more

I have been going to the Cape Cod Cafe for years. I've visited the Raynham establishment a number of times and it's kind of hit or miss. I went there this past Friday October 8th at 3:00 in the afternoon and picked up a couple pizzas and they were absolutely delicious. Reminded me of the old days. Not sure if it's a different pizza cook oh what happened, but the Cape Cod Cafe should look into it and make sure their pizzas are made that way from now on. Five stars read more

This is the ideal pizza place for a gambling addict as you will never find a more inconsistent takeout experience. On a good night, you've got about 60% odds that this is the best bar pizza- that term will come up again- you've ever had. But really, how many good nights can any given place have? Now factor in about 70% odds that you will actually receive what you ordered. That's a generous estimate and I've been here a lot. This branch has the potential to rival its Brockton roots but honestly that potential is typically squandered. The quality is there, the expertise is there, but the staff is simply not interested in delivering it. Most times your pizza or calzone will be scorched to oblivion, and, I really can't overemphasize- you will get the wrong order. Check everything before you drive away, you will have wrong items, missing items, and, my favorite as we experienced tonight, OLD items that someone failed to pickup. Credit where it's due; when they get it right? Man, it is good. But they don't. The kicker? For bar pizza, even GOOD bar pizza that is correct to your order? This is HYSTERICALLY expensive. We've never had issues with their wings or salads, but again, for the price, maybe your slam-dunk shouldn't be items virtually impossible to screw up. Everything changes ! Cape cod was always the best, unfortunately that is just a memory. Ordered one everything pizza my wife was getting it on the way home (live 2 towns away) when I opened the box I was shocked that it wasn't cooked at all in the middle the edges were ok but the middle was Raw completely uncooked, raw pepper, onions, bacon etc,etc. So I drove all the way back and when I walked in the female at the counter said "oh is this about the buffalo chicken pizza ?" Ah no I replied (so clearly the are messing up a lot !) this caught me off guard she then called over a man (supposed to be the manager but wouldn't give me his name) and he immediately raised his voice and told me "No its an everything pizza thats how they come" I questioned Him with they always have raw bacon ??? the conversation went down hill from there cause I am pissed I had to drive all the way there for a refund ($16 + after tax for a small pizza is a joke !) He yelled at me and I told Him How I felt and what he should do to himself LOL.
