First of all their pizza is atrocious, the dough is so thin you can see through it and it is inedible the next day as it is like cardboard, so if you don't eat the whole thing while it's hot just forget about it. I just recently ordered a sub after a hard day at work as I didn't feel like cooking, it was "supposed" to be a steak bomb with a few raw condiments on it as POT, what I got was a regular steak and cheese, no mushrooms onions or green peppers, so I was a bit miserable with my husband as he was the one that picked it up, so anyway the next day he went back to Napoli's and showed them what they had cooked for me as even though I was miserable I still ate half of it because of being hungry, they did make a new one for him and it STILL was not a steak bomb, no mushroom, no onion or green pepper, without the POT either! I will never order from them again and I suggest you do NOT EITHER!!! read more

This is probably the worst fisherman's platter I had in my life. The strips tasted frozen, you get a shrimp skewer, and a very dry overcooked piece of fish. The best thing about the meal was the fries. They did communicate well so I would say the service was good. This platter is definitely not worth the price and I hate giving bad reviews read more

Ordered the chicken cutlet over spaghetti with marinara and cheese, and it far exceeded my expectations! Handbreaded crispy cutlet, tasty homemade marinara, great flavor on the cheese melted over the dish and a huge portion and garlic bread on the side to boot. Unfortunately not good. I figured I'd try it out after getting a menu in the mail ordering the turkey blt panini with fries. The only thing I ate was the fries. The menu indicated it came with cheese but it did not and also lettuce which I didn't see and realized the white stuff in the panini was the actually the lettuce; it also had tomato on it but that wasn't indicated on the menu. Lots of bacon but the turkey was deli meat and not good deli turkey. The sandwich was barely heated to qualify as a panini. At least the delivery driver was super friendly and adorable...he liked the neighbor's chickens that were visiting my driveway. Delivery was prompt especially with being able to enjoy the French fries which often don't travel well. read more

I have been a loyal customer since 2017 when I moved to the area. The pizza is excellent, my go to when entertaining guests. The subs are great, especially the tuna sub. The delivery is usually excellent with regards to speed, and the prices are fair to the market. My only cautions are to the buffalo wings.. i have given multiple chances to this item, and they stand their ground with lack of quality. Overall, best pizza place in the area.. far exceeds Supreme Pizza. read more

I haven't tried many of their other offerings and the ones I have tried were fine, but the pizza is our mainstay. Having come from Somerville where you could find numerous farm-to-table artisan pizzas, there is something to be said about just having a good old fashioned greasy pie. Pretty good pizza, lousy salad, and truly awful customer service! Napoli was our first choice pizza delivery for a month or two when we first moved to the area, and their pizza is definitely a little better than the average place, but it always took at least an hour to show up. The last time we ordered from them, it took closer to an hour and a half... and when I called to check up on my order, instead of an explanation and cursory apology, they hung up on me. I called back, and the person who answered said my food was on it's way. Thirty minutes later, it shows up cold. It's possible that they're just a little disorganized, and they certainly could have improved some things since we last ordered, but there are simply too many pizza places in the area to call a spot with such bad service. read more

Been here 3 times and all 3 were over the Top Great! The women who take the phone orders are extremely nice on the phone. We Tried the Pizza and was Happy with it, and the Gluten Free was pretty good too. My favorite dish is the Chicken stir fry. Last time I ordered it the order came with fries instead of Rice ( my mistake ordering) but they said No problem and gave me both Fries and Rice, No extra charge, I thought that was pretty nice of them as it clearly was my error. The menu is huge so I told her what I was looking for. She pretty much snarled at me. I took a menu to read and she still has not offered to help me. Every summer we host a large outdoor function, pizza party. This year we were lucky enough to order the pizza from Napoli's. It was fantastic. It's been a few years since Whitman's had great Italian style pizza. We have missed it. Not one complaint.... A few folks even asking where it was from.
