Been a customer off and on over the past several years. Many food items are consistently good including chicken fingers, pizza and salad with grilled chicken or steak tips. Royal gives quality ingredients. You will eat a little healthier at this place than other takeout establishments. read more

Horrible ! We ordered 2 simple meals to be delivered. We live literally 5 minutes away . Called in the order at 6:13pm. 7 pm had to call and ask where our food was , I was told that the driver had come in and grabbed our meal and should be there in a few minutes. 25 minutes later I call again and was told they would check with the manager to give us a credit . Driver was called instead . food delivered ....chicken fingers so over cooked the meat was literally dehydrated and beyond bland. All our fries were stone cold and the fish and mozzarella stix were disgusting . no one should ever have to wait almost two hours and then get a disgusting meal. Probably the worst sub I've ever had in my life. It reminded me of like straight-up lunch lady school food. But worse. Out of town and came based on reviews and convenience. It surpassed our expectations. Couldn't get pizza by the slice at this point in the evening but got a small pie and it was perfect Got two salads and they were HUGE! They even came with pita. The chicken in our salad tasted so good. Their house dressing was so delicious. Decor was very unusual and a lot of fun items to look at. Probably great for younger kids. So inconsistent with pizza cheese! I have ordered xtra cheese pizza from here before and it was cheesy as it should be but in the past I've received pizza with hardly any cheese on it and was still charged for the extra cheese. Even one time I got what was clearly a reheated pizza that was sitting there probably for slice sales . So today when I received my all sauce no cheese pizza for $24.85 I called them to ask why . Why does this keep happening and I was told by the manager that they don't weigh the cheese they just throw on what that person feels is enough. Well when I heard that I was speechless and just had to end the call and I'll be taking my pizza business elsewhere and I have lots of pizza worthy events at my home. The manager just said so what . I feel like I wouldn't typically write a review for a pizza shop, BUT Royal Pizza really is that good. I've lived in the area forever and just hadn't ever thought to try it. In the beginning of COVID, I wanted to support whatever local / small biz I could. I tried Royal and LOVED THE Grecian. I also got homemade dough balls, which they sell for like $1.25 each...and they're made with organic ingredients! I make cast iron pizza often, and every time I do, I get their dough. It's so good! Tonight I tried the cheeseburger pizza and it really is amazing. YUM. I'll continue to support this place! read more

Why 1 star...My wife and I have used to go here at least once or twice a week for takeout. So we DID like it at one point like it. We have tried it numerous times and have been completely disappointed 2 out of the last 3 times. The customer service has also sunk like a rock over the last few months. I think they must of hired a few new younger kids that are extremely unprofessional. Most of them refuse to wear face coverings and place them under there chin. The the last 2 out of 3 times we went there they messed up our order leaving us to drive back to get stuff they forgot to put place in the bag. I simply called about our missing fries the girl on the other end replied with "SOOOO....what are we supposed to do" very sarcastically. When I went back for the fries, "I was asked what do you want" (Guy I was just there, maybe you forgot something in my order) from the young "big hair" guy working the counter. I simply said my fries that were supposed to be in my order. The look in his eyes looked like I gave him a simple math problem (complete confusion). It must of been the young lady that was on the phone chimed up and stated "yea...he said we forgot his fries or something so they are there", the young kid, big hair, basically took them and tossed them to me. No apologies NOTHING. That's bad customer service in so many ways. The fries were cold BTW. Mind you we were going here like 2 or 3 times a week, that's a great way to treat your regulars. I called spoke to the owner but he seemed genuinely disinterested in hearing my complaint. We stopped going for a while and decided to try it again. It was alright sauce was different. The last time I dealt with some really crappy customer service, same young crew no surprise and the food was horrible. Salad was all core and white. Now what the hell happened to this place not sure. I always use to have long conversations with 1 of the brothers, longer hair one. He seemed to love the business and had pride in it, loved that. The other shorter hair one was ahhh ok, but you could tell worked hard, not as much of a people person. It surprise me that your place has taken a deep dive but hopefully this review will get your attention and fix your issues, if you care. (again you lost a customer that was a regular 8-10x month). For the younger workers that have such a piss poor attitude, do your self a favor and grow up. What did they tell us when I was younger? Go down to your local recruiter and "get a hair cut". You have no clue what a hard life and no reason to have such a crappy attitude. Think back to the 80's and early 90's, before genetically modified/engineered food was in 80% of the products you see in the grocery store, back to when food actually tasted like food. That is the kind of experience you can expect at Royal Pizza. My wife, children, and I have visited Royal Pizza twice now (I am writing this from within the restaurant) and we have been very happy both times. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly and you can tell they care about the quality of their food. Royal Pizza is two towns away from my home but it's well worth the drive. Other eateries will need to up their game if they want my business again. read more

Was getting my car fixed across the street and wandered over to the plaza where Royal is located. The workers were polite, funny, & good-spirited. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken sub lightly toasted & light cheese. It was made to perfection. The bread was toasted just enough & there was the perfect amount of cheese, as well as a good amount of chicken and it tasted amazing. The prices were standard, if not cheaper than expected. Better-than-expected pizzas in Trump-world, Massachusetts. Strolled down 44 on the recommendation of a mechanic while waiting for a repair at one of the half-mile of car dealerships. Pretty good call, and a pretty hefty pizza. Ordered the All-American (basically the usual combination of meats and veggies) on the 10-inch small crust. Pizza emerged a bit heavier than expected (just shy of Pizza Hut's "pan" crust in thickness, and definitely unfoldable). It was difficult to lift each slice (despite having ordered the small) due to a puddle of pizza juices as well as a tendency for the toppings to slide off en bloc when manipulated. No worries; use a fork and knife. Crust was slightly sweet, and maintained its crunch all the way to the end. Supposedly the house dressing is to kill for; will have to try it next time. Free entertainment to be had at Royal Pizza in listening to the bake staff replay their epic Friday nights fighting bottles of flavored vodka. Good on them to combat their hangovers with Royal calzones, which also looked terrific. As a further bonus, the proto-Greek decor in the seating area is certainly out of place. With the array of plastic dinosaurs, it may be possible for socially lubricated staff to put on some puppet shows? read more

My wife and I ordered a large all American special pizza from royal pizza. It was absolutely the best pan pizza we have ever had.There were plenty of toppings which were extremely delicious and the pizza was cooked perfectly. We also tried their baklava which was absolutely incredible. The only negative thing I can say is that the staff is not very personable but well worth dealing with for the quality of their food. Royal has very tasty pizza join fare. I recommend the cheeseburger pizza or any salad with their house dressing. However, they struggle during heavy business time like a Friday night. To get an order for 2 adults and 2 children takes over an hour and a half. coworkers of mine put me on to this spot. they all order from there pretty much every other week so i figured eh why not, i forgot my lunch so ill try it. the steak salad was recommended to me, so that's what i ordered. the salad was about $9, topped with small steak tips, mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and olives. the salad was a good size for the price. very filling. each salad comes with your choice of dressing and a homemade pita bread. the pita was a thick slice, one of the freshest ive had in a while. the kicker is the house dressing, which you can buy in a bottle at the restaurant to take home. i cant describe the dressing really, all i can say is its addicting and delish! its a little creamy, but also similar to a honey mustard dressing. i wish i could post the ingredients lol anyway this place is a must try. i haven't had anything else but the salad was good enough and well deserving of a review. i keep saying im going to try something else but the damn dressing pulls me in and gets me salad. anyway good spot, decent prices, decent variety. quick delivery, try it out! read more

If it was possible to rate this place with zero stars...I would! I ordered a steak tip salad and the steak tips were ice cold!! When I called to tell them, they basically said "oh well!" I live in Quincy but I work in Raynham, so finding a place with good buffalo pizza can be difficult. I ordered a large buffalo pizza with half chicken/mushroom and half mushroom and curly fries. To my amaze the pizza was actually good! Ive tried about 3 pizza places around Raynham and none of them has had any kick in their buffalo sauce. The family was looking for a new place to order from so we decided to stay local. We ordered from Royal about 3-4 times. The food was goid but delivery always seem to take a little over an hour (tolerable). However, most recently we ordered from them and it took 1hr 30min to receive our food, unacceptable. The food was cold and had to be heated up. I called and the owner wasn't working, so I spoke to the manager. He did offer a discount or refund. He then explained that it was a busy night with only a couple of drivers (maybe it's time for more drivers)...definitely time to find somewhere else.
