Service here has gone down hill. Ordered an Italian bowl that was just thrown together & not made like they used to. Manager does nothing to make sure things are done right. One kid was speaking w an attitude to one of the customers behind us! I bought a brownie that was all dried out! Awful. Used to come here all the time. Waste of $$...I'm all set. Upper management needs to do something about the lack of regard these employees have! My boyfriend & I will go elsewhere! read more

We ordered from the Plainville location. My wife ordered the Chicken Philly it was okay but she asked for no peppers and it had peppers for days!! I ordered the Steak Kahuna bowl with extra meat, extra bacon and extra cheese. Doing no carbs, It didn't have any of the extras I was charged for. Two slices of American and none of the extra bacon, and if that was extra meat that was just shameful. We got two things and split a 20oz Diet Coke with %10 tip came to 52.51. Wasn't worth $20 total. I was so thoroughly disappointed. We will NEVER return to any location now. Subway protein bowls are far more superior especially for the price. What a shame. The one star is because the location was bright and airy and pretty clean overall. read more

Things have gotten better at this location, terrible parking lot (especially peak times) and they could take it easy on the "juice", it's so excessive my sub is usually undesirably/unappetizingly soggy (even if I say "light"), I like it on my tuna but they use do much it makes the tuna too wet. read more

Food is fine. The last time I went there, I ordered two subs. One was finished and the woman was making the second. Her nails were so long and sharp they ripped through the latex gloves. What is the use of gloves at that point? Right after she finished making the sub, she answered the phone and took an order for what had to be 5 minutes, instead of putting them on hold and cashing me out. In that time, another customer came in, had his sandwich made and they checked him out, completely aware I'm just waiting to pay. My sandwiches were done, I'm just staring at them and nothing. Super solid sandwich shop open late. I prefer to go to local spots but if I want to get something late, this is the only option. You can't order online past 7:30PM it seems so you can call as they are open later. I got the #7 Mike's Way with cherry relish and my husband got an Italian. Both were huge sandwiches with plenty of fresh meat. I did try a chicken melt in the past and didn't like it - too chewy - but the regular deli meat sandwiches are always good. read more

Second time we have been to the new Jersey Mike's in Plainville MA. The first time was terrible, but we thought we would give it a second chance. The second visit was worse than the first. Ordered a medium steak and cheese. The sub was smaller than six inches. Also, the amount of steak in the sub was comical. A toddler drops more steak than what was in this sub. Don't waste your money on this franchise business. Absolutely not worth it! read more

He totally desires an extremely high raise, seems like the rest of the staff didn't do much while this man was leading the whole team. Extremely impressive on his part he was great! I love Jersey Mikes but this location is an embarrassment to the franchise. I thought maybe they were having a bad day but it's consistently a cluster. The manager Matt has no backbone the place is always a mess. The staff openly argues with each other. Zero teamwork and the first point of contact just complains and yells at customers that he's too busy and we will have to wait. Like bro calm down we see the line we know what happens in a line. They are always behind because it's mismanaged. Get rid of the angry asshat that clearly can't handle it. He doesn't want to be there to begin with and tells ever customer that comes in willing to listen. What a shame to the Jersey Mikes name. South Attleboro is worth the drive. At least I am not getting yelled at and made to feel like an inconvenience coming in and placing an order. They also don't make the bread correctly at this location. Always under cooked. read more

What a gift! I no longer need to drive to south Attleboro for JM's. This location was already humming and seemed well run. Still blown away by the #2 jersey shore from yesterday with extra meat piled high. Such a deal too I fed my family of 4 for $27. Can't wait to go back! read more
