There was so much back-and-forth with the order -- first I was told they were preparing the food, then there was an issue waiting for a driver, and then the driver was apparently there waiting. At that point, DoorDash ended up canceling the order. I honestly can't say for sure how much of that was DoorDash versus Shake Shack, but it was a frustrating experience either way. After that, I decided to place the order again for pickup. When I finally went to pick it up, the food was extremely soggy. My assumption is that it may have been the same sandwich that had been sitting around during the hour-and-a-half wait, but I obviously can't say that for sure. Normally the food here is great and I've had plenty of good experiences at this location, which is why I was so disappointed today.
