Food was yummy! Service was good & it's cute inside! Wasn't very busy for a Sunday morning, which was nice.

    Breakfast Melt Sandwich Home Fries

very peaceful little place, waitresses were very nice, your usual kitsch on the walls for a breakfast place. cash only. food was very filling, tomato wasnt like the best tomato ever but i feel like theyre controversial anyways. coffee was good

HAIR ON FOOD . ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

i was about to finish my to go order and found a piece of hair on the hash. it's absolutely disgusting. i tipped 18% on a to go order which not many people do that, only to find hair on my food. i almost threw up. please check the photo and see the piece of hair that i saw while i was eating their food. overall bad customer service (didn't even give me any utensils and just drops the plastic bag on the counter) hair on food ------- downright the most disgusting. beware!!! especially covid times! finding hair?!???? on food?!!??

This is my receipt with no prices!

Excellent food and great staff. I would recommend the corned beef hash. The adult hot chocolate is amazing also.

"My grandma she can make a soup With a little a this 'n that…read moreBut with grandma cookin no need to worry! Just a little a this 'n that" (Pete Seeger) My final review of 2022 will describe the worst customer service we encountered all year. We had an errand to run in Sturbridge and figured we'd include a lunch stop in town. The Yelp app brought us to Soup to Nuts. #1) I love soup and #2) it's located inside the Sturbridge Marketplace, so we figured we'd do some shopping and browsing too. When we approached Soup to Nuts we saw a sign that said they opened at 11:00. The front door had another sign that said they opened at 12:00. Since the door was locked, and it was about 11:30, we figured we'd check out the Sturbridge Flea Market and come back. At 12:02 their front door was unlocked, and the sign announcing the 12:00 opening was gone. As we entered the restaurant, we were "greeted" by four words spoken (or more accurately snarled) in a very gruff and rude manner - "we're not open yet". Tone of voice matters, and I will look you straight in the eye and put my hand on a stack of bibles and tell you his tone was beligerant and angry (to the point of aggressive). It was beyond rude. It was shocking. So we turned around, left and never came back. Happy New Year ya filthy animal.

I will say that on our first visit we thought the owner was initially a bit gruff as others had mentioned but we quickly realized that's not the case and he is an incredibly gracious host. We've had both the corn chowder and sandwiches here and they are delicious! Keep in mind with some reviews that people are the problem and not the establishment.

You also get a piece of bread with each soup ordered, and they come individually wrapped at the end of the bar for you to choose as you're cashing out. Every single soup I've had from here is amazingly seasoned and SO SO SO tasty. The price is right, the service is always excellent, and they really move people along at this busy locale so you don't have to wait for a long time. Overall, it is a seamlessly quick experience that yields excellent yummy results!

I thought they would have a bunch of soups but they only had three soups, chicken noodle soup, spicy and mild beef chili soup, and a vegetable soup. I was hoping they had a corn chowder or tomato bisque soup but they only had the 3 choices. I definitely wasn't feeling the Chili soup so I had to decide between the chicken noodle or vegetable. I went with the safer choice of the chicken noodle soup. The soup was very full of fresh ingredients and tasty. I got the large soup which came with a choice of two pieces of bread or 4 packs of oyster crackers. I went with the crackers and I needed it to add to soup to make me full. I bought the largest soup which was 32 oz and it put me back $15+ which was a lot more expensive then I expected but I think the price point is needed for them to survive as the place wasn't extremely busy even though it was lunch time. Service was good too and guy at the counter explained what they had and didn't have. They also do protein bowls as well which I decided not to do. Overall, the soup was good, price was little high, and I was little disappointed they didn't have what I was hoping for but overall pretty good.

But the kind counter worker helped me thru it. Our meals were great! G ordered the Wunderkind Salad with Tuna Salad. The counter worker said it was the healthiest salad in town . G said it was one of the best salads ever. I had a grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of tomato soup (finally). And I loved it -- thick, rich, and tasty. I'm driving and on a work call but all I'm thinking about is my Clam Chowder. Mmmm... Freshly shucked clams with oyster crackers! Give it to me now! I have a parking spot right in front and I'm scanning the soup board. There's no clam chowder listed? I approach the counter and ask the woman about Clam Chowder. A guy wearing a Red Sox Hat said to me, we only clam chowder on Thursday. We have Corn Chowder today. The woman behind the counter shakes her head in agreement. It's very good! I agree with them, I grab my corn chowder and head to a Tesla charging station in Rhode Island. Once I plug in the Tesla, I open my container of hot soup. The Corn Chowder is good! Very creamy and dreamy. Is it Clam Chowder? No. I kinda feel the same way when the Red Sox lose to the Yankees. So close. So close! Haha
