Open season catered our rustic themed wedding on 10/1 this year, and did an outstanding job. The customer service leading up to the event was fantastic - Dave, Kristen and Kayla are all wonderful to work with. They helped us pick all of the delicious menu details, and were incredibly accommodating. Dave also handled all of our rental needs and negotiated the best deals, and never over charged. They worked with us on special requests: serving my family's home made wine at the reception, taking care of family with special food allergies, and doing and incredible job bringing my vision for the reception to life. And they were so much fun!! Even jumped in the photo booth with us!! And of course, the most important part: the food was exceptional!! Every time we talk to anyone about the wedding they mention the food first!! The displays were beautiful and elegant, while still keeping the rustic theme throughout the part. I would recommend these guys for any catering needs a million times over. Wonderful to work with, reasonably priced, and terrific food. If I could give them more than 5 starts I would.

Chicken n waffles... enough said .... outstanding little bites to eat the menu isn't huge but they are still new to the food truck scene ... I can't wait to see how this truck grows . Try this truck out along with the rest down town Pawtucket or at carousel village in Roger Williams

Originally from Portland, Maine, the cousins later settled in Southern California. Impressed with the Los Angeles food truck industry, they decided to start selling Maine lobster in the L.A. area. Lobster was typically viewed as a pricey delicacy, only served in precious portions at fancy restaurants. The cousins saved up enough money to buy a food truck. East Coast transplants raved about the authenticity, freshness and the copious amount of meat in the lobster rolls. Their success really took off after they were featured on an episode of the TV series "Shark Tank". The brand expanded, more food trucks were bought, and the first brick & mortar location opened in West Hollywood in 2015. As of 2026, the chain has 65 food trucks and two restaurants throughout 30 states as well as Washington, D.C. I recently sampled some of Cousins Maine's delicious lobster when I saw one of their trucks at a local brewery. The "Greater Boston" truck travels all across Eastern Massachusetts to stop at breweries, wineries, and various markets and festivals. I had previously sampled food from the "Greater Connecticut" truck. The menu consists of items made from Maine lobsters, such as Maine Lobster Rolls, Connecticut Lobster Rolls, lobster quesadillas, lobster tacos, lobster grilled cheese, lobster bisque, as well as New England Clam Chowder. After looking over the menu, I decided to order some "Lobster Tacos" (Maine lobster served with cabbage, pico de gallo, cilantro lime sauce, flour tortillas). They were simply divine and paired well with the beers that I was having at the brewery. I give Cousins Maine Lobster my seal of approval and I hope to see one of their trucks again!

Properly selected cheese complimented the flavor of the lobster. 2/10 Shrimp tacos were a joke, the shrimp was minuscule and tasted like they had been fried then sitting for days. I thought I was being pranked. I couldn't believe it. I wanted my money back for them. But didn't even bother. If they fix the shrimp the potential is there, not sure it's shrimp? Never seen or had shrimp like this before.
