The art she did was nice but where was the manicure part of my manicure. Did not soak my hands, clean my nails or clip the cuticle. Just went directly to applying the dip powder. Finished surface is uneven and So much residue under my nails when I left it was uncomfortable. I mentioned this to the girl ringing me up and she just stared at me blankly. Wow. I'm still picking powder residue from my cuticles and edges of my nails. Pedicure was similar. Art was nice but they never filed or buffed my actual nails. And it looks like they just toss the toe spreaders back in the drawer with out any sort of cleaning or sanitizing before putting them on someone else's feet. So I yelped and researched for other nail salons before choosing this one. I was able to call ahead and make an appointment. I was greeted by friendly professionals. It was extremely crowded but that is to be expected on a Friday afternoon, but they handled everyone professionally and efficiently. Except before my gel polish had even soaked off my nail tech answered 10 phone calls, rang up 5 customers, and checked in every appointment that came in so it seemed like my nails took forever to get done. The phone rang every 4 minutes and he always had to stop to answer it. I understand salons get busy but that is why places hire receptionist! This place is SO much better than H'allure. Saved me from a fungus that H'allure nearly gave me. I was well taken care of and they comfortably fixed a cracked toenail as well as the damage on my fingernails. Very warm and welcoming manicurists on staff, they didn't rush anything and put in extra effort when other nail places in the region did not to care for my nail health.
