We hit up Bandidos for a quick lunch break a few weeks ago & were happy with our choice. Nice staff, clean restaurant, one MILLION options on the menu to choose from. They started us off with some complimentary chips & salsa. I don't normally notice the chips & salsa. It's usually a completely neutral addition to the experience, neither really good or really bad. But my bestie & I both noticed the chips & salsa here - SO GOOD! The chips were so crispy & fresh & perfectly done. The salsa was balanced & tasty. We snarfed it all down. Then I ordered the quesabirria (corn tortillas, yay) & my bestie ordered the seafood taco meal. It didn't seem like you could just order single tacos - it was either a whole meal situation or no deal. My quesabirria was a little bit dry, but still good. I thought it was a bit overpriced - $19.50 for three tacos, rice, & beans. Overall it was a tasty lunch, & I would come back if I was hungry & in the area again. read more

I've never found a restaurant so consistent. We come here all the time with my work colleagues and every meal is as fresh and delicious as the last. The restaurant is always spotless and impeccably clean. The service is always so attentive-- and fast! I cannot recommend them enough. We've also utilized them on Door Dash many times and they never disappoint!! read more

I love the Bandidos in Cumberland so I figured I'd try this new location. Ordered the queso like I always do and it came in a much smaller bowl and was very watery barely tasted like cheese. Got a combo with enchiladas and chimichanga. Chicken in the enchiladas were very dry. Chimichanga wasn't crispy at all. Rice was ok, the beans were inedible. Quesabrrra was delicious I really love the birra meat that serve and the dipping sauce. Overall I wouldn't go back to this location, I'll stick with Cumberland. read more

Bandidos opened its 3rd location in Woonsocket and I was so excited to try it! This location is great! There is tons of space and a huge bar! I've never been to their Attleboro location, but have been to Cumberland many times. My favorite margarita is the Pepino - which is the cucumber one! I can confirm it's as good here in Woonsocket! Service was fast, attentive and perfect! We tried the birria tacos and the fajitas...all were great! So happy to have this location open and for our experience to be so good! They couldn't get a beer order correct, I ordered a 12 oz and a 26 oz came out they insisted it was 12 oz until I got my bill, food was good but the wall where they kept bringing the stuff in and out was all peeling and scraped was an appetizer killer, what does the kitchen look like was what I thinking ,I tried it ,miss Acapulco's, You always have to look the part if you are not and point blank said this is not a 12 oz beer they it was until the $10 for it. read more

I initially liked Bandidos in Woonsocket when I started going there about 4-5 months ago. However, for the second time they raised prices with entrees suddenly hiked 15-20% compared with prices on the menu when I dined there about three weeks before. I also noticed they charge $5.50 for a Coke!!! Thats more than fine dining restaurants in NYC or Boston. I've never paid more than $4.00 anywhere. Starting the last time I went there about four weeks ago, they now charge you for salsa after the first complimentary serving for the table. I've been to many Mexican restaurants and chips and salsa has always been no charge for refills, including other area Mexican restaurants. Inflation has been under control over the past 2 years so there is no excuse for these ridiculous price increases other than a greedy money grab. I feel like the owner started with lower prices after opening the Woonsocket location then once he got a following he has massively raised prices. As long as people keep going to restaurants despite the steep price increases there is no incentive for owners like this to control prices. We won't be back. read more

Excellent! I've been to the Cumberland location but I live in Woonsocket and as very happy that they opened one out here. The food is sooooo good. I never knew I liked Mexican until I went here. The refried beans are my favorite. They have soo much flavor. My husband hates refried beans but he loves theirs. After a few attempts, I finally made it to the new Banditos in Woonsocket. Sat in the back bar area at a table. The draft beer was $6.50 and more expensive than I expected. I ordered Chicken Buenos Nachos at $14.99, and this is where this goes bad. They seemed like they were sitting for a very long time. There was not one chip that was not soggy. Like mushy. Are nacho chips supposed to be mushy? So I forced down the chicken and cheese off the top. Now It's 300am, and I'm laying here with heartburn. Seemed like it sat around for a while. My friend had chicken fiesta, which she said were good, but this is my report. Two people $69.01. Not going back. read more

It was Father's Day evening and we wanted to try something new and seen Bandidos in Woonsocket. Was sat down right away and was served chips and salsa, which was very good. Unfortunately that's when the excitement ended. 20min later and we were still waiting for our server to introduce themselves and take our drink order. Another party shows up after we have been waiting and was approached right away by their server. The host noticed that we were waiting and did nothing. We just left and will never return. Where to star? Service is a 10. The most friendly and welcoming bartenders and service people in the history of customer service. Everyone was so welcoming, greater with a big smile. The food...fabulous very well prepared.. the margaritas well one will get you to where you need to be...a second will get you into the twilight zone..this place is you notch..but do not be frightend by the bartender...he may look like he spent time at San quenton. Our first visit and will be far from our last. We are big fans of Mexican and have a new go to. We had Queso for an appetizer with Chorizo and it was outstanding. I had steak fajitas and they were the best in the area. My son had the chicken fajitas and it was a generous portion of flavorful chicken. My wife had the Enchiladas Banditos and was very impressed. I have been a big fan of the Cumberland Bandidos and was pleased when the Woonsocket location opened, which is much closer to home. My wife and I have ordered takeout a few times in Woonsocket since opening and the quality has been inconsistent but not awful, until yesterday. Yesterday was the last straw. We ordered takeout and it started when I picked up the order. I ordered a side guacamole and after I picked up the order, I checked the bag in the car and noted that there was no guacamole in it. I went back into the restaurant and the guy at the register went in back and came back out with a container and handed it to me. Unfortunately, when I arrived home I discovered that there was only a dollop of guacamole in the container - much less than I was usually given at takeout. Additionally, there were very few chips in the accompanying bag. My wife ordered Enchiladas Locas and the enchiladas were much smaller than before and seemed a bit dry and over cooked. Believe it or not and I am not exaggerating, there was only about one tablespoon of refried beans in the dish. I ordered Carne Asada, medium rare. The steak was overcooked but not dry and there was less of it than with earlier meals. I was "lucky" and received about a tablespoon and a half of refried beans. So this was the last time at Bandidos Woonsocket. I'll give Bandidos Cumberland a try again and see if the issue is local or endemic to all Bandidos locations. read more

The food is always good, especially the fajitas and the servers are efficient. Be forewarned that if you don't want to hear the f word on end while trying to enjoy your meal you may want to limit the number of times you go to this restaurant. On our last two visits we were seated in booths near the bar and all we heard was f this and f that from folks at the bar and nearby tables. The bartenders do nothing to limit the foul language. Food: typical American Mexican restaurant. Salsa had no kick and little flavor, chips are a little too thick for my liking and not enough salt. Tacos: chicken was dry and had no flavor. Had to add a ton of salsa. Rice/beans, typical, nothing special and very small portions (like 4 bites of beans). Service: we interacted with 3 servers. One was super friendly, seems to like people and his job, one was neutral, and one seemed visibly annoyed by any request. Ambiance: Great atmosphere, lively Mexican music. Booth seats lack depth. Upon entering we were sat promptly, a party of two around 6pm on a Friday. We sat at a high top table. A girl came by with chips and salsa. The waiter came to take our drink order. He didn't introduce himself so I have no clue who our server was. Our drinks came promptly and he came back for our meal order. We sat for about 50 minutes waiting for our food. We contemplated leaving several times. Eventually our food was delivered in the hands of what looked to be the manager and our waiter by his side. I am assuming this is because we waited so long for our food. Upon my first bite (I got the fajita chimichanga) my rice was cold. The rest of the meal was average. The chicken was orange and I thought I was served shrimp because of the unappealing color. My date had already finished his whole meal by the time our server came back to check on us. We decided not to get dessert because we figured it would be melted by the time it arrived. Overall I would not return to this location. The service was bad and the food was cold. I called the Woonsocket store and they said they would send someone to my house 4 miles away with a new order. Christian the owner delivered a replacement order and apologized for the issue. Where to start.... I placed an order online, I had been in there once and wasn't wow'ed but since Mex is my favorite, we figured we give it another try. We ordered only 2 things, the Chile relleno appetizer and cheese enchiladas. Order is placed and says it will be ready within 25-35 minutes. I had requested a tiny plastic ramikin of their green chili sauce. When I went to pick up the food, I go to the front podium, a young waitress was at the front and was quick to get the bill for me. As she was doing this, I asked if I was given a side of their green sauce, the same container they put their salsa in. She looks at me like a deer in headlights, goes in the kitchen and now the manager comes out. I could tell he was about to teach me a lesson. He approached me like I asked for the Hope Diamond for free, his eyes big and says "oh no, we can't give you that side without paying $2 more." I said the "two dishes came to $30, I can't get a small side to taste?" Oh hell no, I wasn't getting a side of green chili. I had already felt soured but I digress, I'll take abuse if your food is good. Now I get home and of course the food was like next-day-cold food. We were hungry so we couldn't wait to dig in. I open the plastic container with the salsa in it and whoever put my order together must have been very angry because there was enough salsa for 1 chip, literally ONE CHIP. Like what were they thinking when they give you a bag of chips with literally no salsa is unacceptable. So no salsa. Ok, onto the cheese enchiladas, we each take a bite and looked at each other like what on did we just eat? The red sauce they use for enchiladas has cloves/allspice/nutmeg in it making it tastes like some weird pumpkin pie cheese enchiladas hybrid, it was horrendous. So we scraped all the red sauce off but it didn't work, whatever the sauce touched, it ruined. We THREW out that dish. Onto the chili rellenos, these would have been good but since it was cold, we could taste the oil from the fryer, it's old oil, at least 5-7 days old. Grossed out, we threw the rellenos out and I ended up making pasta and sauce. As for restaurant itself, it was depressing, the ambiance was nonexistent for a Friday night at 7:30. I think the manager either hates his job, hates people in general or just decided to hate me for no reason. You showed me, your green chili is soooooooo amazing that you refused a new customer a smidge of kindness for $2. You wouldn't last a day working at the Cheesecake Factory as a dishwasher no less a manager. Congratulations, you showed me. read more
