I've only gone through the drive-thru, so I can't speculate or comment on the inside of the restaurant. However, this place has the best speed for a drive-thru that I have ever seen. Compared to the Framingham downtown location, this one moves at the speed of light. I usually visit this Burger King after 10 p.m., and during my last three visits it's been the same older gentleman working the window and what appears to be a middle-aged manager. Each time, after placing my order at the drive-thru speaker, I'm stopped about 20 feet before the pickup window by the manager, who leans out the window with both hands raised, signaling me to stop and wait before pulling up. There may be a legitimate reason for this, whether it's for safety, security, or store policy, but when I asked why, no explanation was given. That lack of communication was unsettling. Even a simple sign explaining the procedure would make the experience much less confusing. I've also noticed that my total is inconsistent. I order the same two meals every visit, yet the amount charged is different each time. On my most recent visit, the total was about $32, even though both meals I ordered were $12.99 each. If there are add-ons or price changes, it would be helpful if it was mentioned when placing my order, or at the very least given an itemized receipt after paying A little more transparency and friendly communication would go a long way toward improving the customer experience. read more

This location definitely could use more employees. Every time I attempt to have lunch here, I have had to turn around and walk out. Today was the last straw. I placed my order on the automated screen (not a fan of these, but that's for another time) and I opted to pay at the register. Unfortunately, there was only one person at the counter, bagging, drive thru orders, running orders outside and trying to man the ONE SINGLE register. She sees a line out the door and still runs outside with orders all while yelling "Everyone be patient". Well, when you are on your lunch hour and only have an allotted time for lunch, your patience wears thin. So much for "fast food." I prefer Burger King to McD. However, if BK is to compete with McD there wifi has to improve. Often times the wifi does not work even when you are in front of the drive thru speaker. The BK I typically go to is at 41 Providence Highway, Norwood and the person at the window told me the wifi is terrible. SO if it is known why not fix it? read more

Amazing place. I walk in to a lot of joyful workers, all greeting me and making me feel welcomed. Mind you, this is 10:30. And the workers are still amazing and the food tasted just like what the Burger King commercial would say. I ordered a whopper with fries and everything was nice, fresh, and hot. My order only took 3 minutes especially the fact they looked super busy. When u walk inside it smells like a whole stake house. Clean floors, tables. Very spacious area. I'm an Uber Eats driver, and I stop in all the time. Beatriz is absolutely amazing! I always see her with a positive, hardworking attitude; even when she's by herself (which really shouldn't be the case). She truly deserves a raise! I am very impressed by this Burger King. The young lady at the register was friendly and courteous. As I waited for my Impossible burger, she inquired about it without my having to. (Honestly, I'd only been waiting for about sixty seconds at that point.) Someone in the back told her it was still cooking. Without missing a beat, she started prepping bags or future customers. Alot of burger kings are hit or miss. this one seems better than most. They have a double cheeseburger on sale for $2 ;everytime I get that I find it hot and delish. One time got a Whooper though and it was luke warm. If you get the sale items or use your crown rewards you can't beat the price. So I figured I should update my review of this burger King because it seems like something was finally done about this place it has a whole new look because the renovation and it seems like a whole new staff! I have been here quite a few times since the remodel and every time has been great the food has been served hot fresh and correctly. The staff is friendly. I have had to wait a couple of minutes sometime for my food at the window but waiting 2 or 3 minutes and actually getting hot food is so worth it in my opinion. Went here tonight for my son's dinner. Are you kidding me??!!! I've had bad experiences in the past, but figured it would be fresh at 5:30 pm. He had a large fry and an 8 piece chicken nuggets. The bag was very hot, so I thought he was gonna have a decent meal. How frustrating when they cannot even handle a simple order. I have a Burger King coupon that offers buy one get one free on their croissant sandwiches. I asked the cashier during my order if I may use the coupon on one sausage one and one with bacon. She said hold-on, I can't read the number on the coupon. If you go to this location any time past 9:30pm, expect there to be a ridiculous wait 90% of the time. I pulled up tonight and there were three people ahead of me. The boy working the drive thru was awful. I ordered one meal and it took 3 minutes for him to understand what I wanted. After waiting a total of 15 minutes, I finally had my food and went home. When I got home and took two small bites, I realized my burger was cold. When looking closer, I noticed it was also slightly pink. I threw it out.
