The store was clean and there was a fair amount of available parking. I got the mild tenders because I'm whiter than wonder bread and I had no idea what higher levels of heat here would do to me. For me, mild was perfect but I probably could have tolerated medium. I got 2 tenders and they were really filling. Looked after the fact and they're around 550 calories a piece. They're very meaty and what I really like was the flavors you could taste through the heat. Their blend of herbs and spices would make the colonel blush. Next time I go I think I want to spilt an order of tenders with someone and get the first 4 levels of heat (including none) to compare. The highest level would undoubtedly create an unwelcome inferno throughout my alimentary tract and would not be necessary for me to experience.

My boyfriend ordered sliders with cheese fries. The tenders were completely overloaded with seasoning -- to the point where it was excessive and unpleasant. He chose the "mild" spice level, and there was no heat at all. I ordered the chicken sandwich (medium) with cheese fries. The sandwich itself had potential, but the single tender packed with heavy, overpowering seasoning ruined it. It honestly ended up being some of the worst chicken I've ever had. I also ordered a reaper tender (which requires signing a waiver), and I regret it. Yes, it's hot, but beyond that, it's just not good. It tastes like the chicken was rolled in every spice possible without any balance. I love spicy food and was excited to try it, but this was just unpleasant. The portions, especially the cheese fries, were small for the price. I spent about $50 for two meals, two drinks, and one extra tender, which didn't feel worth it at all. The slush drinks (similar to Minute Maid) were also disappointing -- they tasted sour, almost like the machine hadn't been properly cleaned.
