There seems to be no organization, of who is doing what, so wait times are ridiculously longer than other fast food locations. The sad part is that this is not the worst of it. Who hasn't been to McDonalds? Wife was getting her hair done down the street so stopped in for a quick lunch with the minion while we waited. Went inside and waited at the cash register for about ten minutes, no one helped. All the grill folks and drive thru people kept looking at us, but alas I stood there next to the broken kiosks as a hungry patron. FINALLY one of the drive thru people yelled "Donna, front counter!" Let me tell you, Donna was not impressed. After a short burst of vulgarities from out in back somewhere, Donna made an appearance at the front counter to the raised eyebrows of the now 5 patrons waiting in line. She was able to get through my order with no eye contact and with the same gruffness a trucker might give to someone that just cut them off on the highway. Donna was not happy, I think she may have been upset with how dirty the dining room was. 5 seating areas were occupied, the rest were empty and dirty with the crumbs and spills of what was possibly an insanely busy morning. The service that I got was trash; Me and other customers were standing waiting over 40 mins to have someone take our order; When I asked to speak with the manager and she said, no I don't have time to talk to anyone , when I raised my voice and demanded a manager, she then responded what do you want. I asked the manager for her name and she refused, and then processed to cuss and talk about me loudly in the back of the store ( she did this for over a hour, as I was sitting in the restaurant and could hear her). then I was given a number ( 508-852-5417) that didn't work and could not follow up. she then continued cussing that she better get her Fu....... time off that she asked for July 4th and New Year's a year in advance and doesn't give a Fu.......... the service and the staff here are beyond bad. then proceeded to talk about another customer, saying that she will beat that Bi....... ass if she complains about anything else. this McDonalds has to be the worse I have ever gone into. read more

So first I went to McDonald's on Grafton st my intent was to get my step dad a gift card for his travels since he is driving to Florida. When I asked for a gift card I was told we don't sell those here ! I said your establishment does not sell gift cards really ! She says point blank we are ghetto around here. Don't ever go there on SUNDAYS, I mean it!!!! they manage to always messed up a simple caramel macchiato, they never get it right, very unprofessional. During the week they do a good job always quick and accurate with the orders. But I don't what is on Sundays. read more

Visited here today. Like the drive thru snaking around the building. Thankfully there was no line. Easy in, easy out. Staff was pleasant, could here the order taker clearly through the speaker. Just tried to get 2 med. ice coffee's, one regular the other hazelnut with cream. They tried to give us French vanilla and it was loaded with cream so I asked them to please put some coffee in it and not so much cream and the girl got mad at us. I am a regular here, and usually have decent service. Last night, I ordered 4 big macs and a soda. one of my big macs had (I am not exaggerating) 15 pickles on it. This behavior is vindictive. No other explanation. If they are willing to treat a customer like this on a 19 dollar ticket, what else are they willing to do. Some might be thinking "hey you got extra pickles...more bang for your buck". Not so my friends, those pickles are VERY sour, and as a big mac expert, I will tell you that the best thing about this sandwich is its balance. Don't like big orders? working the overnight? QUIT. I go through the drive thru for 3 hash browns a few times a week. Every time they make me pull up, three times In the two weeks now I have waited over 15 mins in a parking spot just to find out that everyone else around me received their food and I am still waiting for my HASH BROWS ! Its Completely unacceptable since I told the person at the window that asked me to pull up in the first place that this keeps happening to me and then today IT HAPPENED AGAIN! I tell the girl that comes to my car what I'm waiting for now 20 mins have passed! She goes in, I wait another 2 mins knowing hash browns only take 3 mins to cook so now I go in which I was also a HUGE inconvenience considering I went through the DRIVE THRU to begin with, now I go in just to find out that THEY STILL HAVE NOT DROPPED MY HASH BROWNS!! This is completely asinine you have 20 kids working and not one can do their job right. This location is a JOKE and everyone should be fired, you need to completely start over with employees that care enough to take pride in their job even if it is working at McDonald's otherwise don't hire them bc you're going to lose so many customers eventually you'll be closing this location.
