Such amazing food ! It reminds me of subway but with Mexican food. It's right near my work so it's very easy to order online and drive there to get my tasty food. You order at the counter and sit down when it's ready. It is not table service. It's a great spot. The Buritos and bowls are huge and loaded with toppings. I like good old fashioned ground beef. They have a kids menu too for the littles. Online ordering makes things easy to order what you want. Highly recommend ! read more

Stopped in for some great Mexican food and to support a local Latino business. Pretty busy take out and all the staff were filling orders for pickup. We had two bowls - one carne asada and another with pork, loaded with sides. The two in a bag must have weighed five pounds total. Great choices of toppings and plenty of protein. Staff were friendly and gave plenty, ending up squishing our food into these black takeout containers. read more

Santa Fe Burrito Grill - CARNE ASADA BOWL BARBACOA BOWL - Mexican Near Me - Franklin, Massachusetts

Foods great. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Staff are nice. On Mondays burritos are 5.95 so it's Hella busy and loud.

If you are in the mood for some fast food style Mexican, this is the place to go. These guys are super efficient. The portions are generous. Service is friendly. Place is clean. I don't know where else you can get such a big scoop of guacamole without having to pay extra. It's nothing fancy, but your burrito will be made exactly as you want it. Inside of three minutes. I always love my burrito bowl whenever I go. Also the price is right! read more

Ordered my first burrito - steak - for takeout. Most of it was rice. Not impressed and I will not be back.

I ordered grub hub delivery here twice and they are SO FAST. They come within 20 minutes and the food comes in good shape and they provide utensils, napkins, sauces on the side and everything! This burrito is so FAT, and so JUICY, and the best burrito I ever had! I am a Chipotle lover but this Santa Fe has converted me. This place is 10x better, so authentic, so flavorful, all while maintaining a good price! This burrito cost me $20 on Grubhub with the service fees and a tip. Such a good price! I got the CARNE ASADA BURRITO and it already picks the filling for you and it everything in it was a great combination and I especially love the Mexican rice! Super yummy and the meat was tender and savoury! Overall, I would order this place everyday because its so affordable, so delicious, and so filling! Honestly I was so full but the burrito was so good I had to finish all of it. read more

Santa Fe Burrito Grill - Carne Asada Burrito - Mexican Near Me - Franklin, Massachusetts

Fresh options and clean restaurant. Loved the ingredients to put in my burrito. Attentive staff. Only slight drawback was the plastic silverware. Knives needs to be better to cut the huge burrito. Just a slight hurdle. read more

Same format as Chipotle, but food is definitely better. Had a Barbacoa bowl and it was very good.

I would have said this place was exactly what I needed - good prices, good service, clean tables - and, of course, the food was yummy. I wasn't in a rush, but food is ready & quick. Ordered a bowl with pork. Just the right amount of fat to make the whole dish juicy. The pork was tender and very tasty. BUT...I asked for jalapeños, expecting the usual pickled jarred variety. These are fresh & roasted & so delicious. That elevates the experience to memorable status. I'd sure try it again. read more

Great burritos and even better churros! Food is always fresh and service is quick! Carne asada is the best

This place blows Chipotle away. Local chain that makes great and fresh burritos and bowls. Online ordering helps avoid the lines on Mondays when they have $5.49 burritos and bowls. Ordered yesterday (cinco de Mayo) and our order was ready on time. Great spot! read more

The systems down for the restaurant and it's awesome to watch the manager and staff masterfully address dismayed customers , comp the entire highschool baseball teams meals and drinks and do it all with a smile on their face. Not ideal for anyone but nice to see a staff act like they know how to simply communicate the truth and team work effectively. 10 mins delayed on Sunday night , gives you a chance to decompress with some beats and a drink if you want. Always an easy going experience. Will try the bar next time. Nice work read more

Great food , great service, had carne asada tacos and the street corn. Great value. A few minute off the highway but well worth driving past Chipotle read more

My fav Mexican food in town. Priced right, delicious. Quick service, no problems. Have been back many times. Highly recommend!

Delicious unpretentious food! The ingredients are fresh and earthy. We're so glad to have found this place. We've tried barbacoa burrito and bowl, chicken soft taco, and chicken burrito bowl. Everything is delicious and customizable. The meat is always moist and well seasoned. read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch while passing through the area and got a burrito bowl with yellow rice, black beans, carnitas, onions, etc. I really enjoyed it. The pork was tender, the queso and salsa verde were flavorful, and I like they offer fresh chopped cilantro, cheese, lettuce, etc. While the queso was extra, it was a good amount of food and still about $10. I would likely be a regular if I lived in the area. read more

Santa Fe Burrito Grill - A few tables to eat outside on a nice day. - Mexican Near Me - Franklin, Massachusetts

Initially I was hesitant to come to this restaurant as I wasn't really sure what to expect. It turned out to be nicer than what I imagined it to be. Has similar layout and feel to another big chain Mexican restaurant. The restaurant itself hasn't been there that long. It's quite clean on the inside with lots of seating. There are several booths which is nice as well as some free standing tables and chairs. It's nicely decorated and very colorful. There are two entrances and exits. It's one of those places that you order as you go down the line and tell them what do you want in your burrito or bowl and pay at the end. What's cool about the place is they actually have alcohol, you can buy beers and margaritas even thought it's not the type of restaurant that there are waiters to serve you. You order everything you want at the counter and choose your own seating and take your food to your table. You also have to put away your items once done eating. There's one trash can that you can throw away the trash but do not throw away the red plastic containers or the trays...the sign there will tell you that as well. I ordered a bowl and it was actually quite tasty. They also have dessert...flan. read more

Decided to give this place one more chance and never again I tell you. If you enjoy being sick to your stomach and on the toilet the rest of the day, go ahead and try this place. The food here is disgusting and it caters mostly to the local Dean College kids because they could care less what they eat and its cheap. The burritos here are nasty, the tacos are nasty, the rice is gross, I mean come on, how can you screw up tacos. Do yourself a favor and skip this place and hit Taco Bell about a mile down the road. At least you know what you are getting there. read more

When I first stepped into Santa Fe Burrito Grill, I thought it was going to be like every other Mexican place I have ever been to before. I was very, very, wrong because my god does their service rock, the place is also one of the more quieter fast food spots I've been to as in there's not too much noise aside from some customer squabble but all and all, 10/10 burritos would go again. read more

Disappointed with takeout overall. Had great reviews and first time ordering. - poor quality beef & rubbery chicken. -Hot peppers without being requested. ( hotter than jalapeño) - Salad without salad dressing. read more

Always a good choice. We've received quality and consistent dishes every time we eat here. Their salads are fresh and burritos large and filling. read more

Today was the second time I've been to the Santa Fe Burrito Grille and it did not disappoint! Absolutely huge, generous, well balanced burrito that could feed a family of four - or just me. DELICIOUS! Very impressed with this place in quality, quantity, and taste. The burrito was a touch over $11 with tax and I noticed the price had gone up some, but it's still WELL WORTH IT from my perspective. Prices are up on everything and this business needs to be profitable like any business if you want them to be around for a while. I didn't take a photo as I'm sure all reading this know what a burrito looks like, and, I ate it so fast the camera didn't even have a chance. read more

We liked this place and agreed with previous reviews that this is a step up from Chipotle and Qdoba mass chains. We both ordered rice plates, trying al pastor and carnitas. Quick service concept. They also serve Agua Fresca and Jarritos. Definitely recommend for a quick bite. read more

The food is amazing and the staff are very friendly. We visit them weekly for the burrito bowls and burritos!

Delicious food, fast, friendly service. Everything tastes fresh and flavorful. I'm partial to barbacoa hard shell tacos with beans and queso. My spouse prefers chicken nachos. I usually don't choose chicken because I ate so much of it as a kid, but their chicken is cooked to perfection and almost melts in my mouth. Everthing I've tried here I've enjoyed. When I first discovered this place, I went so often the staff began to recognize me. I joke that it's the most dangerous thing about Franklin for be because I can't pass by without stopping in. A wholesome, fresh, and tasty alternative to that "musical" chain for sure. read more

My whole family loves this place. If chipotle could do better it would be this place. I also love that they don't have a bunch of plastic packaging and use cardboard type takeaway containers that's a huge plus for me. The staff is nice and everything I ordered both in person and online so far has been fulfilled as requested without errors. I wish I didn't love the chips with quesp so much; it would be really helpful to my figure if they could make them taste a tad worse. read more

This is a great little restaurant! Their burrito bowls are excellent! It's one of the best paces to grab a bite in Franklin!

Quick, Clean, Tasty. That sums it up. I usually go for a burrito bowl and what I appreciate is that you can pick the fillings. Great if you're on a low carb diet. There are a few tables in there, but most people do take out. read more

Really delicious and huge burrito. Great price. Nice casual clean place. What more can I say?

Tried this place for the first time tonight. Great experience with well trained and pleasant staff, reasonable prices and good quality food. It was very hot in the restaurant and I wouldn't have wanted to eat in there, but I was getting takeout so that was fine. read more
