I don't recommend this place due to a complete lack of accountability and poor customer service. I placed an order through their website using the Slice app and received a confirmation text saying it would be ready at 6:08 PM. Since the location was only about 6 minutes away, I left at 6:00. I initially went to the Brockton location, but they didn't have my order. I immediately called the Whitman location (the correct one linked in my confirmation), and the owner/manager told me they didn't have my order either and suggested it might be at the Brockton location--which I had already confirmed wasn't the case. After checking again, I called back, and he said they would "look into the Slice app" since they hadn't received the order and would start making it, with a 30-minute wait. By then, I had already been waiting about an hour. When I arrived, I was told they hadn't even started cooking my food. The manager said it would be another 20 minutes and made a dismissive comment about possibly making my order sooner if they finished someone else's first. There was no apology, no accountability--just attitude. After waiting even longer, I finally got my food, only to have the owner try to blame me for going to the wrong location, even though I had contacted the correct one right away and was told the order wasn't there. He then claimed the Slice app "doesn't work properly" and that I should call instead. I later contacted Slice, and they told me the owner reported that I went to the wrong location and they couldn't accommodate me--which is not true. If the Slice app doesn't work, why use it at all? This experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and handled very unprofessionally. I won't be returning or recommending this place. read more

THE GOOD: Food is always delicious. THE BAD: Customer service is atrocious. I mean it. I have lived nearby my entire life and there are zero standards to work here. Mainly younger folk that have zero managerial guidance. The food is also extremely overpriced. The owners / managers are way too friendly with customers and don't focus enough on the final product being consumed. The red onion on the Texas barbecue chicken pizza was very fresh and flavorful. The supreme pizza I devoured, to be honest I barely chewed it , I'm a savage, it tasted so good. Alright, so, I ordered a chicken parmasean calzone... But what came out was not a calzone by any definition of the word, it was a fluffy dough base COVERED in delicious pizza goop and then layered with a thiccc blanket of stringy cheese. This wasnt a calzone, it came out lookin like a delectable deflated football of cheese bread, but the cheese hid the giant chunks of chicken and diced innerds awaiting us. Every time we order from supreme it's always delicious, our go to is usually the cheeseburger sub, Italian sup or one of their pizzas with a side of curly fries. I ordered here by mistake. Meant to order from a different supreme pizza. But I thought maybe it was a good mistake let's find out. Ordered a large steak, supreme sub, and a large chicken stirfry sub. Both tasted decent, but we're very dry. Also, both subs are supposed to have cheese on them and neither had cheese. I do know you can always call but what's the point after being home and ready to eat? To call and drive 25 min round trip again? So if I could I guess 2 1/2 stars but it doesn't let you do halves and it's definitely not three stars because two separate items on the menu weren't made with the advertised ingredients and then what was made wasn't all that great. Yummy. I purchased 3 subs 2 steak and cheese and an Italian sub. To go to Florida. I couldn't have my favorite meal not available. This place continues to have great pizza and service! I come fairly regularly and they know my order and my name. One of the managers (I think?) always says hello and is friendly. I've been going here for 19 years now and is always my favorite. Today I just needed it and got three small pizzas all of a different creation. My road was closed down and not only the girl on the phone was super nice and helpful but the delivery man had to park elsewhere and walk to my house in the heat. This is a great pizza and sub shop in Whitman's town center. I've done pick-up and delivery, and I've eaten here with my kids, and I've always been happy with the service. Tried to order a chicken parm sub and was informed Supreme just flat out doesn't carry mozzarella?? I don't understand how that's possible at a pizza place. Have to say that almost everytime I call I usually hear "sorry this number is busy" after I call 3 times and when they do answer just try to rush you off the phone and get your order asap (do you guys share one company phone for all your call in orders??) I have held off from this but now it's a common occurrence. The food here is great ...never a problem with food ......the problem lies in the staff.. here is a simple break down Called in order for 1 pizza and mozzarella sticks was told 30 minutes. I told them I'll be in in 45 minutes they said great.... I get there to pick up my order an hour later and was told to wait 15 more minutes. At this point I'm irate bc I gave them am extra 30 minutes from when they told me it would be ready ......then I saw a pizza get put in the oven that looked like what I ordered so naturally I ask is that my pizza just getting put in the oven and then they got the manager just to find out it was my pizza getting put in the oven an hour after I have ordered...... Now the reason I am extremely upset is because after the manager tells me that it is my pizza that just got put in the oven he then proceeded to tell me that they have no mozzarella sticks now had my food been done on time I still would have had no mozzarella sticks and they didn't even bother to call me back which I am a regular there and let me know so i would have been waiting for another appetizer At this point I wanted to just walk away and go somewhere else but was so hungry that we still just took the pizza now the manager did not offer any sort of discount or any sort of free appetizer for all of this trouble he just said sorry we were busy sorry we were busy and told me all he could do was deliver my pizza to my address when it came out the oven for free....... Now if I ever made that much of a mistake forgot somebody's order and forget to tell them that something they ordered we ran out of I would have done a little more to help keep a customer considering I am a regular and their food is good now here is the reason I am writing this review I know everybody has a bad day but this is the third time this has happened on the same exact order so unfortunately I will not be returning to supreme pizza ever again I hope this helps and I really hope they can do better with timely management of the orders read more

This is the second time I've been there in the past month and a half. for $21 I found a large cheese pizza to be small, greasy and lacking in flavor. A garden salad which looked half-size for something that cost $6.80. It was enough to feed a five-year-old. I got home annoyed and frustrated. The only thing I can say is the people working at the counter and or the staff are fairly pleasant and the new interior is quite pleasing. Other than that there are many other places to get pizza and sandwiches for a better value and better food. I'm a fat kid who likes to spend money on food. Just started coming here a few months ago and I wish I had found it sooner. Haven't tried the pizza yet, but the sandwiches and calzones (BBQ chicken and chicken parm in particular) are superb! Ratio of dough-to-filling is perfect. LOVE the crispy onion rings and the curly fries are a good touch. Can't remember the last sub shop I went to that had curly fries. Service is outstanding as well. Very friendly and there's always someone there making sure you've been taken care of. Don't miss this place when you're in town. read more
