By the end of the night, it was 5 nails. And the chipping continued until every nail was a mess with chips within 48 hours. Ok- so I have mixed emotions. Tell me what u think, ya'll. When I got there one person was getting a service and she called someone from the back to help me out. (My first time here). A few minutes later a nice gentleman appeared and offered me something to drink and started taking g off my old gel polish. I thought he walked to get my new color choice, but he disappeared outside for a few minutes. Then he came in and got busy. He made some small talk, but kept looking to the side every few seconds as he kept working on my nails. I followed his gaze and realized he was looking at his phone that was propped up. So of course now I want to see too. So I scoot forward a little and see he is watching an international tv show at the same time he is doing my nails- and he is really into it. His communication did slow down but he still did a great job. So I don't know how to feel about that part. Next, i could be off, but I swore an overlay on my real nails ( no manicure or cut down) would be around $35-$45. I even looked up some local spots pricing before I arrived. ( this wasn't on my list of places - I'm just visiting the area) but I saw there photos and they were decent ... but no prices listed) so I was surprised when they asked for $55! they switched management and it's horrible, they have a student who don't know what she's doing and when you ask for some one else they say appointments only . I arrived at 1:30 and still haven't gotten anything done , the young lady left and the other one who tried to help but couldn't do much had a customer mean while the other one just got done his customer and never came to help or anything, they spoke they language and he got on his phone and started to ignore the fact they had another customer who been there since 1:30 . The took me right away, it was midweek. Nina did my gel pedicure and I got a regular no frills manicure. It's been almost two weeks, my pedicure still looks fresh and my manicure is just now needing a little filing. She did a good job. I got my nails done here yesterday. Overall I enjoyed my service but I witnessed the manager (a small asian woman sits in the front) being rude to an employee. It started with a client being weird to the nail tech and she stood up for herself, then the manager started yelling at the tech. In my opinion the client was in the wrong, and talking to down to the nail tech and was not listening. Just giving her a hard time. From what I saw the nail tech was not of the same ethic group as the manager or other techs. I feel like in 2025, we as people should go where we are appreciated. No one else spoke up for her, but they did talk about her when she left, in front of me and other clients. Like they were making fun of her.. Also, I heard the manager say something like "because of the dark girl they don't have clients" WOW! Me as a "dark girl" client that made me super uncomfortable. Honestly I hope the tech sees this because there are places that will accept you, without having to deal with micro-aggressions or biased racism. I did see her in the parking lot, and told her I wish I would have said something inside, because what I saw was wrong and she shouldn't have to deal with that from those people. They don't respect us as people and I probably will not come back. read more

I had a good experience prior to this one and was ready to make this my nail spot moving forward. My experience today was the complete opposite. I went for a simple gel manicure. The gel was patchy/streaky and uneven. When asked to correct it, the nail tech's solution was to add a fourth coat which would have only made it thick and clumpy. I asked him to just remove the polish & this is what I was left with. I was overcharged and underwhelmed by the service. I would go back to show him how terrible this looks but they're closed now- I'm that irritated with this experience. I am disappointed because I had high hopes for this place. Beware of the neck wrap!!! I got SEVERELY burned on my shoulder because the pillow was TOO HOT. So hot my skin blistered within three hours of leaving the nail shop. Next day woke up to an even bigger blister and some scaring. Beware of the HOT neck pillow. Overall decent/okay service, pedicures are okay. Phil is good with nails, the only thing I don't like is the nails once done are really rocky and not smooth. I get SNS so I don't understand the purpose of the drill if the nails come out rocky with ridges in them. Starting to think I may have to become the own nail technician, paying $95-$105 bi weekly and not having kick ass nails is not cool. UPDATE: I went in yesterday to show the manager the burn on my shoulder, his response......your skin in probably too sensitive. Next time you come I can offer you 10% off of one service. I hope you feel better. I would have expected something along the lines of sorry the neck pillow was too hot. My skin being sensitive isn't the issue here. The issue is the temperature of the pillow!!! My skin will be permanently scared from this which is something 10% off one service will not fix. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars then I would. Went in for pedicure and SNS yesterday. One technician did my pedicure and a different person did my nails. Great experience with the pedi, but my nails were awful! When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the technician told me that 'this is how they're supposed to look.' I paid, but when i got to the car, I couldn't live with the fact that I actually paid for something I truly disliked. I went back into the salon, and someone else offered to fix it, but I had already been there for two hours and needed to get my kids. I asked for a refund, but they insisted that they would need to remove the sns in order to give me my money back. I returned today, had the nails removed, which took another 20 minutes. The salon manager didn't seem to understand that I had already given my time and refused to fix it AND refund me for the inconvenience. They were so nasty!!! I cannot believe the level of customer service I received today. I work extremely hard for my money, and with new babies, my time is so valuable. I barely made the time to get away to get my nails done, but it was totally wasted. While I was there, another woman walked in complaining about her nails, and the woman who did her nails was also the one who did mine. I should have known then I'd be disappointed! Very bad experience getting a set of acrylics off. To start, the nail tech took a new fake tip and started to pry off my existing tips - very uncomfortable and damaged the nail underneath! I had to ask for him to get acetone to soften up the acrylic and take it off correctly. Even so he didn't get all the acrylic off but I was so done with the experience I didn't ask him to continue working on it. Do not recommend. read more
