Everytime I come the tables are dirty, the floor is disgusting. One of the managers, a white middle aged guy is very nice and always gives nice big portions. There is a younger black manager whom was a bit rude about my service dog. He came up to me and said no pets allowed. I said hes a service dog, and he said he should have on a vest. I told him he is MY service dog, and by federal law he doesn't need to have a vest or any indication he is a service dog. He said ok, but that I needed to stay away from where you order your food. I said no I don't. I am allowed to order my food just like anyone else. If you are going to enforce rules or have staff enforce rules, atleast spend the time to educate yourself on the laws and be polite. read more

The chicken is fatty. They give you as little as possible w all choices. Horrible food. Horrible staff. Obviously Management does not look at reviews because nothing has changed here. Will not ever go back. read more

This chipotle appears as if it is being ran by a 5 year old. The lady giving me chicken gave me an half scoop and upon request for more insisted I must pay for double chicken. I asked for side vinaigrette and sour cream and they sent me back to the end of the line where I waited another 10 minutes. I wasn't given the chips I ordered and ended up being there for around a half an hour. This is absolutely unacceptable and changes need to be made. If I could give zero stars i would without a doubt do so. read more

The restaurant was so dirty, everything inside. No one was cleaning tables or the floor, Even with no customers in line. Felt so dirty leaving. The food was your average Chipotle food, not horrible tasting but the restaurant itself needs to updating and cleaning so gross read more

HUGE language barrier unless you speak Haitian. Woman that made our food acted like she was doing us a favor by waiting on us and we were bothering her. Protein portion size was extremely small. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes down the road to Santa Fe it's cheaper, bigger portions without the attitude or frustration read more

Had to wait along with 3 other people in line for about 5 minutes until someone finally helped us. Even though they were grilling and noticed us. They tell me no steak. How can you serve at prime time dinner time and not have steak available? read more

Again, it's ridiculous how little meat they give you at this location. It's barely a spoonful. Rip off.

I when 2 years ago and the soda machine was down there was no fork or napkins the workers were more concerned with talking to each other tables needed to be cleaned after that I probably won't go back read more

Unbelievably rude staff and poor portions. There are multiple other locations in the area, this one needs to be avoided.

Worst chipotle I've been to since in a while, some of the staff is very friendly, the other some not so much. But what got us is the portions, I could still see the bottom of my bowl when they finished filling it if that says anything. We've been here twice and never again. read more

Walked in and immediately walked out. Not only was every table dirty, but everyone in the establishment was either no where to be found, or being extremely loud. Personally, never going to that Chipotle ever again. read more

Portion size has definitely gone down while prices have gone up, quality seems to be going down as well, tortilla chips order the large get the smaller size portion mote frequently, lack of lime juice on them as well read more

Good food, lots of people in line. Service was busier than they expected. Love their Rice Bowls, order whatever you want in them. Just a great combo of foods. read more

This Chipotle is a bad experience. Dirty store, workers are rude and the food is not as ordered. I'm certain that I won't receive a credit on my app due to the fact that they were out of chips. They didn't even bother to tell me that fact when I picked up my order and when I asked the server acted like I was bothering her. The food was not as ordered, I got two or maybe even three types of meat and the wrong salsa. $20 down the drain, hopefully I won't get food poisoning from the small amount of food I ate. read more

The service was good, the food was really good, but the place was a mess. Food was all over the floors, tables were all dirty, and trash bins all overflowed. Didn't make you feel good eating in there. Take out the next time for sure. read more

Went back after three months because my order was supposed to be ready per the app, but wasn't for 35 min after, and that was after I complained. Tonight we tried again. Ordered our usual Vegan dishes. Well my wife got a bonus piece of Steak in hers. She was furious. It's too bad they cannot get anything right at this location. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chewed up steak. - Mexican Near Me - Franklin, Massachusetts

Second best burrito I've ever had but no Mexican ground beef but over all it was good

Franklin Chipotle is the closest to my home... a 15 minute drive. I place the order online and pick up. My last FOUR pick up orders have been wrong. Completely wrong. Typically another persons order. The bag will say the correct order but when I get home and open it, it's all wrong. I don't usually have time to get back on the road and drive it back to get a new order. I'm so disappointed this has happened so many times. read more

The owners and senior management have neglected to provide the proper leadership to have this place operate efficiently. I received an ordered placed for our business team, so about 6 items. The food was smashed into containers, incorrectly labeled. It was cold. If you self Quesadillas then have a container they fit in. What I got was a balled up glob of dough and cheese. This place is a disaster. It's the second time I've been there. I'm usually indifferent to Chipotle as a national chain, but now I will never return. I will preach to others to also not return. I'm probably going to buy a long- short position too. read more

Please corporate, train these people. Please. Insanely skimpy on the toppings, like I got a smidgen of sour cream. A dusting of cheese. And then I watched as they rolled the burrito improperly into a lump and then wrapped it so that the second I opened it, it exploded. Thanks. read more

Great chipotle but service can be very slow. Would definitely not come during busy hours.

After a long day of work my family ordered pickup. Not only were all of the orders incorrect, but they were put together sloppily and one of the orders was missing. When we called to ask what went wrong no one answered the phone. I know this is just a chipotle but I don't understand how you can mess up an order this much. read more

Used to be fire, now they skimp every single time. Regret paying every time I walk out

I don't go often but every time I've gone the place is a mess. Tables are always dirty, this time the drink machine was broken so you couldn't even get a drink. These young kids need a manager who watches over them because they have no work ethic. I've been to other Chipotle's and they are so much cleaner and professionally managed. I had to ask someone to clean a table so we could sit down. He came over and wiped half the table and never went to the other dirty tables to clean them. Disgusting. read more

Very good food! The service was nice and the person making my food was very funny! 10/10 love this place.

I ordered catering this week and I called multiple times throughout the day to confirm they got my online order, but no one ever answered the phone. I finally gave up and stopped in to make sure they had the order before hosting a party. The kid at the register was completely rude and inappropriate. I told him the order could be under my name or my husband Jonathan's and he responded with a smirk "your name's Jonathan?" Then he refused to actually check my order to confirm they had it and instead said again with a smirk in a condescending tone "if you placed it online then we have it." He just completely wasted my time and I left still not knowing if they truly had received my catering order. When my husband went back a couple hours later to pick it up, the same kid was rude to him. He put the boxes out and my husband asked if they were his and he rudely said something like "I don't know is your name really Jonathan and did you place the order?" implying that he was trying to steal someone's order. Then my husband asked if it was ready and he said "obviously both boxes are there," so my husband took them and started to walk out when someone from the kitchen ran out to tell him the order wasn't complete and he had to wait for the fajita veggies. I'm completely disappointed that any establishment would allow someone with disgusting customer service to be at the front of the house around customers. He was rude, condescending, and inappropriate during every interaction. We'll go to Sante Fe Burrito grill down the street next time rather than deal with him again. read more

Order online so I can skip the line and have my food ready. Waited inside for 25 minutes after my pick up time just staring at them. What a waste of time . Don't go there if u value ur time read more

They don't even try to make the orders correct. First part of label was fajitas, did I get any .... No!

We always go to the Franklin MA location which is the closest and it's been pretty good untill today @ around 8pm today. I was so unpleasantly surprised with the size of my burrito. We usually call Chipotle burrito "a baby" because it HUGE but not today. It was not even close to half of the size of what we usually get. I'm truly hoping it was because the girl who made it was a brand new or badly trained employee. I'm going to order it at Milford location for a while untill she's either retrained or let go ... . read more

I am very disappointed with this place, I used to eat in different Chipotle. Chipotle is a sign of quality and fresh food. And generally always well served ... When I asked the Barbacoa meat, the person I served as a spoon for the kids of 7 years. When I ask to have more(please) "I can do just a little more" ... Anyway. When I started to eat my bowl, I found all my pepper / onions very burned, thickens a part of black blight on all ... It was horrible! The person told me that it was normal ... I have wondered whether notion of combustion are not healthy ... It was as if I had the moon ... I asked him to have another plate ... Was strange feeling. I'll never be back this place. They all look teenager working and not very involved in the food quality and the customer. I will not recommend the place. #chipotle #franklin #notquality read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - You cant see much here on the picture the onions/green pepper burn... Thick burn. #chipotle #franklin - Mexican Near Me - Franklin, Massachusetts

The first time I went to this location I had a chicken bowl and it was actually really good and satisfied me. However the next time I went in and brought some family with me, the 3 of us all ending up getting real sick that night! Ugh! Yuck. Needless too say, that bad experience turned me off from this place - won't be going back. There are a couple of pleasant people working here. But other than that, just save your time (and stomach!) and don't go here. read more

Last night I placed an order on the app. I decided to get a steak bowl with double steak, double rice, lettuce and tomato salsa, with NO beans. However when I brought the bowl home it didnt have steak at all. It had barbacoa and was covered with black beans. it was clearly not my order even though on the receipt it still charged me for the price of double steak. So tonight I decided to get my bowl again. AND I GOT THE SAME WRONG ORDER. I understand if they are out of steak, but the fact that I am getting other things on it too like guacamole, peppers and onions is ridiculous. I am furious with the low effort that they are putting on my food. read more

okay hear me out.... chipotle actually gave us forks for our bowls. peace love and happiness! not for me tho where are my forks. i'm shoving this bowl down my throat with my bare hands and my friends kicked me out of the car and left me on the side of the road. honestly though i don't even care because i was forking hungry, but yall owe me an uber ride home.... and maybe some napkins since yall already forgot the forks so now im left covered head to toe in sour cream. #fork.my.life read more

My experience was horrible today. The lady making my burrito would ask questions about what I wanted in my burrito and wouldn't listen to my answers. I had to tell her "no because I'm a vegan" 3 times. On the 4the time I said "vegans don't eat dairy or meat so no cheese or sour cream." I totally understand why she was asking but how many times do I have to explain myself? They did not have any peppers or onions on the food line. They did not have lime salt anywhere in sight. The dining room was disheveled and the place was empty. It was about 3:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday. It was a ghost town inside and it was messy. read more

Friendly staff and food is really tasty. It was reasonably priced. Would recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

The only reason I go back is because my kids love the food but every time I place an online order it is never ready within a half hour of the "ready" time. I'll watch people come in and order and leave and I'm still waiting for my online order. It is beyond infuriating. I've never received an apology or given a gift card to come back. You need to change the pickup times because whatever system you are using is NOT working. read more
