A great breakfast stop! We had their sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant. It was amazingly seasoned and the eggs were perfectly over medium for a sandwich. We also got a lemon muffin that had this delicious lemon curd filling! I would definitely keep trying different muffins when I return! On a Saturday morning, it was bustling and busy. The service was pretty quick to order though, even with a line. AMAZING!!! Far easier to access than their Westwood location but the food at both is excellent. They have the traditional items you would expect- tho more flavors than you would normally find. But for me the crowning glory is a slightly different breakfast sandwich that leaves me dreaming about it after: The Spicy Sunrise. We opted for two muffins, one pumpkin and one salted caramel and when your name is Muffin House Cafe the muffins better be good. And they are! Not a great in store experience. Sometimes I stop in after work & sometimes with co-workers. Usually 3:00 or 3:30pm or so. The staff is nice. Coffee, sandwiches, muffins etc are tasty! I noticed the last few times I was in it was very busy. Every table except 1 was occupied. People were chatting and enjoying the atmosphere. Eating and drinking coffee. However, the last two visits an employee started to vacuum during this time. The place is small and the vacuum is loud. At 3:30pm I got the feeling I was being rushed out with the loud vacuum sound as I am sure this is part of the closing procedure. Came here to meet with a friend and had a great experience! The lines were long since it was late morning on a weekend, but we'll worth it. Even with the crowd we easily found room to sit. The food here all looked amazing, but I only had time for a coffee. The woman who made my hot Americano was so attentive - even to this very small and seemingly simple order. I appreciated her asking a few questions that usually don't get asked. We love the other Muffin Houses and this smaller location is a great addition. It was also busy as Muffin House is beloved! I particularly liked the flowers in front of the main entrance. The inside is a lot like other Muffin houses but smaller. It is in a step mall so there is plenty of parking! Which some of the other locations lack. We for a turkey pesto sandwich and a Sarah's skinny. They had no problem subbing spinach for kale on the Sarah's skinny which was great. I took a chance on the daily special coffee and that didn't pan out as anything great but that is the risk one takes. The young guy who took our order was patient and did a great job. The rest of the staff was all very friendly to the other guests as far as I could see. Pleasant all around. And if you are ordering ahead they put your food under a great lamp or in a little fridge! They were playing 50s and 60s hits which was actually my jam despite my age. And pumping the music out to the outdoor seating helped counter the traffic a few feet away. Excited to try this again. This is my first time ordering from Muffin House. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches online and was quoted a pick up time of 75 minutes. I received an email that my order was being prepared. After about 40 minutes of placing my order I decided to go over and see if it was ready and it was! I've been to the Walpole and Medway locations and I love them equally. Their muffins are hands down the best I've ever had. Full stop. The breakfast sandwiches are always great, but the cranberry chicken salad is my go to favorite for lunch. The cakes here are always fresh, delicious, moist, and flavored well. We ordered a cake for my niece's bridal shower from the Muffin House Cafe in Westwood for 40 people with approximately a week lead time. I admit we should have given them a little more notice but they were fantastic. We were waiting for a photo of the couple to have put on the cake which came out perfectly. They also have multiple locations in metro West. We originally wanted 1/2 chocolate 1/2 vanilla but they advised that was only available on layer cakes and we were having a sheet cake. However, the second time I went (on a Sunday morning) I ordered the same thing - avocado toast with egg - and it did not have seasoning on it and had way too much avocado. The new Walpole store is great! Friendly staff and quick, courteous service. I ordered two BLT sandwiches for my son and I. We both agreed that it was the best BLT we ever had. A generous amount of thick, crispy bacon just the way we like it! The lettuce and tomato were fresh and there was just the right amount of mayo. We also shared a generous sized peanut butter brownie for dessert. It was delicious! So, having had an outstanding sandwich and baked good, I can say I will be back to sample other menu items. If you're in the mood for muffins, they have a large variety; all that I've tried have been very good. There are multiple locations, the ones I've been to are Westwood, very large; and Walpole, about the size of a small bakery. Westwood parking can be difficult, there is quite a bit but it is usually pretty full. There is some additional parking across the street. read more

I made my first visit today. As soon as you walk in, it smells so good and there's a display case filled with muffins, cookies cakes and cupcakes. I got a blueberry muffin and apple cinnamon. This is the 5th time I have ordered to go from a Muffin House location and something has been missing. It's the last time I will ever order from them. First the coffee was missing and it look a few minutes to get someone's attention but it was rectified. Then when I got outside I checked the bag and the bagel was missing. I went back in and told them and they blamed it on the receipt but it clearly had the bagel listed. I waited another 10 min and left because I had a meeting. Some advice if your staff messes up they should immediately fix the issue. At least at your Westwood location they immediately make the missing item. Overall 3.5 stars Very friendly workers behind the counter, and extremely tasty muffins. The selection and displays are great. The only negative that I have is that the ordering and waiting process is very confusing. I placed my order with a pleasant girl, and I was told to proceed to the register. I went to the register, but she did not. A few minutes later, she appeared. I paid, and then I just waited in a small, crowded area near the entrance, along with about 10 others. I noticed that my order was brought up to the register in 3 separate trips. While 2 of the bags were at the register, I noticed that a few customers looked in my bags to see If it was theirs.
