I've been getting my nails done here for about six months now. The location is convenient and they do a pretty good job. However, about three weeks ago, the guy named William who did my full acrylic manicure that day, I noticed dark patches of skin under my toenails. For the first time in my life, I had toenails with cuticles underneath. This was very uncomfortable and I couldn't paint over them. Been a customer there for almost 3 years.. never had a problem....however my last visit I walked out very unhappy.. They fixed 2 toes with acrylic and charged me an extra $15. $15!!! That's alot of money to alot of people, especially when your already paying high prices for the service. I'm not asking for anything for free, but I think $7.50 a toe is a bit high. It's a shame that they do that to loyal customers instead of being fair and making the customer happy. I won't be returning to them again. read more

Highly do not recommend this establishment! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The owner was extremely rude. The nail tech cut me multiple times, and I kept telling him how much it burned, kept asking him to be a little bit more gentle. The owner of course did nothing about it and had zero accountability. I had a $75 signature pedicure with a man named Polo or something like that. Honestly he barely spoke English and didn't seem to understand any English without translation assistance. He was rushed and nipped my little toe cuticle quit bad. It hurt and he quickly covered the toe with a towel. When he removed the towel it was bleeding a lot. He kept throwing black powder on it but this cut continued to bleed through the entire hour of pedicure. The salon seems clean and well run with no one else having any problems. I warn anyone to watch out for Polo. He said he works there 7 days a week. He put my shoe on roughly and smudged by big toe. I still tipped 20%, he deserved less. read more

This nail salon is close to my house and convenient, however, some of the technicians are not patient. They rushed me through picking a color and were pushy about getting gel vs normal polish. In addition, they were not patient or gentle with my senior companion (also a client). When I asked them to please relax the technician began to rant in her language. Anyway, after it was all said and done my nails had particles and they were all not "square" shaped. read more

New salon in Bluffton. Great location next to Publix and Starbucks. Called ahead for an appointment. Very clean and bright. I had a deluxe pedicure today and it was sooo good!!! Haven't had a deluxe pedicure in a while but today I had some extra time and I thought I'd treat myself. It was worth it!!! $45 for a deluxe is probably a standard price in the area. Horrible customer service. I told them repeatedly what I wanted and the nail tech even asked the nail tech sitting next to him what I was saying. She repeated to me what I said and I agreed and she appeared to have translated it. I wanted an American manicure. They put a bright white on them and I told them again that it wasn't supposed to be that white. He assured me that when he put the top coat on it would look more natural. It didn't. He over coated it with pink making the white part now pink. At this point I figured I was gonna have to go somewhere else to fix them but he left the tips so thick and just brushed white over some places on them so I asked him to thin it out. He called the owner over to ask me about the problem. I explained to him what I wanted. He asked me what color it was supposed to be. I told him American manicure. He seemed very irritated and frustrated at me for not being able to name specific colors. I have never been asked the name of specific colors. He proceeded to get loud with me in the middle of his salon. In the meantime, other workers were asking him for band aids because they caused their clients to bleed and another worker dropped a bottle of liquid and discolored another clients white shoes. It was a horrible experience with horrible customer service. I will never go back, which is a shame because their receptionist was outstanding. read more

My wife had her toe nails serviced and painted. Day before yesterday at Q nails . The gentleman cut one toe to deep and made it bleed allot . It took almost 15 minutes to stop the bleeding. I put antibiotics and a bandaid on it. They also scratched the toe on the foot also to . Not one person including the manager said they were sorry! And still charged her full price. . Her toe is sore. And she was limping yesterday. So we decided to never go back there again. . And give them a one star rating. I want professional people working on my wife. read more

Excellent service! I called this morning to request an appointment for 5 pedicures and 2 manicures. The woman who answered was very polite and fit us in towards the end of the day. Then, she called back to say they could get us in earlier, which was great! The salon is super CLEAN, the staff is very NICE, and the pedicures and manicures were excellent! I was traveling and needed a place to get a dip manicure for an upcoming wedding. This place is fairly new and next to my moms house so why not? Very convenient location and nice salon with complimentary bar area with booze and coffee. The receptionist was super friendly and most of the other employees seem friendly but that's where the good stops. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment. I got Tony as my nail tech, as soon as he sat down to start working on my nails, he seemed rushed and sloppy, not very friendly, that was my first warning. I've been getting my nails done for about 15 years and this nail job by far is the worst I've ever had. Tony worked on my cuticles at the end of the nail job instead of the beginning, which was a first. Unfortunately for me, Tony cut me on two separate fingers causing them to bleed, the last one hurting the most, I had to pull my hand away and had to hold back the tears. Tony apologized but first impressions are everything and it was an overall bad experience for me. I made an appointment the day before and was kept waiting for 20 minutes anyway. I was told who I would get the manicure with, and got someone different. She berated me the entire time and ultimately walked away and refused to finish. They kept me waiting another 15 minutes to get someone else. The owner simply assigned the first woman to another customer and couldn't give a fig about the problem. I had extremely poor service here the girl it was her first day I asked for another person multiple times and they told me they don't train their incoming staff she never put a base coat on never scrubbed my feet $180 for services which I did not receive. The owner is absolutely horrible to speak with. There were a lot of people that I noticed that were unhappy and he wasn't taking care of anyone and actually told one lady to leave. They dont care about their customers and do not do good work! I tried to speak to the owner he told me he doesnt train anyone and doesnt care that the service is not complete. The mani-pedi was fine but it's uncomfortable to sit in the pedicure chair to get a manicure. They do charge a $1.50 service fee.
