It's been a couple of months since I've been here, mostly cause of the poor service, unorganization, and complete lack of attention to making subs. I came back today because I really do enjoy the subs and this is the closest location to my house. I walked in with 4 people in front of me and due to my past experiences with this particular location, I figured I would be very frustrated. I was very wrong! The staff seemed new and very focused on the walk in customer as a priority over phone in and on-line orders. It was a complete 180 from my previous visits! The sandwich was perfect and the staff were pleasant and courteous, but most of all they were attentive. This was about 11:45 as the lunch rush had just started on a Monday and I was very impressed with how organized and professional everything was running. Kudos to management/ownership for addressing the personnel issues in the past because I will now consider coming back weekly!!!! Strongly recommend!!!! read more

Very good sandwiches but it seems like since Jersey Mikes has been bought by private equity there is less meat in the subs. $17+ tip for a large sub should have more than a layer of 2-3 slices of meat. Bread seems a little softer. Not sure if these are same day fresh rolls as in the past. read more

We ordered a catering box from Jersey Mike's in Raynham for the first time this weekend. Every substitution and special instruction was followed perfectly. The subs were packed with meat & toppings and delicious. I have a meat protein allergy, and I had specifically asked for the tuna be prepared separately and then double wrapped in plastic to guard against cross contamination and they took that very seriously. The order was ready on time and the staff was so personable. We will definitely be back! read more

I ordered a giant original Italian... And I waited and waited and waited. While I was waiting two employees that were not on the clock decided to come in and help themselves to drink and chips without paying. They also put orders in for sandwiches, which took precedence over the customers skipping the whole line. The final straw for me, was after waiting 20 minutes. The customers that came in behind me, had their sandwiches made before me. I just simply said I guess they don't want my business and I left. Not very professionally run, kids being kids. Went in Sunday Aug 25th about 4pm waited almost 40 minutes for 2 cold subs after ordering due to making every door dash service before me even ones that came through after me. Size of a regular sub has gotten smaller as price increases ( standard steak knife is bigger). Only 3 staff working 1 guy cutting meats for subs but not helping with toppings as guy doing toppings is overwhelmed with other dude just piles on more subs for him to finish while 1 girl worked the grill. Store was dirty can tell it hadn't been cleaned all day. Corporations cutting corners by not having enough staff to handle in store orders like myself plus the delivery services orders make for unpleasant visits for costumers. Stopped in for a sandwich because I figured any sandwich place would be better than subway. Ordered a chicken caesar wrap and got a miniature wrap filled with lettuce and 1 piece of grilled chicken. Not sure if this place is some kind of joke, it took 4 full grown adults (30+) to make this sad excuse for a "sandwich." Overall, food was made poorly and the service was bad. After getting my order wrong the day before, the cashier proceeded to scramble around to look for my ticket in a pile of disorganized paper. Needless to say, it wasn't there. The order I made two hours before specifically because I don't have time to wait during my lunch, took another 15 minutes because your staff then placed my order at the back of the line as if I just walked through the door. After crawling through molasses, I finally get my order and explain succinctly that they wasted half my lunch. They mumble sorry and as I'm getting into my car 5 seconds later, I see them all laughing. Steam is coming out of ears at this point. Rather than make a scene and go to jail, I am going to talk to a district manager and leave a very unflattering yelp review. Subs were made to order they were very fresh and fulfilling even though we only got minis it was still really good it was just enough for us. We also got a new soda called a I gave vanilla cream which was delicious very refreshing we also Hatfield we had very good service some Andrew is helping us and he explained all the subs and everything and what we were able to get which was anything on their menu so long as it was a mini. We will go back there in the future because it was very clean tidy everyone was very friendly and helpful it was worth the trip. I first experienced Jersey Mike's in Tarzana, California while on vacation and remember it very well. It was 2006 and the turkey sandwich I had there was tasty as hell. Especially when I had it Mike's way which means served with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices. It was nothing like Quizznos, Subway or even Jimmy John's. The ingredients there were much, much better and the meats were sliced to order. Real meats too. So when I moved to Stoughton and found out that this place was about twenty minutes away I almost did a backflip. My knees buckled a little and off I went, with the wife and kid in tow, to recreate my awesome experience from way back. This location is in a small strip mall off of a very busy road. It isn't huge but there's still a decent amount of seating and the options are numerous. I've already been three times in these past few months and its always been great. The service is good, the place is clean and it's affordable to boot. If only they had more locations and were closer, I'd be a regular for sure. read more

I've order from this location three times now and it's been really good each time. I typically go with the classic Italian with extra meat and it's absolute delicious with the rosemary parmesan bread. The subs are on the expensive side but the quality and size you get make it worth the price! The store always looks clean and contact-less pickup is super easy when you order online. My food has always been ready and waiting for me on time when I arrive for pickup. The only reason that I can't give them a 5 star review is because my special directions/requests haven't been addressed any of the three separate times I've ordered. I always include banana peppers on my sub and ask if they can either put extra on the sub or on the side for me to add myself... The subs have included the banana peppers which are an addition to what comes with it normally - but it's a very small 'normal' amount - definitely not 'extra' (dare I say a small amount in my opinion compared to other sub shops when you include 'hots' or banana peppers on an Italian). Now, if it's not possible to ask for 2X banana peppers with the ordering application - I would have expected they could still address the special request. At this point, I'd be disappointed if I had to pay extra but I'd be willing to so at least I'd be able to order a sub my way and know I won't be let down. It may seem trivial but I'm a fiend for banana peppers and it really doesn't seem like a huge ask... I haven't placed a phone order yet so maybe that would go differently. Overall, I'm still very satisfied and I'd definitely recommend Jersey Mike's in Raynham to anyone looking for a quick and easy sub with top of the line ingredients. The store associates were trying to clean as they go, but it was a little busy. One of the associates was preparing a sandwich directly on the food prep counter. Wow you never know what kind of day a person is having. Me and my brother decided to go to Jersey Mike's Subs in Raynham and got the worst experience in my life. I found it odd that my first experience with them well. I guess when there is just the assistant manager is on the the shift by himself his true colors will show. We came in between 10am to 10:15 my brother decided to treat me which never happens due to his crazy work hours. I was so cheerful positive energy and the excitement got me positive. The assistant manager took our orders but looked like fail to clean the meat slicer and had some nasty green stuff on my brothers sub. I noticed it as well so he tried to tell the assistant manager numerous time. He wasn't seeing it so my brother pointed at it and he stated where? So I suggested to brother hey its your sub just show him. Big mistake the assistant manager tossed the sub we force and was angry. I was clueless on why then he told us to leave. I was so confused on why and he said because he touched the sub with green nasty stuff on it. I ask to speak with the manager and he replied I'm the assistant manager. Which I replied I want to speak with the manager he said get out I'm calling the cops. Why I was treated like a criminal ordering a sub I don't know? I need to speak with the CEO or Manager please. I believe in people I feel like that is my problem. I look at the person heart not how they look. This needs to change.i just tried to call the manager and he informed me he was there. I will never go back to this establishment ever again. Nothing will be done that's how the world is now. Judge people on how they look. Update Jersey's mike sub does care about their customers opinions. I just got a call back from the corporate office and they handled it with the best customer service every. Best sub shop period. Cool vibe, chill workers, freshly sliced meat in front of you as you order (great quality, btw) Bread baked everyday in store. Gluten free option is good. Stubborn soda and sun chips pair great with any sub (you can feel good about spending a couple bucks extra for the soda because of the fair trade seal). Only thing bad is the cookies and brownies - always stale and very small for the price. Overall the price is kind of steep but definitely worth it. *To management... Clean your bathroom a little better; it might have a beach feel but guests don't actually want the unsanitary conditions along with the beach... Do something about the super loud and fuzzy radio.. And have the Toilet glued down cause its wobbling... You don't want a big guy leaning over too hard and having sewage fumes come out the other side read more

This went from 5 stars to 3 stars. My steak and cheese very flavorful. The roll was ok. My fiancée had to ask them to start cooking my sub. He had a tuna that was made very quickly. He has paid received his sub and we filled our fountain soda and they hadn't even put the steak on for my sub. No one apologized about forgetting my sub. The person that was in charge of the grill laughed when the counter person pointed out the slip next to the grill. My husband LOVES this place. For a while I think he was going every single day. I don't eat subs as often as he does but when I do get one from Jersey Mike's it is always good. The "Mike's Way" blend of spices and oil/vinegar is very yummy. As mentioned they slice the meat and cheese right when you order. The menu is small but they cover the basics. I decided to try Jersey Mike's and I was very pleased. The taste was so close to my Jersey sub shop that I almost thought I was back home. It was a bit pricey but it was definitely worth it. Decided to give this place a try since I'm from Florida and there is no Publix here ( struggle is real) came in on a rainy night place was empty around 8:16 they close at 9, staff was rude and unpleasant. Food was great sat down and ate and ignored the staff whom did not ask if we wanted even mayo on our sandwich being first timers we did not know if we tell them all at once or if it came with certain things :/ but at least the food was great.
