After getting a dermaplane and facial nearby, I called to see if Bliss had any walk-in availability for a dip manicure. They did, so I was excited to get my manicure updated after a recent move! I was so very quickly let down after walking in. The dip nail color options was apparently limited to only a very small number of different rings, of which there were hardly any neutrals. At one point, I asked to see a book that was up at the front for more color options and was told no, because it was the same colors as what I had already. So they had THREE different display sets of the SAME colors.... When it came time, they didn't even have the color I wanted in stock! The worst and why I am absolutely most disappointed (and no, it's not that my manicure is already chipped to heck) - I asked MULTIPLE times to not set my dip manicure with UV Gel. Multiple!!! Then, as the manicurist is pulling out her little UV bases, I asked again - "please can you set the dip without the UV?" And she said yes, then got up to grab something, comes back, puts on the first coat and goes "OK, put in the light". WTF. I asked at least 5 times to NOT have UV and even asked for clarification BEFORE the manicure started if they could set it without UV and was told yes. Lastly, it was beyond tactless to have the manicurist hover over me as I paid when the tip screen came on. Would not recommend this salon for a dip manicure if my life depended on it. read more

I really wanted to love this spot. The first 2 experiences were great and made me want to come back. The third was questionable and the fourth made me write this review. The technician skills are inconsistent and seems education on nail shaping and application varies from person to person. In this latest manicure - the technician gave me 6 layers of gel ( 2 base, 3 color, and a topcoat) making the gel appear thick and clunky. I also have chunks of fibers buried in the polish on multiple nails. The cuticles are ripped and rough. It's a bummer since this place has so much potential but it's a lottery if you'll have a good nail day or bad. read more

First time there, they assigned me the person who can't speak English and doesn't know what she was doing. For just a solid color, I wasted almost 2 hours, the people came at the same time with me, finished both manicure and pedicure, and left about an hour ago. I left with broken finger tip, uneven nail gel and bubbles in the gel. There is also a big gap between the gel and my cuticles. Not to mention, their restroom is disgusting. Beside their restroom is their resting area, so disorganized. When I try to handle the nail issue with the manager, she was shouting at me. This place is dirty, lack of management, allow poor performance people on duty. The people who doesn't have any work just hanging around there, play with their cell phone. read more

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. Worst nail place I've ever been to. The guy that did my nails rushed & also didn't replace my old acrylic nail nor did he seal my nails properly which allowed for bacteria to grow on my nail & cause an infection. I ADVICE YOU ALL NOT TO GO TO BLISS NAILS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET AN INFECTION. He didn't sanitize properly & rushed the whole process. I've been getting my nails done for over 10+ years & this has never happened, decide to try this place out & of course, immediate disappointment. See pictures & again, save yourself the time & money. I decided to go Bliss Nail Spa since it was closer to my house that was a bad decision. I went in to get a gel full set however the nail tech (Tracy) recommended I get dip it's better on your nails. So I said ok I will try it I trusted her and I thought my nails were going to turn out beautiful oh how I was WRONG! I wanted dip french tips Although I never got dip before I have got french tips several times so I know how they should look 55 dollars later my nails look terrible. I can see where the top of my nail start they're to wide they look nothing like a natural look which is what I was going for. I will say she did great on my gel pedicure but that was all I will NOT going back! read more

I have never had an issue with bliss nail spa. I always leave happy and satisfied, but yesterday I had an appointment. I came in a few minutes before my appointment and the nail tech said she can't take me in due them being very busy. Keep in mind I had an appointment. She asked me to come in two hours later and so I did. As she's removing my SNS she tells me she can't give me the nails I want and can only do solid nails due to them being busy. She could've informed me before knowing I come in once a month and she knows what I get. The whole vibe and energy was very negative at bliss. You guys lost a very loyal customer. read more

Terrible experience at this place. My normal nail place in Cary (which I love) upped their prices so wanted to try somewhere and not spend so much money for a fill in. I called Bliss Nail Spa and was told that a liquid gel fill in would be $40 and almond shape (which I already have) would be an extra $5 so after tip I was expecting to spend around $50. Once I arrive I go to pick a color and sit down. The guy doing my nails was so rough he cut me twice and my nails are so thin. There's polish all on my skin and the shape is inconsistent. When I go to check out he says "$65." The manager broke down the price for me and said the fill in was $40, the gel polish was $15 and the shape was $8?? That still doesn't add up. I didn't do chrome or any type of design, just a basic color. It seems like they charge for fill in, polish type, shape, and cutting down the nails. Moral of the story they are deceitful and I feel like I was lied to. Triple check the prices if you go here so you're aware of what you're about to spend. read more

I have had only positive experiences at bliss. I see Katie and she does an amazing job. They always bring a fresh unopened autoclave pack of nail tools which makes me feel comfortable. I am VERY picky about nail salons, but this one has always been wonderful. They do a great SNS dip and gel pedicures. I have always been able to make appointments easily and my appointment has always been honored. Great location near wasabi and cilantro! read more
