I recently went here for dip powder on my nails, and there is a new owner that I met who is lovely. Her name is Emily and she does a fantastic job with my nails! She was very polite, and creative when it came to picking out a color/design. She showed me these cool options like CHROME nails, and it looked like what the Hollywood movie stars get!! I found this salon to be very clean, and the chairs for the pedicure are super comfortable. She charges a lot for acrylics but the quality is honestly very poor. She doesn't listen to what you ask for, the acrylic is extremely thick at the tips, and the French designs come out uneven and messy. Overall, the service is overpriced and not done well at all. read more

I asked for a mani pedi and walked out with a pedi and a hole in the side of my foot from over sanding. When I complained they blamed me and said I got it from shaving. Never coming back here again. I finally left when they tried using used Emory boards on my nails and that was the last straw. They told me to 'go see a doctor'. And yelled at me on the way out. Don't come here. read more

I love the pedicure that is the next level after the basic. It not only comes with an extra scrub, it comes with a mud mask for your legs. My legs feel sooo soft and smooth after! This spa is a true hidden gem! Being new to the area, I've been to several nail salons trying to find someone who actually does a good job, listens to what I want and taking pride in their work... it's been super frustrating! Bilateral bug toe infections after pedicure. Had to go on antibiotics. They were super busy and obviously cutting corners.

I went here a few weeks back with my sister to get a liquid gel extension manicure. While I thought they did a great job, I noticed a little white dot at the base of the extension a few days later. I went to the doctor today because the dot has grown, and turns out it is FUNGUS. I got fungus in my finger nail from this place and I am very grossed out. This has never happened to me before, but I noticed their shaving tools were filled with nail debris from previous customers. Also, the pinkeyes nail fell off within 4 days. This spa is tucked into the strip mall by lidl. They offer appointment booking on their website which is how I ended up going the first time when the place across the street was busy. You walk in to the lovely fragrance of lemongrass and see an large array of dips, gels and polishes. They have pleasant music playing and no TV, so it is a relaxing experience. read more

The nail salon i had booked (for the Fourth of July) called me at the last moment to cancel. It was 6:45pm, #1 Nail Spa closed at 7PM. It was local to my home, and I dropped in to #1 Nail Spa at 6c:45pm to ask if they were open on the 4th. Cindy said: Do you have time now. YES!! And she stayed 1-1/2 hours late to do a mani/pedi, lip & eyebrow wax!! Not only did she accommodate me... but she suggested colors to match with the dress I was wearing to a wedding. She was sweet, attentive, excellent in her work.... I couldn't recommend her more. The fact that she stayed so late to make me beautiful just impressed me so much!!! Cindy is horrible. I stopped by asking her to do acrylics, she did SNS, completely lame and uneven Job. Also she picked horrible colors, when I asked her to do French. I ended up with lavender glitters, like some sort of stripper. All the time I spent there she tried to sell me waxing and was extremely mean. My regular nail tech fell off the earth. I was a regular customer getting gel nails every other week and all of a sudden the person was no where to be found.
