The machine had some kind of difficulty and two people were trying to make the drink from two pitchers and the whole affair was just a mess and they made me feel like I was the cause of their bar problem. When someone has an issue with a drink, you simply smile and remake it quickly. It was not my fault that your machinery broke and it was a comedy of errors trying to make me a drink.

I was really heartbroken but the only reconciliation for this was that my aged grandmother was ecstatic and this meal wasn't for me, it was an attempt to treat my grandmother to what could be one of her last few really special meals. I've seen some other reviews, and when they're not good, the owner jumps back, but he can jump back at me if he wants because I'm not coming back. This situation is unfortunate because the pizza actually tasted really good. But it was so well done and if I wanted to reheat it, the cheese would burn. Final thoughts ... if you thought that the staff didn't understood you, ask the person to repeat it back to you, to make sure they have your order correct? Because they're not gonna take responsibility for any mistakes that they make.
