Too much condensation in the bag. The have a section of sauce. We tried the special "white sauce". Nothing special about it, it was merely watered down ranch dressing. Now, their SWEET PLANTAIN sauce was amazing. They barely had any of that one left... we only got to try 1 tiny squeeze from the bottle (insert sad face).
