They somehow deleted the order without delivering any of the food, and then took about 15 minutes to correct their mistake after they realized it. While waiting for all this, multiple people came inside from the drive thru because of forgotten items. Worst service I have ever experienced, as someone who works in food service it's crazy to me how terrible some people are at it because it's so easy to not be a horrible person. I went inside to order 2 large drink cups and it look over 10 minutes of me standing at the register and being stared at before I had to ask someone to help me and the lady working it was so pissed off she had to do her job, she rolled her eyes like five times and when she handed me the cups she put them down so hard on the counter (I guess she was mad she had to do something) the cup broke and she had to get another one. This has to be the worst McDonalds I've ever been to... if I could give it zero stars it would be more fitting. These are specific situations that have happened recently but similar ones like this have happened over and over in the past few years: Husband and I went through Drive Thru no one was answering on the intercom for several minutes. We drove up and the associate had the audacity to have an attitude with us telling me we needed to drive back around and get back in line because they couldn't take our order then and there? Yet no one was in line in front of us so there was no reason for a back up or lack of communication at the intercom for so long as to why they couldn't take our order Last week I ran through with my two young boys right before breakfast ended. I drove right up to the intercom , no wait, and again nothing, no one answering. After a few minutes they told me to hold on. By the time they took my order I had been sitting there for 10min, it took me another 10+ minutes to get up to the payment window. My youngest had to use the bathroom so I told the guy I would come in to get my food I couldn't wait any longer. I drove around and came inside to let my child use the bathroom after I got him back in the truck I came inside to grab our food. Not one associate, and there were many (all in PJs?) would acknowledge me. I finally asked if someone could help me and was told to "use a kiosk" I explained I already paid for my food. By this time it was lunch so when I told the girl it was three breakfast sandwiches she tried to explain I couldn't get my food I already paid for? I told her I'd like what I had already paid for, not my problem that they took 20+ min to take my order in the drive thru. The guy who took my payment all of a sudden comes out to the front announcing to everyone how I couldn't wait for my food and I was impatient. A gentleman next to me stepped in, after I had a convo with him, explaining how it was because they took so long and I had a child who needed to use the bathroom. It was just completely rude, took about 45min all around to get my food and be back on the road. The point of "fast food" is for it to be fast and convenient so having the expectation of speedy service isn't unheard of. Tonight we wanted to quickly grab some happy meals for our boys before we headed to shop. The woman taking orders had such bad English it was impossible to understand her, we had to drive up and ask for someone else. Not sure why they would have someone who isn't fluent communicating with customers, another reason why their drive thru is continually backed up... And no I'm not using the mobile app! What's the deal with that, if you're using the mobile app don't you pull into a spot and pick up your order!? Why would I order online then go through the drive thru Needless to say I'll stay hungry and keep driving down Rt 20 until I find another McDs from now on, too many chances given at this location for me to keep going back read more

This Mcdonald's. 529 SW Cutoff, Worcester, MA 01607. Just now I got home from getting my meal, clearly saying "LARGE double quarter pounder meal" I recieved a dry, MEDIUM meal. Fries had a very long hair in it which made me throw them straight in the trash. Atleast they got the brand of drink correct even if it's smaller than what I asked for. Disappointed. This may be the worst McDonald's in New England! We do stop here at times simply due to it's convenient location, however, after the last trip, never again! We got a fairly large order, about $30 worth of food, and nothing was good about it at all! All of the buns were extremely stale, and they got my sandwich order completely wrong! I ordered the sriracha chicken sandwich and got the bbq chicken sandwich. Not only was it wrong, but it was absolutely disgusting, looked like it had sat around for 2 hours! Stopped off here tonight to grab a quick supper for the family. Everything seemed great until I got home. My husband got two fish filets and a chocolate shake. His sandwiches were cold. I got the two cheeseburger meal. My food was cold and stale. My daughter got a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal, she received no milk even though I paid for it. So I called. In order to receive my money back they want me to take the food I already threw in the garbage can back with my receipt. Unreal. The first manager I spoke with had no idea who the general manager was. The second, Laura, was exceptionally rude. Raising her voice and speaking down to me. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place and go to Wendy's across the street. Or just dig out of the garbage. The MANAGER just rolls her eyes walks away and you can hear her cussing me out in the back. This was late night the Dining Room was already closed.
