The ladies would rather upsell their services and products than give you a decent pedicure. I'll never go back. This is what my feet looked like 2 weeks after my visit. But a picture is worth a thousand words

Ly is the best! She is meticulous, and my dip usually lasts at least 3 weeks. I go for short and clean because they hardly ever chip and will have to have them done again only due to grow out. However, I've seen her artistic talent in many longer styles with tips etc.

33 dollars for a gel fill-in which is expensive for the area. I've never paid more than $25 for a fill-in around Bluffton. I wouldn't be upset about it if the job were done correctly, but I left with nail polish all over the sides of my fingers and big chunks cut out of my skin. Not happy.

The one time I had no internet reception and stumbled into a nail salon without looking at reviews Save your money folks. I needed my gel removed and wanted a gel mani. My nails were wrapped for over 45 minutes. I asked if I could use the tool to remove the gel, as my nails and skin were burning. If you remove the foils and don't remove the gel, it'll harden. That defeats the purpose. Someone finally came over and at that point my nails had curled. I was relieved to have the gel off but so disappointed with the new gel polish. The polish was all on and around my cuticles. Which means the gel will last a shorter time. The gel was thinly placed on, scratched very easily and within 4 days, the polish started chipping. Not to mention all of my nails were a different length and shape. Within a week the gel started completely pulling up. This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only was the technician not properly trained but the salon's gel product isn't as good a quality as the products use elsewhere.

My First Mani-Pedi and I liked it. They did a very good job, better than I ever did. I will have a second and more. Very clean and hygienic.

They talk and laugh about their customers in their language while doing services and I'm really not a fan of that.

Went in for my first pedicure and it was bomb! Sugar scrub and lotion massage comes with a regular pedicure.

My only suggestion is he need to scrub the feet more. Hey mainly focused on the heel only. If I return I would just ask him to do that. No biggie. I also recieved a manicure, it wasn't anything special. They offer a broad choice of drinks which is nice. There is a 3% charge for using your card, so take cash if you desire. Google maps didnt take me right there so I had to switch to Waze.

I'm new to the Bluffton area and came here for a manicure and pedicure. During my pedicure, I was in a lot of pain because the gentleman performing my pedicure repeatedly pulled at the corner of my toes, telling me it was a hangnail. Unfortunately, two of my toes later became infected, and I was unable to wear shoes comfortably for several days. I reported the issue to the salon within the first week and tried to give them an opportunity to make things right. I politely reached out multiple times, but each time I was either ignored or given another excuse. I was asked several questions about who performed my pedicure, which I answered, and I even provided a copy of the paperwork from the emergency clinic where I sought treatment. Despite everything I did to try to resolve the situation, they refused to provide a refund or any other resolution. I also reported the incident to the health department. I was advised that there was a change of ownership in January 2026. I want to make that clear because my experience happened under the new ownership. Reviews posted prior to January 2026 reflect the previous ownership and should be considered separately from my experience. This is not a review I wanted to write. I gave the salon multiple opportunities to address my concerns, and I asked politely each time for them to make things right. Unfortunately, I felt ignored and dismissed throughout the process. Based on my personal experience and how the situation was handled, I cannot recommend this salon and will not be returning. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

Apply the Golden Rule and you may find you have made a new friend. - don't come in rushed - expecting immediate attention, sit down, relax, perhaps have a beverage and wait your turn patiently - look your techs and other staff in the eye when you speak and, smile! You may make their day and they may make your in return. I am a regualr patron and have my favorite tech. I make certain to call ahead and ask questions so that I and the staff can have a pleasant experience. Try to remember the names of the people who service you and greet them by name. I would not consider going anywhere else for my mani-pedi because I might be disappointed if I make a comparison - that's how good they are! I don't like to sound preachy but having spent time there I've seen all kinds of clientele and how they interact with their service providers so I thought I'd pass along everything I learned!

Yet they continued to go about their business and put a new acrylic on. I personally went through the process of getting mine soaked off and they got extremely sticky and gummy, which is not how the nails should react to the soaking. I would be wary of the acrylics here. I have my suspicions based on those 2 events. Not sure if anything has changed since I've been there, but I won't go back to a place if I can't trust their practices.
