I started going here for pedicures and was genuinely impressed with the results and how long they lasted. Because of that, I decided to try getting my nails done as well, but I have to say I am extremely disappointed. I got French SNS, and the technique they used for the white tip did not look clean or well executed. Instead of a smooth finish, there are visible white specks throughout the nails, which you can see in the photo. For the price they charge, the quality simply does not match. On top of that, the shape of each nail is inconsistent. Since these are my natural nails, that makes it worse because when this set comes off, my nails are going to look uneven and poorly shaped. The most unacceptable part was the cuticle work. The technician cut my actual skin and caused bleeding, then dismissed it by blaming my "dry" skin. That is not an excuse, it is careless work. Even after that, there was no attempt to make it right. No acknowledgment, no adjustment in price, and they still charged extra for the cuticle service. This was disappointing because I was starting to like this place based on my pedicure experience, but after this visit I am seriously reconsidering coming back. read more

I had been to Paris Nail Bar and they claim they do the service on pamphlet for 1 hour 15 min and the technician was in hurry to switch to next client. She served less than 1 hour. Her name was Helen. When I raised a concern it was overlooked and next time they cancelled my appointment at the last minute. I would recommend people to avoid such places who do not improve with the services with customer but cancel the appointments. The Paris Nail Bar owner on many social media platforms is indulgent in giving excuses rather than improving the services which gives one more reason to avoid this place. read more

I came here originally because my regular place was booked. I received the most basic gel manicure and a gel-x manicure, I paid $150. The pedicure was fine, but I'm disappointed by the quality of the gel-x set I received. My nail tech was Kevin. I received a medium almond with a base color and chrome. The chrome was patchy and the base color was not applied evenly around the cuticle area. After five days, one of my nail popped off. I came to get it fixed, and the quality was significantly worse. The polish was thick and the gel glue was applied in excess. The tech said that the reason the nail popped off was because he used the wrong glue, but the issue was the prep. The nail tip was not prepped in any way. Normally, the nail tip should be filed in order to adhere to the glue, and this was not done. He also applied some form of super glue underneath the rest of my nails for some odd reason. After leaving the salon, another nail popped off. Overall, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. The quality doesn't match the price. read more

The lowdown: They did a good job on my pedicure and a terrific job on waxing, I felt the front desk attendant was a bit less than helpful. And It didn't seem as sanitary as I expected, especially for COVID times. I received a gift card to Paris Nails and having never been there before (and this was my fist time at a salon since COVID) I didn't know the "protocol" or the process and layout of the salon. The front desk attendant asked me to go wash my hands after taking my temperature. I looked around and didn't see a sink so I asked her where and she flippantly responded "in the back" I felt like she could have provided a bit more hospitality and I honestly didn't feel very welcomed. I wasn't sure where I was suppose to go after I wash my hands so I stood looking for my nail polish(They do have several options). After about 2 minutes a gentleman came and asked me to follow him. I sat in one of the comfy chairs along the wall for my pedicure. The chair was comfortable and the water temperature was perfect. I saw the remote and figured that must be to turn in the massage function. The buttons were so worn out that I had no idea what to press to start the massage or how (or what) to press to change the settings. I asked the guy doing my feet and he showed me how to turn it on, and I just pressed various buttons to see what would happen. I looked at the controller next in the chair next to mine and the buttons were just as worn out. (Time to replace these, Paris Nails!?!).He did a great job on my feet. Especially the massage and the pressing into the bottom of my foot! The whole pedicure took about 30 minutes. While my toes dried, I went and got my lip and eyebrows waxed. The lady did an amazing job on the waxing! I would def return for that service, but I have liked other places better for pedicures. read more

I have tired to walk in 2x without an appointment and there was always a long wait. Decided to make an appointment and check it out. There are lots and lots of nail polish options however if you plan to do gel it's limited. I am used seeing lots of gel options on those wheels of nails. I love that idea since you can see what the color will look like on your fingers. The colors I initially chose were no longer available. I was met by Helen who was so friendly and informative. She explained gel vs dipping and was very professional. She gave the best pedicure massage. She was great helping me find a gel color. The place itself is very trendy. They offer a drink menu. I like their menu as it is clear to read. The chairs are white with rhinestones with a grey throw on each chair. The pedicure chairs are along the walls, they aren't massage chairs but I do appreciate the liners on the foot bowls. The prices are reasonable and of course they offer Christian Louboutin mani/pedi if you want to pamper yourself. Very busy salon even during a workday- appointment recommended. The best thing is they offer customer card which is awesome idea for us girls who get our nails done often. read more

I went to take my 73 year old mom for a nice relaxing pedi, a mother/daughter date. First of all, my pedicure lasted an entire 15 minutes, less time than it usually takes me to get a manicure anywhere else. My polish was beautiful but the rest left a lot to be desired. The person that was taking care of my mom seemed to have an issue working with older people, first she began complaining about the thickness of moms nails, then it was the calluses, then it was the fact that my 73 year mom could not move her feet like she needed her to. To top it all off, she told my mom that the color she picked didn't match her skin tone, SERIOUSLY?! So she went and picked colors for her. At this point I could not believe what was happening. My husband and I went for the first time this past weekend and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. My husband just got a basic manicure and I got a gel manicure. The color started chipping away on day 3. The color wasn't even painted properly and it truly looked like I gave myself a manicure. The customer service was extremely horrible. I called back to let them know of how I wasn't pleased when I walked in to get them fixed they were so incredibly rude to me and the receptionist in the front had a very bad attitude. Throughout the whole service I felt out of place and once I was done I wanted to make sure they didn't need anything from me and one of the employees behind the counter said "get out of here". I walked back because I was literally in shock that they would talk to someone like that and I asked did they say something and they acted so surprised that I asked them that question. The only reason they even deserve 1 star is because they do have a very nice clean facility.. that's about the only nice thing I can say at this point. Last week a girlfriend and I had made appointments to get mani/ pedis on my birthday. The salon called and said they needed to move the appointment up because they wanted to close early so we did our best to get there but ended up being 10 mins late (still earlier than orig appt) So we get there and all the employees had the worst body language! We're told they can only do one service now since we were late. We were bummed but decided to just go with manicures. While selecting color the employees were very agitated, talking loudly, laughing and rolling their eyes at us. I had never felt so rushed or like it was such an inconvenience to provide a paid service. Almost on the verge of tears I told my friend forget it.. I can't stomach to support such an unprofessional establishment. We were both feeling the bad vibes. It turns out I had a surprise birthday party and engagement that night! I'm so glad we left and found paradise nails who stayed open late to accommodate us and had the best energy!
