Spoiler - I had breakfast at home early this morning. Sleepy head wakes up and says I want to go out for breakfast, so I went out for breakfast. No huh faces on Sunday. First time at "The Wagon" and I thought it was very nice. 4.5 rounded up. It's in the Sharon Heights plaza on South Main St not far from 95. I got about the least expensive item a breakfast sandwich grilled English for 6.50 add Canadian bacon for 2,50 comes with some home fries. The bacon was chunky and cubed and delicious. Egg was fried over medium I like it a little more over easy to get some drip but no big deal. Princess got 2 eggs benedict with crispy turkey bacon and a side of pancakes. Truth be told it's a big plate for 1 and we would have be good with splitting it. 1 egg Benny and 1 pancake each with a coffee is a sold meal. Total was 35 plus tip. Worth it, nice place nice people. We took 1 Benny home. Will add the 2 gals gave great service and there is plenty of parking. We'll be back. read more

Even though this is a small diner, it definitely packs a punch. I ordered the wagon wheel breakfast, and was given an extra sausage (yay!) it was a pretty short wait, and all of the food was great. The rest of my party definitely enjoyed their food and we will be coming back. read more

Delicious! A solid breakfast/lunch spot. We are regulars at sechuan gourmet next door and I wish we'd checked out Wagon Wheel sooner. I was not expecting the full Cocktail list! But could only indulge in a Shirley Temple today. My husband got a sausage breakfast sandwich and some challah French toast and I got the wagon wheel breakfast - your typical 2 egg breakfast meat bread and home fries meal... Except! They had bolo rolls! And they gave me five slices of bacon and the home fries were fantastic. I love a bolo roll and they offered to grill it. Mm. It's also a really cute space. The waitress we had was really pleasant. The receipt gives a thank you from the owner. And it's just lovely. We also enjoyed the trivia cards on our table. Sharon really has some solid businesses in that plaza. But the town water is... Meh. read more

This is definitely our favorite place for breakfast. It has a cozy atmosphere in the owner is extremely nice and helpful. We ordered pancakes and eggs with bacon well done today and it came out exactly the way we ordered it. That doesn't happen often nowadays, so I highly recommend going to this restaurant. Back in the area visiting , after moving out of MA almost a decade ago. We miss the local Jewish delis and diners. Wagon Wheel is the real deal, brunch for champions and family members alike. We tried it all! Banana bread to start was spongy, warm, butter melted, and fresh. We ordered the special breakfast burrito, the Sunshine breakfast with challah French toast, eggs over easy, sides of corn beef hash, turkey bacon and sausage, a veggie Benedict, a tuna melt, & veggie omelette. Everyone loved the food. Service was friendly and quick. The coffee kept flowing. Ed & Ilene- bravo. A new solid staple for the Sharon community. We'll be back for family reunions now that my sister is a local resident. read more

The food was good. The service was excellent. It was all it was posted about on Facebook. The only thing I feel bad about was that they had specials that day and we were not told about them. We only saw them until we were walking out the door to leave they were on a chalkboard against the wall. We would have tried something that was a special instead plus on top of that unfortunately it was a bit more than I anticipated spending with a tip. It was $22 for two copies and a muffin and English muffin and a hash brown. I thought that was a bit much, but other than that it was very clean and wonderful inside. read more

I was super excited when my co-workers decided to come here for lunch. Breakfast all a day!? I love breakfast anytime of the day! The place looked clean and it was relatively empty, which was surprising for lunch time. I ordered a Greek Omelette, a side of bacon, and water with lemon. It looked good when it arrived, but when I cut into it a pool of liquid spilled out. The inside was wet. The outside seemed cooked well enough, but either the inside wasn't cooked enough or the spinach caused the watery inside. It turned the feta into a mushy liquid. Very disappointing for a meal that cost me $20 bucks. The server was friendly, but forgot to get me a refill of water that I had asked for, so I was eating my food with nothing to drink until I had to catch her attention and remind her. There was only 2 other tables with people. I didn't understand why service was slow. Another thing that I didn't really like was that when she carried out the food, she basically had the plates piled on top of one another so the bottom of my friends plate was laying on top of my food. That just seems gross to me. Halfway through our meal, the waitstaff changed. All of a sudden we had a different waitress. I know they need breaks or shifts change, but usually someone lets us know or at the very least fills in the person taking over. We had asked for separate checks at the beginning of the meal. Since it was a different waitress, we got one check. We had let her know we asked for separate. She was happy to do that, but needed us to tell her what we each had. The separate checks came out wrong and had to be corrected as she added something to someone's that hadn't even been ordered by anyone. It came and again was wrong, but my friend just decided to pay for it rather than having her bring yet another check. I would give them a try again because my friends liked their meals. They got something different than me, so I would be willing to get something other than what I got. Though that whole plate-on-plate thing kinda grossed me out, so I don't know. My partner and I ate at the Wagon Wheel Diner for this first time this morning, and the place is amazingly great. I had the corned beef hash with eggs, which was perfect, and she had the Challah french toast which was delicious. The service was fast and very friendly, the prices very reasonable. The owner, Ilene, is a wonderful person! We will definitely be going back regularly. read more

I ate at this restaurant earlier today. The theme is really fun; the owners did a great job with the decor (from the lighting fixtures to the table centerpieces). There is also plenty of parking as there is a very large lot outside! I ordered the oatmeal with berries and had a cup of coffee. My meal was great and my server was excellent. She even made me a cup of coffee, to go! I highly recommend this diner. read more

First time ordering food here today. Restaurant was cute and very clean. Waitress was super nice. Prices were competitive with other places. Food quantity was good.... I could give my breakfast a better review but I most likely won't be back... My breakfast was just average in taste. Scrambled egg pieces were so small I needed a spoon to eat them. Couldn't be picked up with a fork. Breakfast potatoes tasted and looked like they came frozen and then grilled. No seasonsing at all could be detected. Just plain potatoes. read more

Today I had lunch at Wagon Wheel Diner. I decided to try the chicken soup and tuna melt. The soup was fabulous!! Lots of chicken, noodles, carrots, etc. perfect on a cold day! So I should start by saying breakfast is my favorite meal. I stumbled upon this place while killing time before a work meeting. The service is excellent. The food is pretty good for a diner. I had an omelet that was so big I couldn't get through half of it. Come for a Bloody Mary and stay for the food. I could pick apart the overcooked omelet and cold toast, or the deep fried home fries but honestly for a hole in the wall diner I'd visit again. Terrible service. A friend and I wanted to support local business and check it out. We entered and stood waiting for 10 min while a server (physically right next to me) ignored us. And finally another server just pointed to an empty booth. We sat for another 10 Min-no menu no service while the 2 servers moved around the room except our table. Then another group entered, sat and got promptly waited on. Needless to say we left. Never again. Zero stars if I could. We went to another breakfast joint next town over and we're promptly greeted with a friendly hello and seated. How nice! read more

Intentionally went to this local diner instead of chain. Do not get the "steak tips" sandwich. It is overprice, overcooked gristly slices of cheap meat on a hot dog bun. Service is friendly and I don't know about the rest of the menu but my meal was terrible. read more

Had a chance to visit this establishment this morning with my family. It's a cute little place in a strip mall that has a bit of a weird vibe and it took a few minutes before anyone told us whether we should sit or wait for a table but once they did, we were pleasantly surprised at the attentiveness of our waitress, who turned out to be the owner's daughter, and the food choices/options. We all had breakfast and loved it! Between us, we tried the French toast, the chocolate chip pancakes, their dark rye bread and the hashbrowns. Everything was fantastic. I would be remiss in not mentioning the iced coffee that was amazing, and we were all given "to go" cups to take a bit of extra hydration for the road. I would highly recommend a visit to this little gem, if you're looking for a great breakfast in the Foxboro area. read more

This is the place I take folks every time they visit me in Sharon! We loved this diner before Wagon Wheel took over and the food is even better and the staff is even friendlier than its predecessor! Incredibly attentive staff, great, affordable food, and their egg and cheese on a works bagel is my favorite on the go breakfast. No matter if you sit down for a bite or do take out, this is an excellent spot and we're so lucky to have such a great place so close! read more

Meh. Driving south after airport drop off and saw good rating so stopped in. Ambiance and service were good (assuming you don't hate country music coming from a speaker behind the bar). Food was no better than ok with one exception. The poached eggs on Benedict were nearly perfect (spoiled only by some eggshell in the dish). Poached eggs are highly variable in my experience and these were cooked as well as any I've had in a restaurant. Hollandaise sauce was very plain (a little lemon juice and a smidge of white pepper would help). Potatoes were just fried cubes without seasoning beyond salt. Stools at bar were not comfortable so I moved to booth where everything felt slightly greasy (I was there at opening, so at its cleanest I assume). Ketchup dispenser on table is jar with handle and pump. Put near plate and pump ketchup onto table. Only functional as two handed operation. I asked about corned beef hash (my fave) - it's canned. I never understand why a small breakfast place with a fairly small menu serves canned hash. Yuck. Overall, just OK. I wouldn't go out of my way for it. read more

The Sunshine breakfast with Challah French Toast, eggs, and fruit salad was delicious. He enthused about his selection -eggs, a generous portion of bacon, and a side pancake. Coffee was top notch and she dropped by to refill several times. The tic tac toe game on the table was a nice touch. Great food, friendly service, clean, plentiful parking.
