I typically don't write yelp reviews after visiting a chain restaurant but I had to boast about the excellent customer service! I didn't catch the employees name but he was so attentive, not only me but others in the restaurant. He cleared food trays and offered refills on drinks. I was quite impressed! Food was heavy but delicious.

Just as good as I remembered from New York original location and Dallas Tx. Ordering from the tablet was super easy. Food came out fairly quickly despite it being very crowded. Burger was had lots of flavor very juicy . You can tell they season their meat. Crinkle fries are the best , salted to perfection and super crispy on the outside yet soft in the middle !

Shake Shack has arrived at Wrentham Outlets! Another food option for those who are hungry after shopping ;) Shake shack is for the most part pretty solid & is a consistent fast food chain that hits the spot, at decent prices. We ordered a smoke shack single, black truffle burger, & truffle fries. Out of the many times we have had shake shack over the years, this was the only time we've had crispy fries from the chain. Every other time, our fries were kind of soggy/soft? So for that, this location at Wrentham Outlets definitely gets a thumbs up from us.

After a couple hours of shopping you build a pretty good appetite! Didn't actually know they opened a location down here, but decided to pop in when we spotted it! The place as you might guess was slammed, a lot of people in and out, families and kids running around and you got a big line queue. It took about 15 min to get our order (which was pretty fast considering the amount of people). I went for their Black truffle burger 100% angus, single patty as we wanted to keep it light, normally grab a double stack patty. It has black truffle sauce and fried onion strings. Might be a fan favorite imo! The lady grabbed a single stack, smoke shack with hots, bacon, cherry peppers and shack sauce. (Her other go to is the shroom burger) Top that off with a strawberry shake and we were in the money! Hit the spot perfectly, kept us fueled for our continued Christmas shopping later in the day! Oh yes the crinkle fries with black truffle dip was fire! Will probably eat here anytime we at the outlets! Service was easy order on tablet or at the counter, grab a number indicator (next to kiosk) enter it in your order, and wait for one of the staff to yell your number and grab it from the rack, or staff member who might be bringing it out to the floor! Clean from what we saw and painless process to get our food! Thanks.

The pasta salad was fresh and welcome on a hot day... had nice chopped peppers, celery... a nice pasta and just enough mayo dressing to not drown it . Coffee frappe was cold , ice cream thick... I still needed a bigger one as glass was small. What a great size burger and tasted fresh not frozen patty and a nice chuck blend of meat .i need to inquire the blend or who buy from. The 1/2 price appetizer after 3 pm a bargain .... Looked great wings . I saw a colossal size grilled hot dog that was another option to consider. All good here .

The burgers are completely tasteless -- no seasoning, no flavor, no reason to ever order one again. The milkshakes, which should be a guaranteed win at a burger joint, are bland and forgettable, like they were made with zero care. It somehow gets worse. The sandwiches are tough and unpleasant, the kind you chew forever wondering how something so basic went so wrong. The fries are absolutely brutal: wilted, soggy, limp, and sad. Nothing comes out hot, fresh, or remotely appetizing. And then there's the pricing, which is borderline insulting. $79 for a cup of chili, a child's wilted burger and fries, a chicken Caesar wrap and fries, a chicken parm sandwich, and two mediocre shakes. Seventy-nine dollars. For food this bad. I genuinely don't know why I kept giving this place chances, but I'm officially done. KC's Classic Burger Bar is overpriced, flavorless, and consistently disappointing. Save your money and your appetite.

Yes, it really is gator, and they are bite sized! (Tenderloin in the description had me thinking they were larger) Now, since I've not had gator before, I really have nothing to compare to. Still, the dish seemed to be cooked quite nicely. The breading added a nice crunch, but these being slightly larger than popcorn chicken, they had a little more breading than I would have liked. Also nicely seasoned! Personally I could have used a touch less salt, but I know this is due to heightened sensitivity on my part. The kicking bayou sauce was pleasant, but didn't offer enough kick for me. It was creamy and savory, and did offer a nice dimension to the dish. They also have hot sauces on the side if you are looking to add that kick! I can't really comment on the price, since events like July 4th usually result in higher prices. The service was fairly quick, especially for something that came out fresh! I'd be happy to give this truck another try, only I don't see myself going down for o Rhode Island for it... yet

We decided to try their bison cheese burger ($11) and an added side of fries ($2). I judge my burgers by the amount of grease and cheese. This one was not lacking in either. It was so tasty, a bit messy but amazing non the less. Did I mention that the burgers are served on a Calise roll, so soft and fluffy. It also had crunchy bacon and the side of fries were perfectly crisp. I also am a fan of sriracha so it's always a plus when it is offered at a food truck or restaurant. The woman working was super friendly, fast and efficient.

Nice TitS location at the front of the Wrentham Outlets. Turn in to park at the very tall "Wrentham…read moreOutlet" sign in the parking lot and they are straight ahead. Giant parking lot means you may have to walk a bit. They were mobbed on a Saturday, lunch time. We took one of the few seats free at the bar. Bartenders are very busy and there wasn't any chit-chat with them. They did keep an eye on us pretty well though so no complaints. We ordered a burger and a Caesar salad with steak tips. The burger was tasty and cooked as ordered. The bun fell apart though and it became a 'knife and fork' meal instead of a handheld. The lettuce in the Caesar was very fresh, the dressing is mild and pleasant. The steak tips were cooked a ordered. I'm not a fan of whatever jarred marinade they use on the steak tip though. Would not order them again. Restrooms are big and pretty clean considering the amount of people in and out of there. The water at the sink though is so hot people were getting their hands burned, so be careful. I did ask about it and was told the water temperature is out of their control. If you like other TitS locations you'll enjoy this one.
