I prefer Burger King to McD. However, if BK is to compete with McD there wifi has to improve. Often times the wifi does not work even when you are in front of the drive thru speaker. The BK I typically go to is at 41 Providence Highway, Norwood and the person at the window told me the wifi is terrible. SO if it is known why not fix it? read more

Amazing place. I walk in to a lot of joyful workers, all greeting me and making me feel welcomed. Mind you, this is 10:30. And the workers are still amazing and the food tasted just like what the Burger King commercial would say. I ordered a whopper with fries and everything was nice, fresh, and hot. My order only took 3 minutes especially the fact they looked super busy. When u walk inside it smells like a whole stake house. Clean floors, tables. Very spacious area. I always see her with a positive, hardworking attitude; even when she's by herself (which really shouldn't be the case). She truly deserves a raise! I am very impressed by this Burger King. The young lady at the register was friendly and courteous. As I waited for my Impossible burger, she inquired about it without my having to. (Honestly, I'd only been waiting for about sixty seconds at that point.) Someone in the back told her it was still cooking. Without missing a beat, she started prepping bags or future customers. Alot of burger kings are hit or miss. this one seems better than most. They have a double cheeseburger on sale for $2 ;everytime I get that I find it hot and delish. One time got a Whooper though and it was luke warm. If you get the sale items or use your crown rewards you can't beat the price. So I figured I should update my review of this burger King because it seems like something was finally done about this place it has a whole new look because the renovation and it seems like a whole new staff! I have been here quite a few times since the remodel and every time has been great the food has been served hot fresh and correctly. The staff is friendly. I have had to wait a couple of minutes sometime for my food at the window but waiting 2 or 3 minutes and actually getting hot food is so worth it in my opinion. The employee who took our order was friendly and efficient, everything in our order served quickly and correct, the store was clean and presentable... but what really made our experience was the manager--Beatriz. I've only gone through the drive-thru, so I can't speculate or comment on the inside of the restaurant. However, this place has the best speed for a drive-thru that I have ever seen. Compared to the Framingham downtown location, this one moves at the speed of light. Wendy's is my favorite fast food. In my opinion, they are just on the top of Burger King and McDonalds with renovations and quality. Yet, since I live in the area of this Burger King, it is obvious the closest Wendy's are 25-30 minutes away in Waltham, Stoughton, Milford and so on. So, sometimes I stop at Burger King in Norwood for my fast food fix. This Burger King is great. The employees always look clean, make my orders correctly, and are always smiling. One of the managers, Michelle, is very friendly as well. Food is not exactly like Wendy's, and they don't offer as much, but it is still delicious and a perfect spot to stop if you're cruising down Route 1. read more

How frustrating when they cannot even handle a simple order. I have a Burger King coupon that offers buy one get one free on their croissant sandwiches. I asked the cashier during my order if I may use the coupon on one sausage one and one with bacon. She said hold-on, I can't read the number on the coupon. After running back and forth behind the counter and trying to take someone else's order through the drive through, she finally came back to the counter and rang up my order. The service was terrible; the girl who took my order was nice, but she completely misheard my order (I asked for ONLY certain things on my Whopper, but she wrote it as me not wanting ANY of those things, meaning I just got a burger with toppings I didn't want). If you go to this location any time past 9:30pm, expect there to be a ridiculous wait 90% of the time. I pulled up tonight and there were three people ahead of me. The boy working the drive thru was awful. I ordered one meal and it took 3 minutes for him to understand what I wanted. After waiting a total of 15 minutes, I finally had my food and went home. When I got home and took two small bites, I realized my burger was cold. When looking closer, I noticed it was also slightly pink. I threw it out. An hour after eating that bit, I started feeling nauseous. I went to sleep because of that but kept waking up due to the nausea. I just woke up right now (2:30am) and threw up everything. So thank you for the food poisoning, Burger King. I'm aware that fast food isn't the healthiest but this was on a whole new level. I'm just happy I only ate a little.
