They suggested the Mole Coloradito, and I happily went along with it. Unfortunately, it just never landed for me. The dish was perfectly edible and certainly filling, but it wasn't memorable. The mole lacked the depth and richness I was hoping for, and by the end of the meal I realized it was the kind of entrée I'll probably forget in a few weeks. It satisfied my appetite, but it didn't leave me wanting to come back. Service at the bar was also slower than expected, both for drinks and food. Nothing was unfriendly--it just lacked the energy and attentiveness that can elevate a meal. To be fair, restaurants don't earn a 4.9 rating by accident, so it's entirely possible I simply ordered the wrong dish, even with the recommendation. I'll chalk this one up to a mismatch between my expectations and my experience. If I find myself back in Cumberland, I'll probably explore another restaurant before returning here. I genuinely hope others have the experience reflected in the reviews, but this visit just didn't quite live up to the hype for me.
