My destroyed hand (2 was)

Self explain this is the point I get up and left , stay away from salon that let inexperienced employees work on new guess, terrible experience I really don't know what to say but stay away from salon that think we don't know better OMG , we do know nails people we know at the moment they start and this felling of fear get you , just run . Bad bad Well if you look at the pictures of nails and you know good nails you'll figured it out fast

I've been here about a dozen times and it's always a great experience. Kaitlin is the best but the others are good too when she's not there. The prices are reasonable too!

The redo after I was charged 2x!

When I first moved here from California back in August 2021, I felt right at home! It was beautiful and clean and they had an array of services that would make any nail spa day a dream come true. ..... However after my third visit I noticed they lacked in customer service, treated their customers mean and would mess up and say that it's your fault for choosing that color. I tried to be nice and let it go even when I wasn't happy. Still tipped them GENEROUSLY!! When I shouldn't have, feeling bad that maybe they were right. Came back again for my birthday which was just a few weeks ago. So excited and chose a pretty pink to match my summer dress. I always do gel but for some reason same problem. Rude staff, didn't even stay with one customer would jump from one to the other simultaneously! Talk about a health violation! Then when it came to the polish. It would crack and my cuticles were incomplete (bad manicure). I spoke up and got treated like shit. I told them just fix it, they told me they would have to charge me for a new mani/pedi!!! Sadly I paid and I swore to never come back. Trust me I never write reviews but I've never been so insulted and treated with disrespect and told that I had to pay for their poor manicure job just to get it right! The first picture is literally after they finished. No one would believe that was a fresh mani looks like a month old and the polish is hideous! (Pink) The second picture is the redo of the mani and was charged double. NEVER AGAIN!! Be careful ladies! This was such an unexpected situation I've never been so shocked or upset in my life! I should have just gotten up and left but I'm rarely new to North Carolina so I just bit the bullet

I don't normally leave reviews, but I'm so happy this place opened up! I've been going to a different nail place for a while now and started to become unhappy with their service. When I saw this spot opening up, I couldn't wait to go and they did not disappoint! The location is beautiful. The staff is SO nice and extremely talented. (Check out their IG: @theparisnailbar.cary). The place is clean and they strictly follow COVID guidelines so I feel safe there as well. I'm a sucker for local spots that treat you like family. Definitely my new spot to come regularly and bring friends! Would recommend you try them out. You won't regret it!

I highly recommend this nail bar! The staff members are very tentative and friendly! It was refreshing to find a nail salon who genuinely cares about their customers! The salon itself was very clean and the staff is constantly disinfecting chairs and equipment. All staff members wore their masks and had the acrylic shields between the nail techs and customers. I have been hesitant to visit a nail salon since the COVID-19 pandemic, but I am happy that I chose the Paris Nail Bar! My nail tech was very friendly and took her time to ensure that I had the perfect nails. I honestly cannot stop admiring just how beautiful she designed my nails. I haven't had a manicure done this well in a LONG time, so thank you! This salon has gained a forever customer!

I think it's a nice place with prices that seem to meet the aesthetic, however its all down to who does your nails. When I booked my appointment Ii requested someone, but they weren't available until the next day. So I was told I would have another female tech, but when i got to my appointment I go a male tech. I was on time and everything, but I didn't fuss. Overall the experience was nice but it could've been better. Accidents happen as you can see I was cut multiple times, you should still tip your tech regardless and try someone else. I'll be coming back but I'll definitely be asking for the tech of my choosing.

I always have a great experience here, especially with Angie. My pedicures and dip manicures are always on point. I have visited a few other nail technicians here as well and have enjoyed my experience. Definitely recommend!

Love Paris Nail Bar!!! Such a pretty place, love the colors and nail art options!! Shout out to Steven, he's been doing my nails for over a year and is always accommodating and helps figure out what I want to do with great ideas. My nails always last weeks and never chip . Also the pedicures options are fun and pampering, I liked the milk and honey one, will probably try the champagne one as well.

Recently I visited again after 1 year and had an appt with Kaylin for the City of Lights Gel Pedicure. After living in NC for a year now I realize the nail spas are terrible. Paris Nail Bar raises the literal bar ! Not only is this place gorgeous but they do quality work and don't rush your service. Unfortunately I don't live close by and have to travel a little further. Previously I had a pedicure with Steven and he did a great job as well. Kaylin was kind, sociable, took her time and did a quality job. I love my feet. Kaylin asked me about nail shaping and filed my feet the way I like them: short and very square. I picked a beautiful neon yellow color for Gel. They have soooo many colors to choose from here. Kaylin gave a very good cleaning, the massage was perfect and I loved the parrafin dip. My feet were not left dry and she even used oil instead of the cheap lotion many spas use. I can't wait to book with her again.

Stopped by RBF recently for an afternoon drink and really enjoyed my experience!…read more First, we ended up finding street parking right next to RBF, but I think there may also be a dedicated parking lot outside the back patio? Not entirely sure since we still have no idea how to access it, but maybe look for that lot if street parking is challenging :) Anyway, RBF is located in the basement of a building, so we had to take an elevator down from the entrance we took. Inside, it's got chill vibes - it definitely feels like a wine bar :) We ended up sitting inside on a high top, but there were various couches and a good amount of outdoor seating available as well. It took a while for our server to come check in with us, but she was super friendly and helpful with the wine selections once she came over. I got a random glass of red wine (they do not serve beer, in case you were wondering!) while my wife tried out a couple of tasters and then picked out a white wine for herself. The wine was pretty tasty and it was definitely a generous portion. After sitting there for a while, we also decided to grab some bread with pesto on the side. It took a sec for it to come out, but it wasn't bad! Nothing extraordinary but I wasn't expecting anything super gourmet, so it was totally fine. Overall, we had a great experience here and I would definitely stop by again on a date night.

Although every inch appears to be covered, it's not stuffy and quite cozy. The vibe is chill and the music is great. The hubs and I enjoyed our first visit of many to come. The staff was attentive and helpful in walking us through the menu and offering advice on our selections. We settled on the Fierce & Fiesty wine flight, the lumberjack charcuterie board, and the croissants w/ garlic butter. All were delicious, prices are fair, and the portions and pours were great. We left feeling satisfied and happy to have found a new chill spot to add to our local repertoire. Cheers to your success!

Tucked above downtown Cary, this cocktail club delivers specialty drinks that are both creative and dangerously easy to keep ordering. The vibe is relaxed without trying too hard, making it equally perfect for catching up with friends. The real standout for me though? The massive outdoor patio. Spacious, laid-back, and ideal for lingering over cocktails way longer than originally planned. Cary keeps getting cooler, and this place is a big reason why.

I ordered the cast iron seared wagyu picanha steak, medium rare. When it arrived it was definitely rare, not medium rare, but more importantly it was cold. My sense is that this was due to it being frozen beforehand, but I guess it could have just been sitting around for a long time. The asparagus on the side was also unseasoned and undercooked. The chimichurri sauce was decent, but that's the most positive thing I can say about the meal. My wife got the crispy chicken club and it was OK but nothing extraordinary. I did enjoy eating her fries, though :) The service was good and the vibes were chill, but the food was just not up to par. We both ordered a flight of wine and enjoyed the different wines reasonably well. As mentioned, I think my previous review was a little too generous, and I probably wouldn't come back here unless I couldn't figure out another option in the area.

The menu looked amazing and we were super excited. We were sat at the first table right in front of the door and because it is winter time, it was a little bit unfortunate because every time the door opened it was quite cold. The restaurant itself is incredibly cute and intimate, but these first few tables right in front of the door make for a little bit more of a challenging experience in the winter. I think there might've been some sort of miscommunication with the waitstaff, because nobody came to our table and after about 10 minutes, and after seeing a couple who sat after us get there soup before we had had anyone greet us, we flagged down someone who then became our server. The service was great once we got that figured out! We both agreed the lobster bisque and desserts (creme brûlée and chocolate mouse cake) were the start of the show. For the appetizer, I got the whipped burrata and my spouse got the crab cakes. Two of the three crab cakes were unfortunately a bit over charred, which didn't make for the most pleasant experience. The one that was not over charred was very good! My burrata dip/spread was great! My spouse got the sea bass and I got the filet. Both were okay! I had a glass of red wine that was good and I'd be interested in returning for the flights! They gave us roses before leaving which was a really cute and thoughtful touch for Valentine's Day. Overall, a decent experience and I'd be interested in trying again!

Elevated Greek Restaurant with a Modern Culinary Experience…read more-- Restaurant Review: Naos Hellenic Cuisine - Cary, NC -- Having traveled to Greece a number of times, this restaurant brings the warmth and family-focused Greek culture and traditions to the Raleigh-Durham area, while offering a modern, culinary-focused dining experience, elevating it to a top restaurant in the region. The restaurant provides a soft-lit ambiance with well-curated dining spaces and an upbeat atmosphere to bring family, friends, business colleagues, and loved ones together to create memorable experiences. -- We started with the roasted beats and soutzoukakia, leading into the main entrées: the clay pot lamb and the grilled bone-in pork chop. The roasted beets were presented in a technically complex way, showcasing the vibrant colors of the food combinations and inviting you to savor each bite. They combined perfectly roasted beets with a combination of manouri cheese to add richness to the dish; the arugula introduced a slight pepperiness, spiced walnuts for crunch, and the ladolermono, which brought a degree of citrus flavor, making it a well-balanced dish of flavors. The soutoukakia - lamb and beef meatballs - were tender, well-seasoned, and cooked in a tomato sauce to create a balance of richness and flavors. -- The clay pot lamb is nothing short of amazing, slow-cooked and seasoned with white wine, garlic, and herbs. Garished with grape leaves, paired with lemon potatoes and fresh dill, the dish offers aromas and flavors that leave you wanting more. The grilled bone-in pork chop is equally as impressive, cooked to perfection - the juicy chop is complemented by garlicky kale and roasted squash, with an apple mostarda on top, adding an excellent mix of earthiness and sweet-tart to create a bold but perfectly balanced dish. -- Given the importance of food, service, and ambiance, this restaurant delivers strong overall performance across all categories. I would strongly recommend this restaurant as an overall amazing and memorable experience.

Naos is a stunning restaurant and truly one of the most beautiful spaces I've dined in recently…read more The attention to detail in the décor is impressive, and the atmosphere alone makes it feel like a destination spot rather than just another dinner out. As a Greek, I went in with high expectations for the food, and while everything was solidly prepared, nothing quite wowed me. The dishes were good, well-executed, and enjoyable.... just not remarkable enough to fully match the premium price point. That said, there was absolutely nothing bad about the meal. Service was pleasant, the menu felt thoughtfully curated, and the experience as a whole was very polished. This is a great place to bring friends, celebrate something, or enjoy a stylish night out. Just don't expect to be blown away flavor-wise if you're deeply familiar with Greek cuisine. A beautiful restaurant with good food, elevated vibes, and a price tag that reflects the experience more than the portions.
