They forgot to include the sauces, the desserts we ordered, and they sent us the completely wrong flavor for most of our chicken order, (we were so excited to try the Korean, which my mom said was fabulous), but they sent us one of the Hot Honey flavors instead, which none of us cared for. The employee who answered, described as a long-haired male and shift leader, informed me that the general manager who processed my order had already gone home. He stated he did not know how to issue the refund and repeated that I would need to wait until Thursday for the GM's return. The worker sat there with her phone in front of her face and the women ordering had to repeat her order 3 times because the worker was too busy on her phone and ignoring the customer. The flavor of the food here is great and consistent! The chicken usually has crispy skin/breading and is juicy inside. Unfortunately the wait time is pretty crazy every time we have ordered. I could understand waiting if my order was correct. But every time we have ordered here (over 10 times) it has been wrong every time... In one instance it was missing an entire bundle... This specific time it was missing our tenders and when we notified staff they said okay and we weren't given a time frame that we would wait for the tenders or if they were even making them. Again the food always tastes great but it stinks that I have to dump my order out on their tables every time I visit because I don't want to be missing food when I am spending over $70 usually. It seems like an easy fix of checking off the items when they are put in the bag or putting them in the bag in order. Went to Wingstop for the first time tonight excited to try the ranch everyone talks about. Luckily I overheard a worker tell someone else there was no ranch otherwise I would've found out there was no dipping sauce in my bag after I left. When I asked her about it, the worker said "we don't have ranch, that's over" which I find to be a very confusing response. If this branch is no longer going to offer ranch, that's inconsistent with what Wingstop is and that needs to be reflected in the online ordering system.
