And I have to say--this is easily the best barbecue I've had outside of North Carolina. We're a family of four with two pretty picky kids, so the fact that everyone loved their food says a lot. We ordered the ribs, pulled pork, brisket sandwich, fried chicken sandwich, and party wings. My daughter ate the ENTIRE fried chicken sandwich. My son ate his ribs down to the bone. My husband loved every bite of his brisket. That alone tells you how dinner went. The meat was the star. Everything was incredibly tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone, the rub on the meats was spot-on, and everything came out warm and juicy without being dry. The sides were solid--not necessarily the highlight, but still better than what I've had at a lot of barbecue places. We tried the beans (my favorite of the sides), collards, coleslaw, and fries. They also serve a little cucumber, onion, and pickle mixture on the side that was a nice touch. And the barbecue sauce? Excellent. We came in completely on a whim and left thoroughly impressed. When a barbecue place can make the adults happy AND get two picky kids to clean their plates, they're doing something right. We'll absolutely be back.

I literally heard my burger get seared on the flat top, it was lacy, cheese, and hit with an excellent sauce. Fries were great too. Hot and crispy, and the person who took our order at this fast service spot, came to make sure we had extra sauce for fry dipping. Cookies were mad in house, huge and delicious.
