Best salon in town! Also, Elizabeth is a great stylist and does magic with my curly hair.

Unfortunately cannot recommend as much as I wish I could! Came here to get my wedding nails done. I…read morewill say scheduling our appointment was very easy & I was able to send inspiration photos ahead of time so I had peace of mind that I would be able to achieve the vision I wanted for my wedding day. It was a bit of a scramble as soon as we got in. People were shuffled around and there seemed to be a lot of confusion over who was covering what services. Our pedicures were generally fine, and my mom's manicure went well, although I thought the line work on the French was a bit sloppy. I had originally said I wanted SNS with tips, but by the time of my appointment, my nails were so long and such a great shape that I decided not to add tips and to keep the shape. In filing them all to uniform length/shape, the manicurist made them incredibly thin and pointy, sacrificing the pretty tapered shape they had before. I was looking for a marble ombré effect which was sort of achieved. It also had gold detailing. I am used to nail artists painting on those details, but she used a foil paper which resulted in each nail looking different as opposed to uniform. The services were really pricey which I was fine with since it was for my wedding day. Although I wasn't crazy about my nails as they weren't what I was envisioning and I hated how they were filed to such a point, making my fingers look very stubby, they did look pretty in photos. I had them done on a Friday and my wedding was 2 days later. The day after my wedding, my nails began to disintegrate and crumble off. Mind you, these are my natural nails not tips. I would reach for a hand towel after washing my hands and the nails would just come off in pieces. The following day, the top layer of designs peeled off in full from each nail. So, 4 days after I had them done, I was left with stubs of nails and the basic matte white under layer of the SNS. I've never seen this happen and am just glad it waited until after wedding day, but I was super disappointed after growing my nails to the longest they had ever been. I reached out to the nail artist to let her know what had happened. I am not local so I couldn't go in for a touch up, but I figured that after the money we spent and it being a special occasion some of it would have been refunded. I just got a quick "sorry about that!" And nothing more. I have to think it was because of how filed down the nails were and the thin layers of SNS application. Super disappointing and I dealt with gross nails my whole honeymoon.

Decent job on my granddaughters nails. They squeezed three people in near closing time.read more

i've been going here since high school years ago, but things have changed. i came in once for gel-x…read morenails before thanksgiving. i got them done with the new technician (Sam i think?) and 1/2 a week later, every single one had peeled off like stickers. i came back in to have them fixed with michelle, gel-x again, and same thing they all started peeling off not even 2 days later. i figured they don't do them that frequently but $65 for them was upsetting. -- i came to the salon right at 9:00 before christmas because maps said it was open at 9. i forgot they wrote 9:30 on the door but whatever i was going to wait. then two ladies pulled up next to me at 9:10, one got out of her car and went to go open the door to reveal a dark store. then michelle comes up 2 minutes later, says to wait (because it's not 9:30), then both the ladies walk right in and get serviced immediately when they both had seen me sitting there waiting when they pulled up. although i was first and was planning to wait till 9:30 when they ACTUALLY opened, being respectful, i got serviced last and got to wait an hour and a half. when the new technician arrived, i figured it was my turn since the one lady was getting her toes done and the other girl was getting her nails done. low and behold, i was told to sit back down and wait because the lady getting her toes done was next in line for fingers EVEN though she wasn't even done. ridiculous favoritism.. ---- after many years of going here, i will officially be going somewhere else. high prices, favoritism towards the regulars and high schoolers, wait times of up to 3 hours (i would know), and understaffed severely.

I think they do really well for manicures, but I would not recommend for a pedicure- at least not…read morewith the technician I had. Very rough, painful and rushed experience. Did not take care with filing or clipping or pushing cuticles back, honestly I was wincing and it was painful. When I asked to please lighten the pressure on my shin bones during the massage, she did not understand my request and instead simply stopped My technician was friendly but unfortunately did not seem to care about giving me a relaxing experience. I'm sure she could if she wanted to. Reasonable prices, and probably a better experience with a different technician, but beware! I'd personally rather go somewhere I know I'll receive good care 100% of the time.
