I am not happy with my service. I got a gel French manicure and after one day the white chipped and the nails are brittle because Hanna only used one top coat on top. My typical place I go usually does at least two coats. I came here because it's close to my work. My nails are cracking and they look awful! I'm upset and unsatisfied. Came here with a friend and very convenient to where I live. We were able to get 6:45 pm reservations even though they closed at 7:30. The staff was very nice and took their time with my basic pedicure. They spent an hour with me and I got a great leg and foot massage. Lots of colors to choose from, especially SNS. I've been coming here since October to get my nails done. I've never been someone to get regular manicures but recently I started getting SNS from a recommendation from a coworker and this is probably the only place near me that does this. I've probably had about 12 SNS manicures here since October and I honestly am very happy with the quality of the work. The SNS lasts very long and Julie is the one who's been doing my manicures. She's very sound with everything and she has years and years of experience doing nails! I've had broken nails and other issues (totally my fault, playing rough sports and such) and Julie's always been able to give them a secure fix with little to no pain! I get pedicures done here once every 2 to 3 weeks depending on if I have time and if my nails need it and the pedicures are really great too! I've also come here for leg waxing and my neighbor comes here for eyebrow waxing--she says that this is probably the only place that does hers right. The salon is always clean and well put together and they offer you drinks as soon as you enter. There's magazines and everything to read and lots of conversation going on and I do feel like they're a group of professionals. I also do feel like the salon is like a little bit of a family to me now and I know Julie is always looking for new colors to bring in for SNS and new methods and going to training to try and be up to date on everything nail-related which is something I really appreciate and look for in a manicurist. All in all I'm very glad I started going here. My coworker comes here now as well to get her SNS nails done and we're very happy with the results. read more

This place is absolutely AMAZING! It's a little gem nestled in Cary. Julie (the owner) is a complete angel. She loves what she does and it shows. They offer HUNDREDS of colors to choose from. However, If you're more of an acrylic lover, this may not be the place for you. They are big on SNS and gel in order to preserve the health of your nails which I absolutely love. Now that I've dived into the SNS world, I'll probably never go back to acrylic. When you come in, the vibe is welcoming and home-like. After your first visit, you will be greeted by name every time you walk in. Julie strives to make everyone feel welcomed when they enter the doors. They offer soda and water free of charge. So excited to have found such a great nail place! I have been to a few places around the cary/ apex area and have never been completely satisfied with the work that was done. I tried Nail Today a few weeks ago, and went back again just today. Although I have only been twice, I Was able to see what each nail tech had to offer because I wanted both a manicure and pedicure each time. All ladies took their time with me and I have never felt rushed or uncomfortable. They are all very welcoming and polite! Like a lot of people, I am limiting my out going due to the pandemic because I am currently pregnant. I feel great coming to this shop because of how clean it is! They keep everyone apart and do temperature checks at the door. I'm happy to say I have found my perminant nail spot and will continue to come back frequently! read more

Would not recommend. I got the SNS dip powder with tips and it turned out very lumpy and thick. To top it off (literally), the top coat on my nails wasn't fully dry before they hurried me to check out... so my still wet nails got even more horrid looking. I went to another salon the very next day to fix my nails because I couldn't stand how they looked. The technician at that salon was shocked they let me leave with my nails looking the way they did. I called in to get my lashes tinted and was told they offered that service. They glued very heavy false lashes on me, it was not a tint. Half of my vision was black, and it made my eyes very sore. I went to a professional the next day to get them removed because I could not remove them myself. It was much more expensive to get them off than to get them on, and the process was very painful (they are supposed to slip off your lashes after the solution is put on.) I was told that they were applied completely incorrectly and that if I had waited any longer to get them removed I would have lost my eyelashes and possibly vision. The amount of glue used was excessive and it was too close to my eye, It was not safe. I highly doubt they are licensed to do this for people. read more

So, I decided to come to this nail salon to get my nails done for prom all the way back in May because it was closer to home. Bad idea. First off, the technicians offered beverages to all the customers but me and I happened to be the only African American woman. I took it lightly until they started to do my nails. When the technician was clipping cuticles, she happened to cut so deep that my thumb started bleeding. And what was more surprising about it all, was that none of the technicians seemed to care. I wound up paying $70 for a $50 "Prom Discount." I went home with a sore thumb and not only that, but the so-called, "expensive" nail polish they used started chipping off days after prom. Let's just say I was really disappointed and I wouldn't suggest this place for anyone unless they want service that is less than what is expected. read more

Be careful at this store. It's not a honest place to do business. This happens to me on the week of the memorial holiday. I called in to ask them how much to do a set of a pedi and manicure for my children 10 and 14 years old, the lady told me that it's $25 with $5 off for student discount, she will charge $20/person. But they ended up charging $68/person at check out. When I reminded her that I was told it was $20 on the phone, she said it was a misunderstood concept and that she meant $20 for each pedi and $20 for a manicure, which is $40/set. And she said she has drew a couple of flowers on the girls toe nails, that's additional. But the girl said she did not ask if they want the flower nor tell them that is additional. After confronting the owner that they were not running the business properly, I ended up paying $100 for both of the girls to get out of that place. I will definitely not go back. I have weak nails so I get the SNS dipping powder nails (it comes in hundreds of colors and always updating with more) which is infused with calcium and Vitamin E in it and it has been making my nails grow stronger and longer than they have ever been before! This place is not bad from what the other reviewers say. The owner here seems to talk to you like she is your mother, the chairs here can definitely use an upgrade. This place is hardly busy so the plus is that they take their time to do your nails. I did get gel polish treatment from them, its been about 4 days and I have constantly been cooking and washing dishes and they have seemed to stay on. My nails don't usually hold any kind of polish well. I wouldn't say this was the best salon around but doable, I came back with all my fingers and toes. But surely there are better places around. This place does need an update and more lively people in it though. read more
