Such an adorable spot. Deceiving from outside for sure where it's located in a strip mall, but absolutely beautiful inside. This restaurant uses a farm on the same road for a lot of its ingredients and also their gorgeous decor. When you walk in you are greeted with dozens of fresh sunflowers. My friend and I had drinks and this seasonal app on the special menu. The swordfish skewers were melt in your mouth. We almost ordered a second plate of them because they were THAT good. We all enjoyed our food. The service was excellent. It does get busy so I highly recommend making a reservation.

We had reservations to celebrate and left disappointed. Service was just awful. Our waitress was barely around. We were left waiting around on multiple occasions and had to wave her down when we could. It wasn't a busy night or we would have understood. When it came time to pay, the tip was auto selected at 35% so be careful and pay attention to that. The food was ok! The bolognese could have used more sauce and as pictured, the caccio e Pepe was severely lacking pepper which is the whole point of the dish. I was happy with my dish I believe called the norcini? It was a truffle cream sauce with sausage and rigatoni. Very truffle forward but yummy! As far as the other dishes went, we would have loved to given the kitchen the opportunity to fix, but our waitress was absent most of our meal so we didn't have that chance. The decor was beautiful. My second time back and all I can say is WOW! Our server, Danielle, was spectacular. She was on top of things without hovering and was a great conversationalist! I tried the melon mint fizz mocktail (10/10) and a friend had the Summer Heat cocktail, akin to a spicy margarita. We ordered the bread service ($3) which was rosemary focaccia with oil. The oil comes with a little tri-section dish with salt, grated cheese, & red pepper flakes. Excellent! Our entrees included the chicken parmigiana, veal Milanese and I had the salmon. I don't care for zucchini, so Danielle checked with the kitchen to see what farm-to-table veggie offerings there were. They happily switched out the squash for local tatsoi (like bok choy). My salmon skin was fabulously crispy and the filet was perfectly rare. The crispy potatoes were delicious along with the tatsoi, both seasoned with garlic. There was nothing left on my plate. I finished with a scoop of pistachio gelato, which was tasty. My only suggestion is to throw a biscotti on as a garnish! My other friend tried a cappuccino (after an unsuccessful one over the winter), and Danielle made her a very good cup. The place was humming and the outside patio area seemed very popular with patrons. I highly recommend Corfinio! I plan to return for the Cacio e Pepe and the Carbonara. read more

We were warmly greeted and seated right away. I made reservations 3 weeks in advance and got great seating. I was stuck between a 3 or 4, 3 because there was no bread, not sure if you have to ask for it, and the rib eye had no rib cap, but 4 as our seating was nice, service was good, food was good and the homemade whipped cream they made just for me was delicious!! Unfortunately last Wednesday on my day off I drove 45 minutes to this restaurant, that I so enjoyed my last visit. This time was horrible an Unfortunately I will never go back. The waitress was younger maybe new. Still .. lunch was 75.00 . We ordered an appetizer and was charged for a meal, I got pasta my friend,fish sandwich was burnt to top it off. So disappointed. Used to love dining here & getting take out, but they recently changed their pizza for the worse. It used to be thin crust with delicious sauce & cheese, but now the pizza is smaller, slightly thicker, and very dry. The breading around the arancini is either too thick or too crunchy, it's the kind of thing that scrapes the roof of your mouth when you eat it. read more

Service was impeccable! She was attentive, quick, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. I had a cocktail recipe and she had the bartender make it for me. Ambiance - little on the noisy side. We were 3 couples who get together for dinner 6x a year and we couldn't hear at times. Not to mention sitting under an AC vent that blew Artic air down our backs (we changed tables once because of this). Food was a hit or miss. Husband's fish was dry, friend's veal was dry and unappetizing I had the braised short ribs over risotto which was excellent. Lastly they have a fly problem. Finally got to try Corfinio. Cibo Matto, the sister restaurant, is one of my favorites in the area. Our server was pleasant but seemed a bit distracted. Stuff happens. I won't put much weight on this. I ordered an old fashioned which came looking very light and watery and tasted even more so. I was very disappointed. My wife's cocktail was pretty good. My dish, monkfish over succotash, was delicious. My wife is gluten free and ordered a Margherita pizza. It was not great. The pizza was 90% sauce with a couple small spots of mozzarella. Entire slices of just sauce. Disappointing. Atmosphere was great, a tad loud for the refined feel but nice. The whole experience was up and down. I'd like to give it another try. read more

Had a very nice time at Corfinio last night with some friends. A colleague from work suggested it to me as it was a good half way point for us to meet up with our friends who live in Boston. The food was very good with generous portions and some interesting offerings such as the risotto. Our service provider could not have been nicer and more attentive. Outstanding meal tonight at Corfinio. We started with a carafe of water along with focaccia and olive oil. Our appetizer was Wood Grilled Spanish Octopus served on a bed of baked polenta. Oh Corfinio, I want to like you so much but after three separate visits, I can honestly say that they'll probably be no more. I've had pre-pandemic dine-in and takeout visits and can say that at no point was I ever wow'd by any of the food or the service there. Corfinio's charges relatively premium pricing for their average-at-best Italian food. The ambiance inside is nice but ultimately none of the dishes seem to have been perfected. Take their Parma pizza ($17) for example which has raw prosciutto on it. This dish would 100% benefit from the prosciutto being cooked. Instead you try and take a bite and it just slides right off the slice, hanging down from your mouth against your chin. Which is a shame because their dough is actually pretty decent (although it could be slightly crispier). Their sausage & mushroom pizza ($16) nails the flavors and dough but the ingredients were very unevenly spread. Again, those small details is where Corfinio's frustrates me oh-so-much. Takeout is another example where the details aren't always great - I arrived smack on when my order was estimated to be ready - and when the hostess handed over the food, I couldn't help to notice that my pizza was lukewarm at best. Small details matter and I just feel like this place has fell short multiple times on those small details. Ultimately I genuinely believe that the only reason this place is still in business is because they do have a nice bar. And their location is awesome. And there's just not much competition around. If you compare to Amelia's in Stoughton, which is a few miles North, it's a world of difference and you'll find that Amelia's nails everything that Corfinio's wants to be doing. Except for the soups which are $10 a pop, no appetizers are under $13 which screams premium to me. Speaking off, there was a surprise 3% upcharge on my takeout order but with the rising prices of takeout containers due to the global shipping supply issues, that makes sense but it would have been nice to have had a warning? read more

Really really great dinner. The ambiance here is great even sitting outside. It doesn't feel like you are sitting outside of a small strip mall in Easton! The food was delicious and came out quick. While it is a more expensive dinner option it's worth it for the quality of food and the great service. Perfect date night or special dinner spot. read more

I stopped in for lunch after an appointment in the area. I had a craving for a good cheeseburger and the wood burning delicious smell in the parking lot was a sign I had arrived at the right place! The hostess and the waitress were both extremely polite and so friendly. I'm only sorry I didn't note their names in order To credit them here. I felt welcome immediately. I was seated in a very comfortable booth in the corner of the bar area (perfect!). I ordered the Mediterranean salad which was fabulous and the bread and olive oil brought to the table was a nice bonus. The cheeseburger with cheddar was cooked exactly the way I ordered it and the French fries were also a delicious treat. I can't wait to come back to have some cocktails with my meal next time, I had to drive some distance that day so I could not indulge but I will return for sure very soon. My boyfriend's parents took me here for my birthday lunch on a whim. We were skeptical because it's located in a strip mall. But let me tell you, we were not disappointed! We were the first ones in the restaurant so it was quiet. Our waitress was kind and attentive. We had the Brussel sprouts and gnocchi appetizers - both were fantastic. I had the baby Kale salad and had it topped with avocado... the greens were beyond fresh and the honey truffle dressing was the best dressing I have ever had. Was looking for a place for dinner stumble on this restaurant, at first, I was a little skeptical because it's located in a shopping plaza. We went on a Saturday night. I had reservation for 730. We got there at 7:15. We were seated right away. Hostess was nice and pleasant. Our waitress was Lauren. She was nice. I feel that she could've been a little bit more attentive we had a basket of bread and olive oil, with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes for dipping. we ordered our apps which didn't take long to come out then followed by our dinner place was crowded, noisy open kitchen concept. We ordered catering here for our hospital staff and it was a hit! I'm sure it will definitely attract more patrons to the restaurant itself. Also having been to the restaurant and ordering take out a few times, I can say that I am a big fan. Definitely one of these best restaurants around this area. I have been told that they also have great cocktails, however I did order a flavored margarita once and was not a big fan- probably my mistake to begin with. In terms of catering, we got various dishes. The Bolognese, chicken and broccoli, and chicken marsala were the biggest hit. Norcina was also very delicious but quite heavy. The chicken parmesan was somewhat dry, and could have used more sauce. The sausage and peppers had a kick to them so beware if you are not a big fan of spice. My only critique is that it was extremely oily. The mac and cheese and cavatelli were also great. Although delighted with their food, I was quite flabbergasted at the fact that they charged us $300 for a tray of a garden salad but yet we paid $110 for a tray of pasta. Also for utensils, we got charged $120. I was quite shocked that we paid that much for a tray of the most basic salad, I definitely will not be making that mistake again. read more
