I have finally found my new nail spa!! I like to get a pedicure about once a month and have had a hard time finding a place that I love. This place is close to my house, beautiful, relaxing, and the staff there does an amazing job. They also offer bottled water and wine. Win win! I never get gel nails because I've had them four times before and all four times they literally slid off of my nails in one piece within a few days. I got gel polish on my nails at Oasis 13 days ago and it still looks as good as the day it was applied!!! I am BEYOND IMPRESSED!!! I wish I could remember the name of the woman who did my nails because I plan to go to her from now on. I just returned from vacation and I told her gel never lasts on me, she asked me to come in after my trip to show her that my nails still look amazing. I definitely will!! I am her customer for life now. I cannot recommend Oasis Nails and Spa enough. 10 out of 10!! read more

I am literally sitting here getting my Spa Pedicure and it took all of 20 minutes. I thought maybe upgrading to the $40 pedicure it would include a leg massage or maybe she would take her time but that is not the case. I gave it 3 stars because she painted my nails nice but that's it. I will not be back and I don't recommend this place. It's a shame because it's so close to my house. read more

I loved the ambiance and vibes in Oasis, the music and decorations were lovely. I came with a friend and we each got a pedicure. I had the House Pedicure with regular polish for $40. The red sparkly Nutcracker color I got is perfect for the holidays! Hellen did my pedicure and she was great. We each received a complimentary glass of wine with our services. Went on a cousin pedicure date with my two cousins here around Thanksgiving. Service was great. They offered free beverages with service and my nail tech was great. The place was very clean from what I can tell and the staff was very nice which made it a really pleasant experience. We live on different sides of the triangle and this place was sort of in the middle so I imagine we'll be back again at some point. read more

I had enjoyed my visits here but recently have become disappointed. I appreciate coworkers chatting but this last visit it was just loud cross talk between them not at all with me or other customers. Also being a non native English speaker I was taught not to speak my language around others that didn't understand as it is rude for them to speak their own language amongst themselves . I also felt rushed and was just left in the pedicure chair to dry. No one came back to help me out of the chair , spray my toes nothing . Not sure I will be back . read more

I am trying to find my spot, so I checked out Oasis. I came for a manicure and a pedicure. It wasn't crowded and as a walk in I was serviced pretty quickly. I saw some client with drinks, but I wasn't offered anything although it was advertised. The pedicure was fine. Nothing to brag about. The manicurist had to remove my liquid gel nails and I appreciate her gentleness as my nails are fragile and thin. I believe because of these services. They are not designed to preserve or care for your nails. I really wanted her to just paint my own nails but she suggested gel to make them grow. ‍. I got the gel and had to return the next day to get 3 nails fixed that had begun peeling. The gel was soft and looked like you could peel it right off. Although they were kind about fixing my nails, the polish discolored a few days later. It continued to peek a bit. Overall I was not pleased with the manicure. My search continues. read more

The new owner has done a great job of remodeling to make this place look nice and clean. Everything is new from service menu to equipments. I love their new pedicure tub. Very sanitize and safe. They also offer complimentary soft drink and wines. Will be back for dip powder on my nails. read more

I'm so unsure on this review, various aspects of my last visit are all over the place. Friendliness of the staff 5/5 stars. Ambience in half the salon, 5/5 stars, the pedicure area 2/5 stars. Parking 5/5 stars. The actual pedicure, one of the more disappointing ones I've ever had. Not the worst but not good either. The polish looked ok, the pedicure felt like the tech who was amazingly sweet had no idea what they were doing or they hate doing pedicures. For the cost, I probably won't be back. read more

I have used them 4 times and this is the second time I've been sliced and diced. My toe was cut and is now infected. There was an apology but it ruined the relaxing experience. My last time was with a manicurist who laughed and talked the whole time to a colleague and she cut into my nail to draw blood. Again experienced pain and this is 100 bucks for mani pedi. No thank you. And then because they rush you are asked if you want to have your manicure at the same time. So now I'm bleeding and they have the nerve to rush more. Was not crowded. Maybe overworked? Overall a good experience. Location was clean and everyone was following social distance guidelines, I was even asked to wash my hands as soon as I entered. I got a classic pedicure and SNS $40 and Basic Pedicure $34. They charged $5 extra for a design but it was just glitter on two nails. My feet were done well as well as my hands - shape is lovely. Jason at door checked work after it was done. Issues: The chairs for pedi and nail seats were not for anyone tall I'm 5'8" and both were not comfortable. (See pictures). I've always just driven to Burlington to get my nails done (shout out to Lisa's Nails), but that drive was starting to get on my nerves. I searched for nail salons in my area that used disposable liners and Oasis popped up first on the list. I walked in, my temperature was taken and was then told to wash my hands. I used to love this place u til my last visit. Lindy did my pedicure (great job on that) then I asked for gel polish change - I had an appt. she saw some white customers come in and tried to rush on my nails which caused them to look awful. I asked for her to redo them - she caught and attitude along with her manager - yes they were busy but I was a paying customer with an appointment. They told me to come back 3 hours later - I was LIVID. And sat there until they redid them 1 still not a great job. I've recommended them to a lot of my friends but def won't be back or recommend them ever again!!! read more

I've always enjoyed this spot since it opened. Haven't been since the weather was warmer. I would always book an appointment with Leah. She was awesome. Unfortunately Leah is no longer there, but I decided to still give them a try today because they are conveniently located near my house. My boyfriend and I went in for pedicures. Getting him to go was a miracle. I ordered the heel therapy ($39) and he just ordered basic ($33) pedicure. I knew I needed a little extra attention paid to my heels. Well, what I ordered was heel therapy and what I got was far below that. My boyfriend got more attention paid to his heels and calluses with only the basic pedicure. And to add to my displeasure, my nails were cut noticeably uneven. And the polish application was amateur (but love the color). I do a better job at home on my own feet. This is my first time visiting a Oasis Nails and Spa. On Saturday morning I broke a toenail at work and was devastated so when I got off I was determined to get my toe repaired and a pedicure while I was at it. My usual person was booked so I decided to ride around Brier Creek and see what my options were. I've found a new salon, that had recently open and decided to drop in. I am so glad that I did! Tom was exceptional! He provided the best customer service and really made my toes look amazing by the end of my appointment. He was so nice and patient and I really enjoyed my first experience at Oasis Nails and Spa. First off, the salon is super clean and really cute inside! This is my 2nd time here and I got a pedicure and manicure. 2 hours after my pedicure, it already chipped :( but I love my nails. I did a heel treatment pedicure for $39 and a dip set with tips which was $50, however my total came to $114 somehow and I still had to tip, and the pricing was not explained. They have cute nail art but the random price adding without any explanation and chipping has made a bad 2nd experience for me, when the first was great. On two separate occasions I've taken my daughter to get a kids Gel mani & pedi and on both occasions they've prioritized the adults that came in after her first. The first time i sat there over an hour waiting and watching this happen. The second time was today. I watched about five adults come in asking for the same service & they were tall sat at pedicure stations while my daughter and I were still in the waiting area. Finally, as I'm heading out & my daughter is crying historically, someone asked did we want to come back later. My answer was ABSOLUTELY NOT. I would never support this salon again! read more

They did a good job. Just be careful because they will over charge on services by add ons. I came to get gel polish and remove previous dip color. However, they charged me for the dip polish removal, manicure, and gel polish. I never asked for the manicure but they charged me anyway. I really did not like that. read more

The first nail salon I visited after I moved here last week, and now the ONLY nail salon I will be giving my business to - when you find something so great, there's no point going anywhere else! I saw Erick (spelling?) and he is so down to earth, kind, FUNNY, and great at what he does. His wife works there as well and although she did not do my nails I would also recommend her - from what I saw she does great nails as well. Their back and forth banter is hilarious, wholesome, and cute. The environment is calming and relaxing, the massage chairs are the best I've sat in at ANY nail salon (and I've been to a lot) they have spots to put your arms for an arm massage as well! Made an appointment online. The salon is very clean and tidy. New plexiglass is put up for all of the mani stations. The massage chairs are absolutely amazing (to include arm massages). Leah was my technician, she is amazing at what she does and has the best personality on this planet. The place is beautiful to look at as well as clean. The pedicure massage chairs are the best I have seen so far. The owner walking around to make sure everyone was good. I was at this nail salon at the same time as the previous reviewer who claims her technician was "verbally abusive." I can assure anyone reading this that all staff at Oasis were attentive, welcoming, and pleasant. This woman was a difficult customer and caused a scene. That situation aside, the technician who did my pedicure was professional and took her time to make sure it looked great. I believe I was assigned a new nail tech for the salon and she really didn't understand English. She did okay on my toes but was not pleased with my nails and felt the price was ridiculous!
