I was concerned to come here after reading the reviews. I was very impressed with the customer service Kim gave our group and Sandy was so patient with my little one and gave her exactly what she wanted. Kathy was who worked on me did an amazing job, I am very pleased with my nails although I only had gel colors applied and no shaping of my nails or toes since I do that myself. We had 11 people in our party as it was to prepare for attending a wedding the next day, 5 adults and 6 little girls one only had a change of regular polish as she was 4. So some of the technicians attended multiple people,we had one of the ladies leave with bloody cuticles and blood under the nail you could see...I felt awful for her but her toes were fine. One of the girls had her cuticle cut by the sander that they use to sand down nail to get acrylic tips on, then the finished product look like footballs and they were not painted the color she asked for. We had really really hot pedicure tubs and one overflowed, but after about 5 min it cooled off enough to put our feet in with out burning yourself. In total we had 4 acrylic tips ( 1 set were good) One of the ladies had to go pay to fix her nails later that afternoon. 9 pedicures 1 regular change of polish 6 manicures I have to say that the sign says $30 mani and pedi but while you are sitting in the pedicure chair, they pass around colors on nails to pick your color.....they forget to tell you that gel nail polish double the cost to $60.00 for a mani and pedi. Then they ask if you want the deluxe which is a massage if the legs, the bride and I said no and they did it anyway and that is an additional 10.00 charge so now a mani and pedi had cost you 70.00 per person. They massage your shoulders and pound on you back etc and I think that is included but who knows maybe it's an additional cost? When the time came to pay the bill was 745.00 before tip, we left them a 70.00 tip despite the mishaps so $815.00 total for 11 people one who was a little girls change of polish only. I asked to see the cost per person and it was just numbers on a note pad no names or services listed so how do you really know since half of the party was gone at that point. All in all I felt like it was pricy for what we had done. I noticed they had some locals who were regulars including one of the ladies in our group. I think that if you don't allow then to cut your cuticles you minimize injury, and if you don't get gel colors 30.00 for a mani pedi is fair. I would personally not come back here since there are plenty of other places that have better reviews and I am sure cost 70.00 or less for a mani pedi. My tip to the owner is to be forthcoming about charges so you allow patrons to make educated choices when picking nail colors. Perhaps put a big sign over pedicure area or tell people these are the gel options, if you choose these they will last longer but cost double. I think that would be best since some people would pay that price, if it was worth it for them. read more

Honestly the worst experience I've had at any nail salon (And I'm not a picky or critical person). Unprofessional staff who made rude comments about my feet and asked how much money I make. Overpriced services which left me with two very painful ingrown nails. $65 for a gel mani and "deluxe" pedi (regular polish not gel)-my cuticles were left untouched and the polish was peeling off within a week. I hate to leave this review because they were very sweet and quick, but unfortunately they did my nails horribly and left damage. I came in because my usual place was busy, and asked for white chrome dip with tips. She told me that to do the chrome, she would have to leave on the tips that I already had and put it overtop, which I had never heard before so I was confused but thought she knew what she was doing. Obviously this didn't work because the tips were already grown out so she finally decided to take off the original tips and do new ones, which showed me that she was just saying that in the first place to try and get out of doing the extra work to add new tips. She drilled my natural nails down so thin that it was hurting very badly. 1 week later and the white chrome had turned yellow, 2 of my nails had cracked down to my natural nail on the flesh, and when I got them redone at my usual place today my nail was split in half and had flesh exposed underneath. It was bending my natural nail back as she filed them because they were so thin. I did not have time to get a picture because I was so desperate to get them off. $70 for all of this after she told me they do their nails with expensive products and quality care. I've already left 1 review but I'm so disgusted that I want to add that the tools used were unsterile. Salon did not use fresh sterilized tools from client to client. The worse experience EVER. As I sit here looking at my nails I remember that the tech didn't even use base coat so my nails are more damaged as I remove the gel nail polish. I am strongly considering contacting the Georgia Health Department due to the lack of sterilization of the tools and the increasing possibility of skin infection. DO NOT USE THIS SALON read more

One of the worst nail experiences ever. I go to Angel Nails because of their prices being lower than most nails places. They usually do a pretty good job on my acrylics but my last visit was a different story. The usual lady who does my nails takes around 20-30 mins to do my acrylics. I had a different lady my last visit who spent almost 2 hours doing my nails. She made it seem like she had no idea what she was doing and kept cutting the corners of my nails. After my nails were finished they were super sore and I knew something wasn't right. About 2 weeks later my nails started to hurt again and when I tried to get them off they were broken and bleeding underneath and on the sides from where she filed too hard. ( pictured below). I normally only leave positive feedback, but had to share this negative experience. Had the SNS Nails done and the surface was left so bumpy that I had to take them off when I got home. My toes were also done and they didn't use a base coat like I'm used to at other salons. The polish pooled with paint in the corners. They talked me into doing a "deluxe" pedicure which was what others do as a regular pedicure. I asked one of the ladies working next to me if she liked the Deluxe Pedicure and she said Yes! I used to go here all the time. I thought it was a great place for the money. Until I recently came back. I brought my 11 year old daughter. They charged me $200 for the both of us. We both got pedicures & acrylic nails. The cost did not add up the same as their advertised prices. I have been to upscale day spas that charge less and offer more for the money. The same day, my daughter's fingernails started chipping and my pedicure had already started chipping. It has now been a week and my daughter has had 3 nails come off and I've had 2. For that kind pf money I expect better quality. Especially since they rush through everything. It's obvious their only concern is how much money they can scam and not the quality of work or the satisfaction of the client. I found myself at this place after the original place I wanted to go was closed and I really wanted to get my nails done that day. I was left to sit with my hands in a bowl of warm soapy water for over an hour as the woman took two clients that walked in after me. Mind you I had no polish on my nails when I walked in. Finally after she was planning on having my wait even longer I told her that I had things I had to do, she passed me off to one of the other women. After saying no to upgrades multiple times I got a gel mani that I probably could've done better myself at my home. The lady that did my nails was in a rush because there was a lot of customers and only few employees! When she was doing them she hit my finger with the thing they use to get the paint off of your nails! She was also in a rush repainting them and I had nail polish on my hands! My mom was also gonna get hers repainted but the lady didn't even let her get done talking before she told us to sit down! One lady got upset because her and her daughter were getting a pedicure and they almost left because the wait was so long!
