You definitely have an opportunity to get wrecked at the shipwreck and that may be all you need. This lounge has an upscale feel with a fire pit and some awesome outside seating. The drinks were decent and it is a fun place to gossip. You do have to walk up a hill to get there but you certainly can roll down it with the right beverages when returning.

My friends and I visited Shipwreck Lounge on our last night in Provincetown. It was a cold night, but they have a single fire pit outside that another group was at so we sat in the comfortable wicker patio set nearby instead. The outdoor patio has a really nice vibe, warm lighting, and some cocktail tables. We ordered drinks inside. There's a $25 credit card minimum, which is an outrageous amount (I've seen $10, which is legally compliant and more realistic), but given that one drink costs $12-$13, it's not too hard to hit that minimum. I ordered a rum punch -- well made, tasty, and with a paper straw, too. Bartender was alert, friendly, and easygoing. The restrooms are on the lower level and very clean. I would visit again!

Came for the weekend and will be back! Great place to grab a drink with no attitude. Mike at the bar inside was great and we enjoyed our stay all three nights! Will be back again. Not sure how we missed the place all summer long! Great vibe for sure!

Unfortunately despite a great atmosphere and lovely decor it appears that I'd been taken advantage of by a bartender. After ordering two vodka sodas for something like 40 dollars, I went on my way... returned home and found a few days later that an exorbitant tip of over 50% had been added to my receipt which I most definitely did not issue myself. Had I not received an alert from my bank (because the tip was so ridiculously high it came off as suspicious..and that, for two drinks I simply ordered and walked away with, no service to speak of) I wouldn't have known at all that they took such liberties with their customers. Truly appalled.

I came here with friends during the summer and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Jacob made our drinks and they were ok. I couldn't find Marly but the other cat, Dylan, was right next to my seat which was absolutely wonderful - he was a super friendly and calm cat you could pet while hanging out. The people who came here that night were also friendly and sweet and the place in general was comfortable with multiple places to sit and chill. Ultimately I came here to have a good drink with friends and though the atmosphere was wonderful I wish the drinks were better to justify a higher rating.

By far my favorite bar and place to hang out in all of Provincetown! Jacob makes the best cocktails and always does so with a smile! The decor is very modern and cozy. On Easter, they put peeps on top of the martinis! So cute! I love to relax on the outdoor patio next to the big firepit and socialize with my new made friends. Heaven.

The restaurant is so pretty, the view is gorgeous, and the staff is so nice. Our waiter, Ivan, was a real treat. He made sure we were having a good, fun time from the minute we sat down. We were particularly impressed when, on realizing we were all going to share the Caesar salad, he brought out the salad already portioned into individual bowls. Also shout out to the focaccia bread and the amazing staff making sure we always had enough! I cannot recommend this place any more. If you're in town, you must make a reservation, it's worth it

We were seated at a cozy table for two with beautiful views of the bay, and from that moment on, the experience was flawless. Ivan was the consummate professional, warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. He guided us through the menu, made thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel like regulars from the moment we sat down. His colleague kept our glasses filled with ice-cold lemon water all evening, a small gesture that was especially appreciated on such a sweltering night. We also had a second serving of delicious focaccia without even asking!! The service was effortless. You never had to look around or wonder where anyone was. Someone always seemed to appear exactly when you needed them. The wine was perfectly chilled. The food arrived piping hot. Every dish was beautifully prepared, balanced, and full of flavor. Nothing tried too hard; everything simply worked. One of my favorite parts of the evening was the atmosphere. No blaring music competing with conversation, just the soft hum of happy diners, the occasional call of a seagull, and the peaceful feeling of dining by the water. And then came the fudge at the end. Really? As if they hadn't already won us over. Sal's Place isn't just dinner, it's the kind of experience that reminds you why people fall in love with Provincetown. Thoughtful hospitality, incredible food, a spectacular setting, and a team that genuinely cares. We can't wait to return.

The green goddess dressing on the spring vegetable salad really stood out! It balanced out the sweetness of the fresh peas. I ordered the scallop and shrimp entree ($43) which came with coconut basmati rice, grilled asparagus, and a bright mango salad. I'm still thinking about the flavor on the seafood--I was practically licking the plate! My dining partner got the lamb skewer ($28) and particularly liked the side sauce it came with. We finished with the lemon tart ($13), which was like a deconstructed lemon bar. It came with a sugar cookie on the side and fresh mint. It was so good that we were scraping the bowl! The service was swift and professional. Overall, Joon's vibe is stylish, upscale, and perfect for a special night out!

The ambience is lovely...it feels high-end without being pretentious. Food choices provide something for everyone, including those with any kind of gluten sensitivity and other dietary restrictions. Our server was excellent and all of the food was outstanding. Personally, I thought that my salmon was one of the best pieces of cooked salmon I've ever had. (I prefer my salmon raw and tend to shy away from cooked salmon because it's usually overcooked and dry.) Others at the table had the duck sliders, the special oxtail soup, the burger and a different fish dish. Rave reviews all around. Cocktails were also well done! Dessert was decadent and was plenty for sharing. I will definitely visit Joon again when I'm in town.

Great bar and bartender Jeff was excellent. First trip, we ordered calamari and coconut shrimp apps and some cocktails at the bar. The American menu offers seafood and steakhouse options. Soups include French onion and seafood chowders. Our server, Chrissy, was very personable and super friendly. She definitely provided good information on menu for wine and dinner. We went with lobster chowder and coconut shrimp for starters and the pork chops with mashed potatoes for dinner. Chowder was loaded with seafood and flavorful. The pork chop was cooked medium to perfection with an amazing sauce. The mashed potatoes were very good. The meals were very filling so dessert was not ordered. The dessert menu offered full list for all palates including good list of digestifs. Both visits provided excellent experiences. While I can appreciate the choose your own adventure / tasting concept and benefits of moving at your own pace, wine tasting is something where I'd prefer to have more of a personal touch. The storytelling and personal connection was missing, and made the experience feel a bit hollow. The space was a nice open hang and there's snacks and games, and there is staff there, but the experience made me realize I prefer a guided human tour for some things, wine tasting being one of them. Prices also snuck up on us a bit, it's easy to lose count of how many you've had with the card reader. I was also a bit bummed to find that if you liked a wine you cannot purchase a bottle on site.
