I understand they have closing duties but in every restaurant/fast food place I have worked they would start closing down 10 minutes before closing but would accept customer up until 5 minutes before closing. Talked to my roommate about this employee and come to find out this is a common thing with them, they also will serve you half the size you would normallyget. I've had absolutely no issues with the other employee. She is always helpful and love seeing her. I don't think I will buy from this place anymore if this employee is working that day. I've had more issues with them than not and I just don't feel its worth going in if they are working that day.

Considering the emotional circumstances of the day, their kindness and professionalism meant a lot to all of us. And I have to mention the bread--whoever makes it deserves special recognition.
