My experience at Paris Nail Bar was average. I had a gift card, but apparently it was only the Raleigh location. I didn't have an appointment and they said about a 15-minute wait, which was fine. When I was brought back, I definitely felt rushed. My technician had an appointment with a little girl's Birthday party, but I would have happily waited rather than getting squeezed in and rushed. read more

I started going here for pedicures and was genuinely impressed with the results and how long they lasted. Because of that, I decided to try getting my nails done as well, but I have to say I am extremely disappointed. I got French SNS, and the technique they used for the white tip did not look clean or well executed. Instead of a smooth finish, there are visible white specks throughout the nails, which you can see in the photo. For the price they charge, the quality simply does not match. On top of that, the shape of each nail is inconsistent. Since these are my natural nails, that makes it worse because when this set comes off, my nails are going to look uneven and poorly shaped. The most unacceptable part was the cuticle work. The technician cut my actual skin and caused bleeding, then dismissed it by blaming my "dry" skin. That is not an excuse, it is careless work. Even after that, there was no attempt to make it right. No acknowledgment, no adjustment in price, and they still charged extra for the cuticle service. This was disappointing because I was starting to like this place based on my pedicure experience, but after this visit I am seriously reconsidering coming back. read more

I always have a good experience at Paris Nail Bar. It is easy to book an appointment online and check in on arrival. The service is always friendly. The salon is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The location is convenient. Sometimes I bring my little daughter with me and she enjoys getting her nails done here. They are kid friendly. My nails look good for quite awhile after I have them done here. Everyone I have seen here has taken the time to provide a quality service that looks beautiful and lasts. read more

This was the most rushed and sloppiest pedicure I've ever had. They clipped my nails but didn't file or reshape them. Paid for higher tiered pedicure so it included paraffin wax but they took it off so quick the wax wasn't even molded and was everywhere. There was no massage just rubbed the lotion in. The pedicure was 30 minutes start to finish. Would not waste your money here read more

I am new to this area due to a family emergency and was really hoping to relax and get my nails updated. The reviews are good, website shows hours are until 6pm on Sunday. I arrived at 4:35pm on 3/22/36. I was told 'we' close at 5 and last appointment is 4:15. He could tell I was disappointed, he didn't consult anyone. And I showed him the website. Honor what your website says. read more

I had the most pleasant experience today at Paris nail bar in apex. Everyone is always so welcoming & professional. I've tried multiple techs, my favorite for my gel nails is Mai. She's versatile with her nail art and does beautiful work consistently. Henry for my pedicure is a MUST! I highly recommend this business for all your nail needs. read more

Great work and beautiful space. The snacks and drinks are a plus. I love this business

Do not go here. Yesterday, I was a walk in for a pedicure. The water was not full and the tech didnt add anything to it. He cut my toes square when i kept saying round. There was no massage of my legs and he threw something that resembled grease on my legs. I used to ho here often. Maybe management has changed. Oh, it was a classic pedicure. I wasted $68.00. I just love Mai! She is such an amazing nail artist and so professional. I just love her. I book with her every 3-4 weeks now for years and just love her! I can't say enough! But if you are looking for great nails...the quality and service all my friends have from other nail artist at Paris Nail Bar is wonderful. I am a hair stylist and send all my clients there. I had been to Paris Nail Bar and they claim they do the service on pamphlet for 1 hour 15 min and the technician was in hurry to switch to next client. She served less than 1 hour. Her name was Helen. When I raised a concern it was overlooked and next time they cancelled my appointment at the last minute. I would recommend people to avoid such places who do not improve with the services with customer but cancel the appointments. The Paris Nail Bar owner on many social media platforms is indulgent in giving excuses rather than improving the services which gives one more reason to avoid this place. read more

The lowdown: They did a good job on my pedicure and a terrific job on waxing, I felt the front desk attendant was a bit less than helpful. And It didn't seem as sanitary as I expected, especially for COVID times. I received a gift card to Paris Nails and having never been there before (and this was my fist time at a salon since COVID) I didn't know the "protocol" or the process and layout of the salon. The front desk attendant asked me to go wash my hands after taking my temperature. I looked around and didn't see a sink so I asked her where and she flippantly responded "in the back" I felt like she could have provided a bit more hospitality and I honestly didn't feel very welcomed. I wasn't sure where I was suppose to go after I wash my hands so I stood looking for my nail polish(They do have several options). After about 2 minutes a gentleman came and asked me to follow him. I sat in one of the comfy chairs along the wall for my pedicure. The chair was comfortable and the water temperature was perfect. I saw the remote and figured that must be to turn in the massage function. The buttons were so worn out that I had no idea what to press to start the massage or how (or what) to press to change the settings. I asked the guy doing my feet and he showed me how to turn it on, and I just pressed various buttons to see what would happen. I looked at the controller next in the chair next to mine and the buttons were just as worn out. (Time to replace these, Paris Nails!?!).He did a great job on my feet. Especially the massage and the pressing into the bottom of my foot! The whole pedicure took about 30 minutes. While my toes dried, I went and got my lip and eyebrows waxed. The lady did an amazing job on the waxing! I would def return for that service, but I have liked other places better for pedicures. read more

Came to the Paris nail bar and I really enjoyed my service with THA. When you come in you have to tell her Jillian sent you! She is so sweet and really good at her job! I did the Parisian Manicure | 38 An aroma of choice (Tuscan Citrus & Herb, Pomegranate & Fig, Milk & Honey, Papaya & Guava). Nail trimming and reshaping, cuticle trimming, scented scrub of choice, paraffin or seaweed mask, massage with hot stone, warm towel, and regular polish. Then next I did the dip gel and that was $50 dollars. Then I add on paraffin wax, scrub, oil, and she did a hand massage. It was great and it all totaled $128. We did have a little confusion on the price break down but they handled it like pros! Definitely will be back! read more

I came here originally because my regular place was booked. I received the most basic gel manicure and a gel-x manicure, I paid $150. The pedicure was fine, but I'm disappointed by the quality of the gel-x set I received. My nail tech was Kevin. I received a medium almond with a base color and chrome. The chrome was patchy and the base color was not applied evenly around the cuticle area. After five days, one of my nail popped off. I came to get it fixed, and the quality was significantly worse. The polish was thick and the gel glue was applied in excess. The tech said that the reason the nail popped off was because he used the wrong glue, but the issue was the prep. The nail tip was not prepped in any way. Normally, the nail tip should be filed in order to adhere to the glue, and this was not done. He also applied some form of super glue underneath the rest of my nails for some odd reason. After leaving the salon, another nail popped off. Overall, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. The quality doesn't match the price. read more

One point of going to a nail salon for a pedicure is to be pampered and get relaxed. ..so why does this place have the worlds most uncomfortable chairs?? They dont recline and you have to go up two steps to get in them. If you use a walker, wheelchair, or have bad knees...dont even try. They are white leather and is a prime example of style overtaking function. The pedicure was average and the colir choices were limited. They were BUSY which meant they were rushed. The appear to have a wine bar but not a single person was drinking... With a nail salon on every corner....there are better experiences to be had. This place was solid middle of the road...unless you like a comphy massage chair...them its 1 star. read more

I have tired to walk in 2x without an appointment and there was always a long wait. Decided to make an appointment and check it out. There are lots and lots of nail polish options however if you plan to do gel it's limited. I am used seeing lots of gel options on those wheels of nails. I love that idea since you can see what the color will look like on your fingers. The colors I initially chose were no longer available. I was met by Helen who was so friendly and informative. She explained gel vs dipping and was very professional. She gave the best pedicure massage. She was great helping me find a gel color. The place itself is very trendy. They offer a drink menu. I like their menu as it is clear to read. The chairs are white with rhinestones with a grey throw on each chair. The pedicure chairs are along the walls, they aren't massage chairs but I do appreciate the liners on the foot bowls. The prices are reasonable and of course they offer Christian Louboutin mani/pedi if you want to pamper yourself. Very busy salon even during a workday- appointment recommended. The best thing is they offer customer card which is awesome idea for us girls who get our nails done often. read more

I went to take my 73 year old mom for a nice relaxing pedi, a mother/daughter date. First of all, my pedicure lasted an entire 15 minutes, less time than it usually takes me to get a manicure anywhere else. My polish was beautiful but the rest left a lot to be desired. The person that was taking care of my mom seemed to have an issue working with older people, first she began complaining about the thickness of moms nails, then it was the calluses, then it was the fact that my 73 year mom could not move her feet like she needed her to. To top it all off, she told my mom that the color she picked didn't match her skin tone, SERIOUSLY?! So she went and picked colors for her. At this point I could not believe what was happening. I went to pay and she had up charged almost $18, not sure what for. So, in short steer clear. I will say the front desk person was very nice. read more

My husband and I went for the first time this past weekend and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. My husband just got a basic manicure and I got a gel manicure. The color started chipping away on day 3. The color wasn't even painted properly and it truly looked like I gave myself a manicure. The customer service was extremely horrible. I called back to let them know of how I wasn't pleased when I walked in to get them fixed they were so incredibly rude to me and the receptionist in the front had a very bad attitude. Throughout the whole service I felt out of place and once I was done I wanted to make sure they didn't need anything from me and one of the employees behind the counter said "get out of here". I walked back because I was literally in shock that they would talk to someone like that and I asked did they say something and they acted so surprised that I asked them that question. I will never do business with them again and I highly recommend you think twice before coming to this establishment. read more

Let me start by saying I used to love Paris nail bar.. The only reason they even deserve 1 star is because they do have a very nice clean facility.. that's about the only nice thing I can say at this point. Last week a girlfriend and I had made appointments to get mani/ pedis on my birthday. The salon called and said they needed to move the appointment up because they wanted to close early so we did our best to get there but ended up being 10 mins late (still earlier than orig appt) So we get there and all the employees had the worst body language! We're told they can only do one service now since we were late. We were bummed but decided to just go with manicures. While selecting color the employees were very agitated, talking loudly, laughing and rolling their eyes at us. I had never felt so rushed or like it was such an inconvenience to provide a paid service. Almost on the verge of tears I told my friend forget it.. I can't stomach to support such an unprofessional establishment. We were both feeling the bad vibes. It turns out I had a surprise birthday party and engagement that night! I'm so glad we left and found paradise nails who stayed open late to accommodate us and had the best energy! Paris nail bar almost could have tainted what ended up being one of the best nights of my life. I highly suggest finding a better nail salon to support..At least one that actually care about their customers! read more

Paris Nail Bar - Apex has become my favorite nail salon in the area. I live in Durham and make the (short) trip.
