Took my wife here on a whim to get her nails done, and we are greeted with a warm smile by Jenna! It was extremely welcoming, she was kind and courteous and she was able to use an inspiration photo to create my wife's desired nails! You could tell she was hard-working and was extremely personable. We even changed seats so that I could sit next to my wife during the service, and we spent a lot of time chatting getting to know each other as she was running the salon! She did such a good job and was so kind that it made me consider if I wanted to get a manicure myself actually! We were big fans of her, and I've been looking for a good place to get her nails done anyway, so we're super excited! I used to live in apex and would come here all the time with my mom her nail lady works here and she's been going to her for 11 years! Amy is awesome and so lovely and does an amazing job. Every time I'm in town I go here! All the other staff is phenomenal, they are sweet and I've had most of them do my nails and they always come out looking good. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I was getting my car done at discount tire and needed to kill an hour. Since this place was in the shopping center, I thought I'd get a pedicure. It was early in the morning and I was the first customer. I got the regular pedicure which comes with " cooling gel massage" and "hydrating cream massage". The owner/manager lady was standing by my chair the whole time and kept rushing my technician. The technician did not do the said "hydrating cream massage". When she was done I asked her if she could put some lotion. The owner stopped her and didn't even let her apply the lotion properly, forget about the massage. I had streaks of lotion on my legs. I have never had a pedicure where they didn't put lotion on and massage. My legs and feet were dry and itchy as hell and looked dry and rough. Didn't feel or looked like I just had a pedicure. I went home and applied some lotion myself. Needless to say I will never come back to this place. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my technician was good but the owner kept rushing her and didn't let her do a proper pedicure. read more

I stopped in for a pedicure during phase 2 of C-19 restrictions. Immediately arriving to the shop, you have to sign a waiver that you are not endangering the health of anyone else around. Once you sign the waiver, you are allowed to enter the salon as they take your temperature and ask that you wash your hands immediately. They had the pedicure chairs apart from one another and had a barrier between you and they nail technician. I felt safe and the shop was extremely clean. Everyone working within the salon took the safety of themselves and other very seriously. Also, my pedicure is bomb! I definitely return. read more

Will never return here... my mom went here quite a few times before the Pandemic, but it has gone downhill so much. It was just the husband and wife- she was so rude. He started on my daughter's feet while the wife was with another customer... he was nice and did an okay job, but it was awkward since my daughter is a teenager. When the wife went to do my daughters nails she kept hurting her. Then each thing we asked for was an up charge it got to the point of being ridiculous. Between the rudeness, the pain and the price we won't be back. Save your money and go someplace else. read more

I don't even know why I keep coming back to this place. It's so inconsistent. Once in a while they will do a good job (more of an okey job), but the gel manicure will stay for one week the most. Other times they will do absolutely horrible job. Like this last time, which was the last straw that broke the camel's back. The manicure is horrendous. You'd think a 5 year old painted my nails. On top of that, it's only been 5 days and the gel polish is already peeling off. read more

Rated 1 star because from the minute i got started i was rushed. I would have rather waited 30 minutes than to be rushed in a chair. I got acrylic nails done after a long shift at work. When i sat down, the lady i believe named Wendy who was buffering my nails with the machine had 4 of my finger cuticles bleeding. There was no attention to detail or effort put in. I've been going to Simply Nails for years. It went into new ownership and management two years ago, and they keep me coming back. There are lots of nail salon options in the area, but Simply Nails is simply the best. The staff do a fantastic job - from manicures to pedicures to waxing. Customer service is a priority for them, and they offer sodas or waters too, which is a nice touch. Amy does the best gel nails - they are always durable, never chip or break and look natural. No appointments are necessary, but would recommend calling ahead just to see how busy they are or if there is a wait. Highly recommended! read more

I've had about 4 different visits and also brought my boyfriend and I've had nothing but great experiences here! I love how they do callus removal with the cheese grater looking thing!!! I always get good consistent service here. The pedicures are thorough and the chairs are nice. It is clean and relaxing and the staff is polite. The manicures last a while and the fake nails didn't pop off like has happened at other places. It is also the best eye brow wax I've had. read more

This a good salon, albeit a little inconsistent. I have gone a few times for a shellac manicure. They have a very wide selection of colors for shellac. The staff all seem friendly, and the salon is comfortable. The furniture and nail stations are pretty modern, which is nice. It seems that every time I have gone, the precision, attention to detail, and amount of pampering has dwindled. It's still a good manicure, but not the best. The last time, the polish was very noticeably not applied all the way to the bottom of my nail bed. It looked like I had 4 or 5 days of nail growth right when she finished the manicure! Also, the first time I went, the shellac manicure was $27 and the next time it was $30, not exactly sure why. read more

Went here for a lip wax, which their brochure says is $7. I asked the woman to also wax my lower lip. Every other place I have ever been, they do both for a lip wax. She did it all in less than 1 minute - did not take time to make sure she got everything, and even missed the center of my upper lip. When I went to check out, I was told it would be $13, because she waxed my chin too. I said no, only the lower lip, nothing on my chin, but they wouldn't budge. Heads up! Went in for a pedicure this morning. Got the basic (least expensive) pedicure. After I left I touched my heel and noticed that my skin was still dry and rough. Called them to ask when I could come back for them to fix it and they said that with the basic pedicure you do not get smooth heels...you have to pay more for a better pedicure. Since when do you have to pay extra to get your heels smooth? My heels aren't any crazy kind of dry or cracked or anything. After the woman that answered the phone explained to me that my feet would not be smooth after the basic pedicure she said I could come in and they would put oil on my heels but nothing else. I told her that I would not be coming back and she hung up on me. Not the kind of customer service you should be giving when nail salons are everywhere. read more

This is my go to place for nails. Havent had a pedi. I dont know the man's name who does my nails but he does them RIGHT. Not to be selective but he's the only one who does the acrylic and paint job correctly here. Hope to visit this weekend. ..the shop is luxurious but not pretentious and everyone is friendly. Not like the shops where when you walk in no one speaks or they just say "you sign up". Repeat customer! read more

My two teenage girls and I stop by this salon about 4x/year for a pedicure or manicure. My pedicures have always been good and both gel and regular manicures have been very good too. The staff have always been helpful and polite. They do tend to be fairly steady so I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment, although not always necessary. read more

Had the WORST pedicure at this facility. The water was SCORCHING hot. I had to quickly step out of the water and my skin was bright red. The technician filed my toe nails so aggressive I was twinging. While she was filing she was hitting skin on top of my toes b/c she was jerking the file so hard. I asked her to stop at one point b/c it hurt so bad. My toe nails are unevenly cut and the polish was not cleaned up around the cuticles or tips of toes. She put sugar scrub on my calves and proceeded to "massage" the sugar scrub. I had to ask for lotion after the scrub b/c she scrubbed my skin to complete dryness. The eyebrow wax technician left wax pieces in my hair, cotton in my brows and did not clean up the brow wax area with any tweezing. I did not tip and will not go back. I wish there was a way I could have not paid, the service was terrible.NEVER AGAIN! read more
