Unfortunately cannot recommend as much as I wish I could! Came here to get my wedding nails done. I…read morewill say scheduling our appointment was very easy & I was able to send inspiration photos ahead of time so I had peace of mind that I would be able to achieve the vision I wanted for my wedding day. It was a bit of a scramble as soon as we got in. People were shuffled around and there seemed to be a lot of confusion over who was covering what services. Our pedicures were generally fine, and my mom's manicure went well, although I thought the line work on the French was a bit sloppy. I had originally said I wanted SNS with tips, but by the time of my appointment, my nails were so long and such a great shape that I decided not to add tips and to keep the shape. In filing them all to uniform length/shape, the manicurist made them incredibly thin and pointy, sacrificing the pretty tapered shape they had before. I was looking for a marble ombré effect which was sort of achieved. It also had gold detailing. I am used to nail artists painting on those details, but she used a foil paper which resulted in each nail looking different as opposed to uniform. The services were really pricey which I was fine with since it was for my wedding day. Although I wasn't crazy about my nails as they weren't what I was envisioning and I hated how they were filed to such a point, making my fingers look very stubby, they did look pretty in photos. I had them done on a Friday and my wedding was 2 days later. The day after my wedding, my nails began to disintegrate and crumble off. Mind you, these are my natural nails not tips. I would reach for a hand towel after washing my hands and the nails would just come off in pieces. The following day, the top layer of designs peeled off in full from each nail. So, 4 days after I had them done, I was left with stubs of nails and the basic matte white under layer of the SNS. I've never seen this happen and am just glad it waited until after wedding day, but I was super disappointed after growing my nails to the longest they had ever been. I reached out to the nail artist to let her know what had happened. I am not local so I couldn't go in for a touch up, but I figured that after the money we spent and it being a special occasion some of it would have been refunded. I just got a quick "sorry about that!" And nothing more. I have to think it was because of how filed down the nails were and the thin layers of SNS application. Super disappointing and I dealt with gross nails my whole honeymoon.

Decent job on my granddaughters nails. They squeezed three people in near closing time.read more

I recently went in for a manicure/fill-in. The first girl that took care of me filed off the color…read moreon my nails and then proceeded to try and remove them. Not only was this not the service I asked for, but she was removing my nails by lodging clippers and cuticle clippers in between me real nail and acrylic and cut my skin AND cut down the middle of some of my real nails leaving them split and injured. When I told her she was hurting me, she giggled and walked off. I was then sent to the man next to her who also tried doing this same process. Even after requesting to just soak them off, he came back with the response of "Can you let me try first". This resulted in him doing the same as the girl before which led to 2 more nails being injured. I finally just asked for my nails to just be left bare so I didn't risk any infection by putting acrylic on top. When expressing concerns and discomfort, I received groans and slightly disrespectful comments that left me uncomfortable. Overall, my experience wasn't good and wouldn't recommend this place to people, especially to those with sensitive nails.

She switched bowls to acrylic powder and did my remaining nails. She wasn't proficient with the acrylic and applied it very sporadically and unevenly, and so had to do LOTS of filing to smooth out the surface of my nails. Ultimately my nails do look nice, I'm just hoping that the ones done with the dip powder will hold up the same as the acrylic ones. Also, I was asked probably three times if I wanted a design on my nails, all of which I refused. I didn't like how pushy they were about it. Otherwise the place was clean and the staff were friendly.

Today was a really terrible experience at nation nails. We were here once before, and my daughter…read morehad her nails done by the older gentleman. That was a good experience however, today her nails were done by the woman who works there. She's a very friendly lady however when she removed the tips from my daughter's nails, she actually tore the tip off the nail till it tore the nail bed and caused her to bleed. She did this not once, but twice. Two nails were bleeding. I can't understand why she works in a nail salon but does not know how to do this in a way that does not injure a person. She's obviously not even trained properly. Never again will we return to this business. I just hope my daughter does not get an infection from the injuries they caused her today. Meanwhile the older gentleman was giving me a pedicure. It started a half hour late. Then he rushed through it because their next appointments had already arrived before he even began my pedicure. They are overbooking themselves and with just two people working, no way they can keep up and do a quality service. I regret ever going there.

There was a lot of debate outside the English language which made me feel left out of the decision making process. After biting my tongue through a mostly-unpleasant removal, she begins to rub lotion on my arms and hands. Since neither of our hands had been washed, she was wiping nail filings and particles all over me. It felt more like an exfoliation. I left with dirty hands, fingers and arms and chemicals caked to my fingers. A few days later, my nails were peeling up from the drill, breaking and brittle. Nope! No thanks. Will not return. However, the man I assumed to be the manager was quite kind and talkative.
