A great breakfast stop! We had their sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant. It was amazingly seasoned and the eggs were perfectly over medium for a sandwich. We also got a lemon muffin that had this delicious lemon curd filling! I would definitely keep trying different muffins when I return! On a Saturday morning, it was bustling and busy. The service was pretty quick to order though, even with a line. It took a little while to get the breakfast sandwich, but they have a good system in place with buzzers that notify you when your order is ready. We will definitely be back soon! read more

As always, a good customer service and the young folks who work behind the counter are very kind and thoughtful as you can see by the picture of the muffin. The muffins are very big they're ample. They're always very fresh looking. Everything is made fresh every day so you're guaranteed to get the best quality muffin, Danish scone, etc., that you could ask for. However, I was quite shocked this morning for two iced coffees and two muffins it cost me $18 and change. Now I know why a friend of mine who used to buy muffins for me here on the way to work in the morning and would not tell me how much the muffin was because they're like 469 a muffin. So it will be a while before we come back this will make me more like a regular stop. It'll be more like a treat stop which means in other words when I want to spoil myself. I'll stop here for a coffee and a muffin. It was quite busy inside, but everything was moving efficiently and nobody really had to wait more than a few minutes, which is normal for most places, but I definitely was kind of shocked at the prices unfortunately. It's still a great coffee space. He always have several different kinds of coffee every day. Everything is all bruised flavored not an additive not a syrup , etc. So everyone can enjoy them no matter what. All the shops are wonderful. We just happen to stop here today cause we were in Walpole doing an errand. read more

For the second year in a row, I had my birthday cake made at Muffin House Cafe in Walpole, MA. This time it was for a special birthday celebration at a restaurant. I submitted a drawing of the way I wanted the cake to look. I also specified the type of cake filling and icing. The cake turned out to be exactly what I wanted. We were staying with family in the area, and it was surprisingly difficult to find a local (non-Starbucks, non-Dunkin) coffee shop. Yelp brought us to the Muffin House Cafe, and it was everything we needed. For my caffeine-addicted family, they had a nice array of coffee drinks, and the cappuccino I tried was excellent. For me, they had muffins. I'm not even a muffin guy, but I've still had dozens over the course of my life because I live in the world, and I never refuse food. Please believe that this blueberry muffin was by far the best I've ever encountered. The people behind the counter were quite nice, the space is cute, but really, you're there for the muffins. And the coffee, if you're that sort of socially acceptable drug addict. But yeah. Amazing muffins. As you'd expect, when they throw them in the name. read more

Good counter service that moves a rather lengthy line along in a seamless manner. We opted for two muffins, one pumpkin and one salted caramel and when your name is Muffin House Cafe the muffins better be good. And they are! The muffins were fresh and tasty and simply bursting with flavor. There is a significant lineup of muffins available and I'd certainly go back to check out a different option if ever back in the Walpole area. The coffee is pretty abysmal, though, which is a shame because if they had good coffee to pair with the pastries this place would be the full package. We had two different flavors of iced coffee and they each tasted the same and lacked any real flavor or freshness. read more

Food: - I ordered an egg avocado toast and it was about $11. I was pleasantly surprised because it came with 2 slices of sourdough toast that was a generous size. And a perfectly medium fried egg on top of the avocado toast for each! So 2 eggs. The portion was great. - the iced toffee caramel coffee with oat milk was ok. The coffee was a bit diluted but it wasn't bad. Service: - the staff was really nice. Super fast too. Ambiance: There's a lot of tables and booths to sit around. Good space. It was clean and orderly. Good parking as well since it's in a plaza. read more

AMAZING!!! Far easier to access than their Westwood location but the food at both is excellent. They have the traditional items you would expect- tho more flavors than you would normally find. But for me the crowning glory is a slightly different breakfast sandwich that leaves me dreaming about it after: The Spicy Sunrise. It's got the usual egg, cheese and bacon but it also has veggies like spinach, tomato slices and chopped red onion all topped with a perfectly balanced chipotle mayo. I could eat this everyday!!!! Please Muffin House, keep this on your menu! read more

Came here to meet with a friend and had a great experience! The lines were long since it was late morning on a weekend, but we'll worth it. Even with the crowd we easily found room to sit. We oppted for outdoor seating since it was quieter. Food was really yummy. The coffee was good and very similar to Mary Lous in my opinion. read more

Not a great in store experience. Sometimes I stop in after work & sometimes with co-workers. Usually 3:00 or 3:30pm or so. The staff is nice. Coffee, sandwiches, muffins etc are tasty! I noticed the last few times I was in it was very busy. Every table except 1 was occupied. People were chatting and enjoying the atmosphere. Eating and drinking coffee. However, the last two visits an employee started to vacuum during this time. The place is small and the vacuum is loud. At 3:30pm I got the feeling I was being rushed out with the loud vacuum sound as I am sure this is part of the closing procedure. If the place was empty I could see taking out the vacuum, but it was busy. read more

I go to the walpole muffin house. Food is always pretty good. Service is the worst, every time. 8 people standing around looking past you as you wait in line. Every time. As long as you can wait 15min per order it's not too bad read more

We love the other Muffin Houses and this smaller location is a great addition. It was also busy as Muffin House is beloved! I particularly liked the flowers in front of the main entrance. The inside is a lot like other Muffin houses but smaller. It is in a step mall so there is plenty of parking! Which some of the other locations lack. We for a turkey pesto sandwich and a Sarah's skinny. They had no problem subbing spinach for kale on the Sarah's skinny which was great. I took a chance on the daily special coffee and that didn't pan out as anything great but that is the risk one takes. The young guy who took our order was patient and did a great job. The rest of the staff was all very friendly to the other guests as far as I could see. Pleasant all around. And if you are ordering ahead they put your food under a great lamp or in a little fridge! They were playing 50s and 60s hits which was actually my jam despite my age. And pumping the music out to the outdoor seating helped counter the traffic a few feet away. Excited to try this again. Getting the mocha next time. read more

Food is always delicious, the coffee is subpar at best. The service is always pleasant and quick. My least favorite part is the outdoor seating, you're basically sitting in a dirty parking lot. As we were grabbing a quick coffee and muffin a big truck backed up to our table. Too bad they can't rope off the spaces where tables are. It ruined my whole experience. read more

The food here all looked amazing, but I only had time for a coffee. The woman who made my hot Americano was so attentive - even to this very small and seemingly simple order. I appreciated her asking a few questions that usually don't get asked. There wasn't a big line behind me, just a few and there was plenty of help behind the counter to keep everything moving - still she was intent on making my coffee exactly like how I would make it myself. Looking forward to my next visit. read more

California grilled cheese is really yummy, they put avocado and bacon in it. I'll definitely come back and try more things

I've been to the Walpole and Medway locations and I love them equally. Their muffins are hands down the best I've ever had. Full stop. The breakfast sandwiches are always great, but the cranberry chicken salad is my go to favorite for lunch. The cakes here are always fresh, delicious, moist, and flavored well. Truly I've never had a bad thing here and I doubt I ever will. read more

This is my first time ordering from Muffin House. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches online and was quoted a pick up time of 75 minutes. I received an email that my order was being prepared. After about 40 minutes of placing my order I decided to go over and see if it was ready and it was! It would be helpful if staff could update the system when orders are ready so the food could be picked up promptly. The cafe is cozy and I understand that some days are busier than others. Aside from that, the food was fresh and made perfectly! I will definitely come back to try their other offerings! read more

Parking 5 stars- it has a huge lot next to it. Service 4 stars young kids working didn't know answers for ingredients- probably just a learning curve. Nice otherwise The space is small, and not very well marked. You order over the pastry case all of the muffins are at the other end.. so to look at what they have you have to do walk by people and it's just not well organized. Food is great! Albeit pricey, but the quality is good. This is a good once in a while place read more

FABULOUS PLACE !!!!!!! From the muffins (they are huge and delicious) , all the homemade pastries, and the bagel egg sandwiches they make in the back- SO SO SO GOOD. Service is absolutely amazing. I love this place. Ambience is clean and cozy If I lived close by I'd be here all the time! read more

This little spot just opened in Walpole and was welcomed by the community with a line out the door! The blueberry banana nut was fresh and as always, delicious! Highly recommend! read more

We ordered a cake for my niece's bridal shower from the Muffin House Cafe in Westwood for 40 people with approximately a week lead time. I admit we should have given them a little more notice but they were fantastic. We were waiting for a photo of the couple to have put on the cake which came out perfectly. They also have multiple locations in metro West. We originally wanted 1/2 chocolate 1/2 vanilla but they advised that was only available on layer cakes and we were having a sheet cake. Not a big deal however keep that in mind. All in all, a fantastic experience and a delicious tasting cake that I would recommend to anyone. read more

Delicious muffins..friendly staff. A bit pricey but worth it. Very convenient location

Was home for Christmas and wanted to try this place out as a friend keeps bragging about it. Sticker shock - $9 for a muffin and a coffee. Both were just okay. If you are charging those prices, they better be out of this world. I got the lemon muffin that had some curd in the middle-nothing mind blowing. read more

The first time I went (which was a Thursday morning) I ordered the avocado toast with egg and it was delicious. The cold brew was also excellent. However, the second time I went (on a Sunday morning) I ordered the same thing - avocado toast with egg - and it did not have seasoning on it and had way too much avocado. The cold brew was just as good as the time before but the service was much slower (they were quite busy but they had a lot of people on staff working). My husband has a sausage, egg, and chees sandwich on a croissant - the egg was blah and the sausage was really thin. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Lots of seating, multiple locations around Massachusetts, but the Walpole one is closest to me. Bagels are so underrated, because they're so fresh and affordable. I LOVE this place!! The muffins are SO good like every option honestly. And the toast (mediterranean toast that's pictured specifically) and all their sandwich's. I've never had a bad experience. Usually a younger staff working during the summer time but they're all super friendly, and never mess an order up! It's always busy too so you know it's good and they're well at keeping the location clean. They actually have multiple locations, but I've only ever been to this Medway location and it's never failed me. read more

A great addition to Walpole! This is my go-to coffee spot every time I visit. Excellent food. For the price you pay at a Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts you can get better tasting muffins and much bigger portions. My mother and I just went last weekend. For 2 blueberry muffins, a small latte and a small coffee it was about $18. My sister has bought their cakes before for her son's birthday parties. They're pricey but delicious. Someone who works here must be a professional pastry chef. They're beautifully made. If you're ever looking for a sugar fix this is the place to come. read more

Worst service I've ever had. I know it is busy but 1.5 hours for an online order. Had to return 2 times. Many many other customers also were complaining. 1 thing out of 9 separate items was correct. Trying to figure out how to get my money back read more

After having a not so great experience at another Muffin House location, I was willing to give them a second chance because the owner cared enough to reach out to me and make it right. The new Walpole store is great! Friendly staff and quick, courteous service. I ordered two BLT sandwiches for my son and I. We both agreed that it was the best BLT we ever had. A generous amount of thick, crispy bacon just the way we like it! The lettuce and tomato were fresh and there was just the right amount of mayo. We also shared a generous sized peanut butter brownie for dessert. It was delicious! So, having had an outstanding sandwich and baked good, I can say I will be back to sample other menu items. Welcome to Walpole! read more

WOW!!! Exceptional service! Friendly staff! Ammmaaaazing food!!! From the first greeting... to the oh so awesome coffee (and we are coffee snobs!) to the "how do I choose muffins?"! To the sandwiches, but... wait.... There is MORE! DESSERTS!!! I think this is a version of heaven! read more

Great food and excellent service. The line may look long but it moves fast thanks to their great employees.

They make "frozen dough " which I can't find anywhere else! Devine!! Also their lemon squares are another favorite. If you're in the mood for muffins, they have a large variety; all that I've tried have been very good. There are multiple locations, the ones I've been to are Westwood, very large; and Walpole, about the size of a small bakery. Westwood parking can be difficult, there is quite a bit but it is usually pretty full. There is some additional parking across the street. read more
