My only suggestion is he need to scrub the feet more. Hey mainly focused on the heel only. If I return I would just ask him to do that. No biggie. I also recieved a manicure, it wasn't anything special. They offer a broad choice of drinks which is nice. There is a 3% charge for using your card, so take cash if you desire. If I could leave a ZERO STAR that's what you would be getting. Had an appointment 4 days ago to get a fill in and a pedicure. Fingernail chipped the next day. Never in my 25+ years of doing my nails has this happened. The salon atmosphere and service was extremely unorganized, unprofessional, no customer service skills, rushed, and rude at times (whispering things to their coworkers in their native tongue and looking at you and smirking while doing so). I came in today to ask if they could fix my chipped nail. The one tech who wound up doing my pedicure was the one who asked what I wanted? I said I need a chipped nail redone. Every one of the techs looked at me as if I was guilty of something. THE ONLY THING I AM GUILTY OF IS USING THIS SUBPAR NAIL SALON. Never again. First I was told there would be a wait, and asked how long of a wzit? Then I was told I need to make an appointment. Really to fix a nail that should've been done right in the 1st place? Acrylic nails were put on extremely thin, and some other nail polish that was put on is bubbling. A BIG FAT ZERO IS WHAT YOU DESERVE. read more

A very disappointing experience after spending over $300.00 for 2 adults and 2 children and left with our cuticles ragged and dried just the as we went in . Definitely not the experience we expected. I made the appointment on May 1 and they sent me via text a 10% off coupon for being a new customer. They told me that the coupon was expired and I couldn't use it. They gave us a $5.00 off coupon for our next visit. There will never be another visit. I came from Chicago to treat my nieces and we were very disappointed. read more

Had a 10:30 am appt. Four of the employees were sleeping on the pedicure chairs. One of them finally got to me. I brought my own polish. Pedicure was mediocre. The manicure was awful. The tech did not have a good grasp of the English language so hard to communicate length and shape I wanted. I wanted a little length taken off and rounded nails. Ended up with short and squarish. The entire time he was giving me my manicure he was on the phone. Check out was difficult and I had great difficulty communicating to him that the polish he used was mine and I wanted it back. I was going to drive 90 minutes to come here but the woman in the phone couldn't answer my questions properly and was making the conversation so difficult that I decided to pass. She couldn't answer basic questions. I was asking if she could do a builder gel and add tips to my nails and if this was possible but she couldn't even comprehend this. I told her I wanted them to look natural and not thick like acrylic and then she proceeds to ask me if I want natural nails. When I tried to ask her if I could speak with someone that is fluent in English, she said I could ask her at that point. I just decided to not waste my time. This company just missed out on a lot of money because I wanted to get my nails done I wanted to get my pedicure done a really nice one and possibly a massage or some other things if they have that there and I always tip 20% but if you can't have basic communication skills, I'm not going to waste my time. The entire phone call was super stressful. I can only imagine how it would have been if I went in person. read more

We saw the Google reviews for Luxe Nail Bar being really high so we took a trip there today and they got us right in. They were very clean very professional and they did an amazing job! My lady, Jenny, in Peachtree Corners, GA had been doing my nails for years. She was the best nail tech and we became very good friends. I have very thin nails so when someone is inexperienced it is painful. I tried to go back to GA but I ran into my nails needing attention before I could get back. I met Amy and Michelle. I had a good experience at Fancy Nails. The gentleman who did my nails was friendly and made me feel comfortable. My pedicure was very relaxing and much-needed. My friend who came along with me also got a pedicure. However, the woman who did her nails was rushing and was talking about how customers were waiting. I came in as a walk in and the two employees that were there at the time were very nice and welcoming. I showed the woman the photo on my phone of what I wanted and she said she could do it and she did it! I wanted a simple French tip dip manicure but I wanted skin toned not pink for the nail base and she did exactly what I asked. She was kind and made polite conversation the whole time, stopping to ask me if I agreed with every step before she continued onto the next nail. Since I did basically a clear powder you can see the graininess of the powder but from my understanding that's because of the powder color. With tip I paid $55 for this, and I'll do it again in 2/3 weeks when needed. read more

Techs were nice & welcoming. Salon was clean. Allocated 90 mins for pink/white SNS (powder) nails, which is reasonable since it Usually takes 40-60 mins. Had I been able to stay longer, it would have taken 2+ hours. When I advised tech of another appointment, he became very rough. My cuticles bled (and still hurt), and I was left with both disappointing experience & nails. Price is same as other salons who provide great nails & experience. Going to salon was a matter of convenience. Bad decision on my part. Do not recommend. read more

Really wonderful salon--called on a Monday for 3 appointments on a Friday (3 gel manis and 3 pedis) and all 3 nail technicians were fantastic--they were ready when we arrived, all were very polite and professional, plus they did a stellar job on our nails! Salon is very clean and they take proper social distancing protocols. Great color selections, up-to-date magazine selections, and the massage chairs are some of the best I've ever used. They also were showing an amazing nature documentary on a great TV which we were all mesmerized by/wanted to stay all day. Will be back every time I'm in town! read more

What a great discovery! Thanks to Yelp, I was able to find this jewel of a salon tucked away in a corner of the Sheridan Plaza. I recently tried the dipping technique for the first time at another salon. I was so disappointed. The result was a thick coating with a very visible raised area that became more noticeable the more the nail grew out. I turned to Yelp and although Fancy Nails only had 5 reviews, they were all very positive - 5 stars. One of them was from a loyal customer from when they owned a salon in St. Louis, MO. That's almost unheard of! I can say all the usual - the salon is clean and a very pleasant atmosphere. You don't feel rushed, and yet they are not slow. My nails look so much more natural than the other job. I will be a repeat customer. After just one visit, I feel such loyalty to them. I want them to succeed, but worry about their location. Highside-The people that work here are high quality and they want good outcomes for you. Patient, Very accommodating, {Other side}~the wait might be the one that gets you, sometimes it's more than a few minutes. But it's worth it.
