This Wendy's is one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. For starters, when my friend and I tried to order, we were told to use the kiosks. However, only one kiosk was functional as the other was broken. After placing our orders, we then had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our "fast" food. Unfortunately, the bad experience didn't end with just the service. My food was also bad; the bottom bun of my chicken sandwich was soggy, and the sandwich was messily assembled. read more

Typical Wendy's fare with a need for customer service. From the outside this Wendy's location seems one of the most modern in the chain and is inviting. The food is typical Wendy's. The lettuce and tomato seemed fresh. The burgers were warm. Unfortunately the staff lacked warmth. There was no greeting. The statements were kurt, "(hand outstretched) Your order is $.....". Both the window person and manager (brought a bag) seemed done with work. When I asked for my receipt, the replay was a short, "In the bag!" There is room for improvement for customer service. This is the BEST Wendy's in the area. I highly recommend their new Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit breakfast as that biscuit is ONLY $1! It is freshly made Bacon, REAL Egg, REAL Cheese just like I would make at home! The GM is super friendly and the cook delivers quality EVERY time. And you can drive directly next door afterwards for BJs gas, or get right onto Route 95. (All the other fast food chains " nuke prepackaged breakfast sandwiches"=gross) read more

Terrible terrible terrible experience last two visits to this location. Last week I order the new pretzel pub burger. It was missing the pickles and crispy onions. Pathetic they can't even make a new menu item. Then tonight I order a bacon classic double. IT DIDN'T HAVE ANY FU*KING BACON!! I asked for no ketchup and they put like a quarter cup of mayo. Just ridiculous and soggy trash burger for 9 DOLLARS!!! So I try to call to complain and no answer after 5 tries. Avoid this location. The management is terrible. Staff low IQ. For what the charge now better off at 5 Guys down the street. read more

Wendy's used to be my favorite fast food chain from 3 burger options. Recently went to the drive thru of this specific Wendy's. 20 minute wait to get to the order window, no ordering ahead and when I finally got my order, I specifically asked if there were straws in the bag, and the person having me my order replied yes and then when we drove off and opened the bag, no straws, no sauces for the fries,they gave us a dr pepper instead of a diet coke and one sandwich was missing. I know that it's not really Wendy's fault, but that experience made me to not want to go to ANY Wendy's ever again. And even before the pandemic, this place used to be slow at the drive thru, but after this... Wendy's no more for me. read more

The drive thru line was long and still for about 10 or mins so my girl used the Wendy's app to place an online order. We ordered a simple order but of course it got screwed up . 3 chicken sandwiches with just added ranch, lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon, also two 4 piece nuggets 2 fries,coke and a lemonade. We got the food from the window and double checked everything. Out of the 3 chicken sandwiches that were ALL ordered the SAME.... 1 was missing lettuce and 2 of them had MUSTARD ADDED for some reason, so we had them re make it. Really annoyed but glad that we double checked their work.....who the hell wants MUSTARD ON CHICKEN??? Just adding to all the 1 star reviews of this place because they are all true. I have come here several times since it has opened a couple of months ago. They simply continue to fail to handle the lines. It is 12:32pm and they only have one register open that lines up all the way to back by the coke machine. Fail Fail Fail. read more

There aren't enough employees at this location making service ***incredibly*** slow. I have waited a half hour for my food in the drive-through multiple times at this location, and today, I didn't even get my food!!!! In fact, no one even took my order. When I got up to the front to place my order (since no one had taken it up to this point), I was told to pull up to a different spot and someone would come out right away. After a few more minutes (now 35+ minutes) of waiting and no one coming to take our order (and with a cranky baby in the car), we drove away with no food. It appeared all of the workers were too busy. I won't be coming back to this location until the line issue is resolved, workers aren't overwhelmed, and customer service improves. I don't blame the individual workers themselves. I truly believe they are doing the best they can, but there aren't enough people to help out since it's a popular location. I hope others find this review helpful. I also don't enjoy posting negative reviews and hope I can correct this and give a higher review some day if it is deserved. read more

No effort is being made to clean the tables and dining area, replenish ice in the soda/juice machine or ensure the soda is cold and not flat. The last few times there the food wasn't very good and the fries were cold. read more

Probably the worst run fast food establishment in town. Always takes unreasonably long even when no line in the drive through and 9/10 times the staff is rude. Constantly getting an attitude or dirty look over something as simple as asking for sauce with your nuggets. Great location geographically but in desperate need of a staff overhaul or new management. read more

I am a huge Wendy's fan, I think they're one of the better fast food chains. This one is disappointing though. The staff is almost always rude, even when I try to be extremely polite and friendly. Went there today and ordered two 444's. They didn't ask about sauce so at the window we asked, they gave us ONE and walked away. Also only gave us one straw for two drinks. I've been waiting for this for years. If you have read my other reviews, in every other Wendy's I've been to, I always write about how annoyed I have been that they have not been local for me ever. I live in Westwood and cannot believe how long the area has survived without Wendy's! Anyway, this restaurant recently opened on Route 1 in Norwood, right across from a grocery store I frequent and I am very happy with it. It's the newest style of Wendy's, has a drive thru, spectacular service, a fabulous interior and easy access. Service has no bumps even though they have only been open for three days and is very efficient. Only issue is that the waits have been extremely long every time I drive by. Literally cars leading out of the parking lot into Sumner Street and cars leading out of the parking lot on Route 1! I sent emails to Wendy's for years and they finally realized how appreciated they are now that they have opened.... wouldn't be surprised if another opened soon due to the already extreme success (however -1 star for the continuous waiting). Very happy, just wish that less other people were as pleased as myself. 4 stars. One less annoyance and one less reason to go crazy driving to Natick, Roslindale or Milford for my fast food fix! read more

Check out this scam by their wonderful employees. Ordered my meal gave them my credit card charged it and gave it back to me. While I was waiting a minute or so the cashier says can I have your card again ? I asked why ? She says it didn't go through. liar I was billed the usual 10.15 and a minute later billed another 3.50. This is how they get you to buy their snack or make up for an under charge. Thats right B I checked my CC statement Il'l be back to get my money. Don't even know what to say. My three visits there in the drive-thru were all the same....Terrible!!! I get mad if I have to wait 10 minutes just to order. I would've went inside at (7:00pm) but the doors were locked. There was at least 15 cars in line and was extremely slow moving. I finally got to order and told them I wanted,"a $5 bacon stack biggie bag, lettuce tomato, mayonnaise and bacon and cheese. When I got home (6 minutes later) my food was ice cold and my burger had lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese and ketchup instead of Mayo. Shame on management because there were two young kids running the whole place and they seemed like they didn't give a fuck either. Oh ya, you might wanna fix the lights on your menu when you pull up to order because it's been fucked since you opened a couple years ago. This place is pure awfulness, which hurts me to write because I generally enjoy Wendy's. Their food is usually top notch and better than most locally available places. I should have left immediately upon entering and seeing 12 angry-faced people waiting for their food, and one particularly red-faced gentleman attempting to get his money back after being told that his 3 salads were in reality 3 burgers. They got my $20, for which I received one medium soda. I left...it's just not worth it. Saturday at 230...there are better options on rt1. Like the gas station across the street, they have a delicious jerky selection and the tic tacs are quite tasty. read more

Fabulous dining experience here. This is a very busy shop, takeout and dine in. The service is outstanding early or late night. Keep in mind there is usually a wait due to the location and occasional technology issues. The staff always works hard to correct issues. The team is very professional, polite and friendly. Thanks to Isaiah, Darline, Moliere, the managers and staff. Sergey, is also very welcoming. Just be patient during peak dining times. The kitchen, tables, and bathroom are always clean. They also have kiosks to order quickly. Plenty of parking. Late night takeout lines can be tricky but move quickly. The outside is very clean and well maintained and the trash is well managed. Typically status of your to go order can be viewed on the screen to the left of kitchen. The salads are great here! Overall, really tasty food, fair prices and outstanding service by a hardworking team. read more

It has been open less than a year and the service has gone from bad to absolutely horrible. We have been sitting in line at the drive-through at 8 o'clock at night for 20 minutes without moving. I would order from here frequently in the past year, but I always used the drive thru option. One day I decided to go inside and order because the line of cars were backed up outside. As I'm ordering my food I noticed an employee scratching her scalp then proceeded to prepare burgers/sandwiches without changing her gloves. I thought that maybe I was seeing things and it wasn't until she did it a second time that I spoke to the cashier who shrugged his shoulders and simply replied "great" in a sarcastic tone. The place was so overwhelmed and the manager was bombarded with orders so I simply sent a complain on Wendy's website. Most of these fast food chains never follow up on issues reported. We've been waiting for this place to open. It's been a few months & the wait time for fast is high. The drive through line was wrapped around the building. We went in & stood in line for 5+ minutes. Big fan of Wendy's in general, and super happy to have a new one open up nearby... but was not thrilled with my experience there. Went inside to see the line nearly out the door and almost everyone having issues with their orders. Gave my name as Jacqueline, had my name written down as Jack, and instead of a s'ausome bacon double sans pickles... I got a single burger with some sauce. Did not have time to stand through the second line to deal with the issues at the time of eating, and just pressed on. I do not suggest going to this place until they get their basics in order, or better service in general. Will not be eating here again most likely. :/ read more
