Crust was always cooked and never doughy. It was also at least twice as thick. I miss the previous owners, their hospitality and food. It's too bad they were there for 20+ yrs and wish them the best of their retirement. Based on my experience I'm assuming the new young couple owners never worked in the food industry before.
