Most of the time when I go to this location, they either: A) Mess up the order and give us the wrong food B) Forget something in out order C) Give us just plain bad food. The ambiance is the same as any McDonald's too. read more

They literally cooked flies into the sandwich. Absolutely disgusting and raises major sanitation concerns. I come to this location very frequently and I'm appalled. Clearly the flies were cooked so they had been there for a long time. Huge health hazard and extremely disgusted. read more

bad service long line and disrespectful customer service. they made us wait for service and lady was disrespectful. she did give me a free drink but food is still good. we did drive through and the wait like was crazy. people kept leaving and only on window was open. read more

I'm convinced that the management and the McDonald's corporation simply do not care at all about how this specific location is operating. There seems to be no organization, of who is doing what, so wait times are ridiculously longer than other fast food locations. The sad part is that this is not the worst of it. The dining area, the prep area and the pickup area are a complete and total mess. It's dirty, with trash and food everywhere. It's no wonder that there is a terrible fly infestation... And where there are flies..there are MAGGOTS. read more

Who hasn't been to McDonalds? Wife was getting her hair done down the street so stopped in for a quick lunch with the minion while we waited. Went inside and waited at the cash register for about ten minutes, no one helped. All the grill folks and drive thru people kept looking at us, but alas I stood there next to the broken kiosks as a hungry patron. FINALLY one of the drive thru people yelled "Donna, front counter!" Let me tell you, Donna was not impressed. After a short burst of vulgarities from out in back somewhere, Donna made an appearance at the front counter to the raised eyebrows of the now 5 patrons waiting in line. She was able to get through my order with no eye contact and with the same gruffness a trucker might give to someone that just cut them off on the highway. Donna was not happy, I think she may have been upset with how dirty the dining room was. 5 seating areas were occupied, the rest were empty and dirty with the crumbs and spills of what was possibly an insanely busy morning. This was all expected. One star because the straw dispenser was empty. #TeamDonna read more

McDonald's - What's in this photo? I don't know, was here when I got here... - Burgers Near Me - Worcester, Massachusetts

The service that I got was trash; Me and other customers were standing waiting over 40 mins to have someone take our order; When I asked to speak with the manager and she said, no I don't have time to talk to anyone , when I raised my voice and demanded a manager, she then responded what do you want. I asked the manager for her name and she refused, and then processed to cuss and talk about me loudly in the back of the store ( she did this for over a hour, as I was sitting in the restaurant and could hear her). then I was given a number ( 508-852-5417) that didn't work and could not follow up. she then continued cussing that she better get her Fu....... time off that she asked for July 4th and New Year's a year in advance and doesn't give a Fu.......... the service and the staff here are beyond bad. then proceeded to talk about another customer, saying that she will beat that Bi....... ass if she complains about anything else. this McDonalds has to be the worse I have ever gone into. read more

I don't think I've been this upset about poor customer service !! So first I went to McDonald's on Grafton st my intent was to get my step dad a gift card for his travels since he is driving to Florida. When I asked for a gift card I was told we don't sell those here ! I said your establishment does not sell gift cards really ! She says point blank we are ghetto around here. So, I asked for a grilled chicken salad . Well we don't sell salads here I said no salads either? No lady this isn't Panera !! I was so PISSED off and then they all started laughing. I'll be writing to corporate. read more

Took my son to McDonald's to get him a meal. Soon after he finished eating he wasn't feeling well his stomach started to hurt. I looked at his food and this is what it looked like. The patty was raw. read more

It's pretty sad how poorly made everything was. There was sauce was on the outside of the bun, along with the lettuce and onions. There was sauce all over the wrapping making it impossible to open, even though the sandwiches weren't wrapped properly to begin with. I also ordered extra pickles on my burger and I got none. When I tried to call the place they did not answer and then when they did answer they hung up. Not okay. read more

I've been to a lot of crappy McDonalds', but this one really shines and deserves a review. The manager is friendly and has a very positive attitude when dealing with customers. He deserves some recognition. This place never cheaps out on the sauce either. Going to make this my go-to even though I have another one closer to my home. read more

Visited here today. Like the drive thru snaking around the building. Thankfully there was no line. Easy in, easy out. Staff was pleasant, could here the order taker clearly through the speaker. We were here around 4 and our order was hot and fresh, even the fries. Overall a pleasant experience. read more

Been coming here since I was a kid and cant say I've ever had a bad experience. Service is quick, staff is pleasant, and they always get your order right. Its also has some of the lowest prices of any Mcdonalds in the area. read more

I tried to go here Friday night after Trick or Treating. It seems like everyone in town was waiting at the drive thru. As it was Halloween and there were lots of beasties around I couldn't wait. Very disappointing. When it's no too long to wait the food's pretty good, and ice cream is only 50 cents! I could find that laying on the ground if I have to. Not bad. I'm happy it's close to my house. read more

I always go during nights weekly and Christy, is always pleasant to see and my Food is always fresh and hot.

Worse McDonald's in the area don't bring your kids here . Workers are disrespectful and will mess with your food

This mcdonalds is ass.... They give you terrible left overs from there grandmothers house instead of real mcdonalds. This actually happened to me. So give me biscuits and fuckin mash potatos in your grandmothers containers and request I return them afterwards as if I ordered this fuck shit read more

Awful service. Give people whatever they want instead of listening to the order. We ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the y gave us four mcchickens. Garbage read more

I am a regular here, and usually have decent service. Last night, I ordered 4 big macs and a soda. one of my big macs had (I am not exaggerating) 15 pickles on it. This behavior is vindictive. No other explanation. If they are willing to treat a customer like this on a 19 dollar ticket, what else are they willing to do. Some might be thinking "hey you got extra pickles...more bang for your buck". Not so my friends, those pickles are VERY sour, and as a big mac expert, I will tell you that the best thing about this sandwich is its balance. Don't like big orders? working the overnight? QUIT. Stop taking your frustrations out on customers. I was on the pike already or I would have turned right around to complain and get a new sandwich. There would have been no hiding and no excuse...such behavior is willful and intentional. Where is the line? Ridiculously made sandwich--- missing ingredients? spitting in our food? The behavior is an indicator. Two points before I leave you. McDonalds is a MAJOR fast food power. The biggest in our world, their standards are obviously very important to them. Big Macs are 4 dollars and change, sorry, but that is a decent amount of money to me. Fix this, Grafton street Mcdonalds, before the clowns in your kitchen do something worse than ruin a big mac with too many bitter pickles. read more

Just tried to get 2 med. ice coffee's, one regular the other hazelnut with cream. They tried to give us French vanilla and it was loaded with cream so I asked them to please put some coffee in it and not so much cream and the girl got mad at us. I go through the drive thru for 3 hash browns a few times a week. Every time they make me pull up, three times In the two weeks now I have waited over 15 mins in a parking spot just to find out that everyone else around me received their food and I am still waiting for my HASH BROWS ! Its Completely unacceptable since I told the person at the window that asked me to pull up in the first place that this keeps happening to me and then today IT HAPPENED AGAIN! I tell the girl that comes to my car what I'm waiting for now 20 mins have passed! She goes in, I wait another 2 mins knowing hash browns only take 3 mins to cook so now I go in which I was also a HUGE inconvenience considering I went through the DRIVE THRU to begin with, now I go in just to find out that THEY STILL HAVE NOT DROPPED MY HASH BROWNS!! This is completely asinine you have 20 kids working and not one can do their job right. This location is a JOKE and everyone should be fired, you need to completely start over with employees that care enough to take pride in their job even if it is working at McDonald's otherwise don't hire them bc you're going to lose so many customers eventually you'll be closing this location. I will be making sure I tell all 3000 of my friends on fb that this happened yet again and all that I got was my money back for and a half hour of my life wasted! I never got my food even after I asked three times if they dropped my hash browns and all the manager did was look at the fryer and say NO! Instead of dropping them himself! I've never been so irate in my life! If I ever go back to this dump of a location I will NEVER drive away from the window with out my food again i don't care how long it takes for the people behind me. You should figure something out because now every car behind me in this drive thru from this day forward is going to get pissed off especially if this crew continues to not do their jobs. read more

This place's service is consistently slow and once they gave me the completely wrong order.

It's mcdonlads, so you get what you get. This one is clean, the drive thru is open 24 hrs and is right of the pike. Occasionally they have specials like two for's on big mac's and quarter pounders. read more

Really cute boy works there. Looks like a bean. Old people love him! 10/10 would recommend anything he suggests. Have a good day!

basically I drove into this establishment and all the time this lady older lady with glasses very bitter has the worst attitude every night when I actually go to mc Donald's and order a 10 piece she gives me one sauce I let it be known she does that to me even when willing to pay for extra sauce so I stop getting nuggets I order sandwiches at times cheese not melted I never complain but tonight as something simple as a sweet tea that wasn't sweet I turned around went back and she grabbed the cup and was soo bitter and I said keep it I manage a restaurant in shrewsbury and would fire my employee on the spot for costing the company maybe a loyal everynight customer I get it people are rude at times but this is the industry we are in and that is unacceptable my name is Daryl contact me if needed 508 373 6149 paying customers shouldn't feel this way read more
