Seth Salzman, one of the reps for Wingstop, reached out to me to apologize for the one employee who was confused about the process of handling a customers refund when purchasing directly from Wingstop. He took excellent care of me & promised to provide clarity for the error in communication. The trouble was the inferior DoorDash driver, which Wingstop, obviously, cannot control. If I could give zero stars, I would. Whoever works the 11 AM shift on Sundays needs to be FIRED. Most incompetent worker I have ever seen in my whole life, and I've seen some shitty service. Place is supposed to open at 11 AM and she has the doors locked until well past 11:20 AM, even though there's people waiting outside. I even tried calling multiple times, 5 to be exact, and NO ANSWER. We finally knocked on the door, and she claims that they're only doing pick ups now because no one is there. What a joke...really, then what is her role? And how exactly do pick ups work if no one is there to do anything well past the time it opens? Went in to pick up my order on my lunch break. I really had to use the bathroom before I ate so I asked for the key. The guy with blonde dreadlocks told me they currently don't got keys for the bathroom. So I asked where a bathroom was I could use before I ate and he replied very rudely that he "I ain't gonna repeat myself, we don't got keys for the bathroom." I replied that it does not make sense that they don't have a bathroom at work let alone one for customers to use. I'd ordered lunch for my family and placed my order online and went to pick up at the time I'd selected. When I got there there were cops outside and the store was closed. I had no idea what to do but just sit there trying to figure out what to do. At one point I see an employee coming out so I ran in. I spoke to employee and was told there was a fight in store and manager was arrested so they were not able to fulfill my order and were closing for the day... can you believe such a thing! We walked in at 9PM tonight Tuesday 5/16 after looking at the menu for a couple of minutes. A girl looked at us not very Friendly at all. Didn't Greet us and say Hello to us. She just said we are not taking any orders one site. The only reason we went to the store was because the phone number on their Online App had the wrong phone number listed. So if I called from my cellphone right in front of you, you'd take my order.. Makes no sense to me!! There was no notice on the door saying No in person orders. Only the store hours saying that they were open until Midnight. I suppose they don't need our business.. It's all good we won't be back!! read more

The hawaiian flavor was boring - needs more pineapple or citrus. The bbq was fine. The chicken was overcooked. The vibe inside is crunk/lit. The trap music was loud AF. Three different employees were on their cell phones while helping customers. Unprofessional AF. One dude was waiting to run a package out to his "peoples" when they pulled up and another misheard what another dude said (because the loud AF music) and freaked out because he thought he said that his wife pulled up outside. Ive been coming here off and on for about a year. It is super pricey here in my opinion. A 10 piece combo is about $12 and I swear they charge for every little thing, but still fail to give it to you sometimes. Also, the wings can be a little skimpy at times and bc of that the price really irks me... but the wings are I've been told a lot not to get wings from Wingstop bc it's known to not be so good, but I honestly enjoy the wings most of the time and get it pretty often regardless of the sometimes "okay" service. I usually get the lemon pepper and mango habanero wings, both my favorites. Overall, the service is okay. All flavorful and not salty which is a plus! You're not bloated after. Wings were cooked perfectly, good wing to drum ratio and good size (not too big, not too small). However the size was so small, that was something I did not expect. I'm a small dude and I ate each wing in one bite. The flavors were ok as well. I wanted more heat out of that buffalo sauce, but I did enjoy the Brazilian citrus. The fried were bland and soggy, I didn't eat much of those. Now I am a wing stop lover and I'm so glad that they're bringing them to MA! Went to try the one in Randolph in March 2017 and I was looking forward to digging into my wings luckily I checked my order before leaving to find out that my complete order was wrong. Went back to the counter to tell them about it and come to find out not only was my order wrong but it also affected about 3 other orders. After sitting there for another 15 minutes trying to sort through everything and listening to other customers complain because their orders were wrong, they finally figured out mine. I think that the problem is maybe there wasn't enough staff for this to be a late night on a Saturday when they know it is busy!
