The food was smashed into containers, incorrectly labeled. It was cold. If you self Quesadillas then have a container they fit in. What I got was a balled up glob of dough and cheese. I ordered catering this week and I called multiple times throughout the day to confirm they got my online order, but no one ever answered the phone. I finally gave up and stopped in to make sure they had the order before hosting a party. The kid at the register was completely rude and inappropriate. I told him the order could be under my name or my husband Jonathan's and he responded with a smirk "your name's Jonathan?" Then he refused to actually check my order to confirm they had it and instead said again with a smirk in a condescending tone "if you placed it online then we have it." He just completely wasted my time and I left still not knowing if they truly had received my catering order. When my husband went back a couple hours later to pick it up, the same kid was rude to him. He put the boxes out and my husband asked if they were his and he rudely said something like "I don't know is your name really Jonathan and did you place the order?" implying that he was trying to steal someone's order. Then my husband asked if it was ready and he said "obviously both boxes are there," so my husband took them and started to walk out when someone from the kitchen ran out to tell him the order wasn't complete and he had to wait for the fajita veggies. I'm completely disappointed that any establishment would allow someone with disgusting customer service to be at the front of the house around customers. He was rude, condescending, and inappropriate during every interaction. We'll go to Sante Fe Burrito grill down the street next time rather than deal with him again. read more

Last night I placed an order on the app. I decided to get a steak bowl with double steak, double rice, lettuce and tomato salsa, with NO beans. However when I brought the bowl home it didnt have steak at all. It had barbacoa and was covered with black beans. it was clearly not my order even though on the receipt it still charged me for the price of double steak. So tonight I decided to get my bowl again. My experience was horrible today. The lady making my burrito would ask questions about what I wanted in my burrito and wouldn't listen to my answers. I had to tell her "no because I'm a vegan" 3 times. On the 4the time I said "vegans don't eat dairy or meat so no cheese or sour cream." When I asked the Barbacoa meat, the person I served as a spoon for the kids of 7 years. When I ask to have more(please) "I can do just a little more" ... Anyway. However the next time I went in and brought some family with me, the 3 of us all ending up getting real sick that night! Ugh! Yuck. The only reason I go back is because my kids love the food but every time I place an online order it is never ready within a half hour of the "ready" time. I'll watch people come in and order and leave and I'm still waiting for my online order. It is beyond infuriating. I've never received an apology or given a gift card to come back. This has to be the most poorly managed Chipotle in the country. Food is decent, if you can get what you want. They are constantly unprepared when food items are running low. I have been to this chipotle many times and it is always the same. Today I counted 8 people behind the counter, only 1 of which was serving food. Resulting in long lines. Besides the awful workforce, they play garbage eurotrash music so loud that you can hardly speak to your dining partner without shouting.
