We were traveling from out of state and I did not have an appointment but was happy to find out they could do my manicure. Olivia did an awesome job on my nails and she was very friendly and accommodating. I recommend this nail salon! read more

Zero. I called and texted before my scheduled appointment to see if me being 10mins late would be an issue. No response via text. No one answered the phone at a place of business. The policy that was sent me to me doesnt say anything about a late policy. I wasnt going to waste MORE time and money coming in to be told No. Where is the receptionist??? read more

Jala is my tech and I always leave with a unique and beautiful set of nails. The ladies in the salon are like family.

I am very glad I found this amazing nail salon ! After many years trying different nail salons I can say I finally found my place and nail tech . When I first came to the nail salon I immediately loved it the vibes and the beautiful ladies made it an experience for me never had I've gone to a place like that and just beautiful ladies being attentive and just having fun conversations with everyone ! I loved it there !. Who I got paired with her name is Olivia ! And I was shy but she made me feel welcomed and just have fun conversations and made it my experience there wonderful and to find out how artistic she is opened up a door for amazing creativity that I've always wanted to do , but she definitely listened in how I would like my nails working in pediatric dentistry as an assistant having short nails is important due to working with very small tools we use was key for me and to say she rocked it and I fell in love with my nails ! All my co workers loved them as well !.. I also just took my 5 yr old daughter for an early bday present to get her nails done and we asked Olivia if she can do a bluey inspired nails for her she was more than glad to make that happen and when I say omg we were amazed how they came out she killed it !! She's amazing and very talented my little one was soo happy she showed it off to everyone ! Thank you so much for putting a smile on her face as all the other beautiful ladies that I seen there work they are all very talented at what they do. I 100% recommended coming here if you want to feel beautiful and have amazing nails !! read more

The vibe was phenomenal! These ladies definitely know how to pamper and relax you. Such a great experience and even better people! Nia- who did my pedi, was extra amazing, she went above and beyond to make my visit more than I expected. They had my return business within my first 5 minutes. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed! read more

Took 2 hours and 20 minutes to soak off acrylics, shape, and do two coat of a neutral color. My cuticle bled because she drilled so hard, and she cut and shaped my nails without addressing or asking me. After trying to follow a picture design I showed and failing, another supervisor it seems came over and told me they aren't "photocopiers". You should be able to do a simple design with all the photos you show on your site. Ended up leaving with poorly shaped nails and a nude coat because they couldn't reference a simple cherry design. read more

So, I Purposely Delayed leaving a review after my 1st Experience with this Nail shop because altho I liked my nails, I had to wait over an hour for my "Scheduled Appointment" Despite Following the Stringent Rules in Regards to Paying a Non Refundable Deposit and Arriving at thee Exact Appointment Time due to having Only a 2 chair waiting area. I Didn't Complain at the time because I Definitely Understand that Overbooking Happens sometimes. HOWEVER, When I Texted (their preference) to schedule my Fill In and mentioned my concern in Regards to my 1st Experience the Owners Response Was Most Definitely NOT Customer Service Oriented and Disappointingly Dismissive. Ultimately I was told this was not the salon for me read more

Wish there was a zero. The photos do not match the environment I walked into. Appointment was confirmed for 1:30 then pushed until 2:00. Was not sitting in chair until 2:40. I asked for the "Plush Dip Powder Manicure" my nails were never cleaned and these "extremely sanitary and sterilized tools" were no where to be found. She went to other stations to borrow tools. Caused almost every cuticle to bleed. The tv was blaring, work station had nail clippings everywhere. Then the pedicure was even more of a joke. Was taken to a back room where again another tv was turned on blaring, the water was ice cold and "soaked" for maybe 2 minutes. Again cuticles we're not trimmed. Nails just shaped and polish applied. When she said total was $150.00 I thought it was a joke. This place is an absolute joke and I'm embarrassed I even allowed myself to experience it. The website does NOT match the service you receive. Now just waiting for some type of infection from all the cuts I received. Do NOT waste your money. read more

This place is amazing! They make you feel very safe with all of the Covid precautions and social distancing guidelines that they have in place... and my nails came out AMAAAAAZZZZINNNG!! My tech was Talaia and she was so kind and patient, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend their services. I will definitely be going again! read more

Wow! Talk about proper social distancing and safety precautions, not to mention a great quality manicure! We were visiting Georgia and I had a full set nail and my daughter wanted a gel manicure. As soon as we entered the salon we were asked to wash our hands. The nail technicians were great following safety precautions. As we left the salon we saw staff sanitize the nail stations and chairs! All of their attention to safety was a great reassurance of this attention to detail. read more

Image Is Everything Nail Bar is like finding a hidden treasure. The nail bar looks amazing. I have been getting my nails done from the age of 16. I probably have been to every nail salon in Savannah,Ga,and never walked out totally happy like I did today. Kat is a true professional. She didn't rush on my nails, and made me feel like I was important. The service that was performed was a nail soak off,a natural acylic overlay, and 4 designs. Im giving my honest reveiw. My nails look and feel amazing.Kat...keep doing your thing girl. I have found my pot of gold. read more

I wish I could give a zero, they owner never reached out to apologize or compensate when my appointment (booked 2 weeks in advance) wasn't on there schedule, I walked up to the door a couple minutes before my appointment only to be met by someone asking why I was there, I told her that I had an appointment with tori at 10, she then looks behind her and proceeds to give a confused look to tori (who has someone in her chair) and tori says she doesn't haven't a appointment for me. I showed her the confirmation, and she says sorry but we don't have any appointment for you (keep in mind that nobody checked a computer or anything to look for record of my appointment). She then says that I can't come in today but can come back another day, I asked how long and she said 1-2 weeks! Are u kidding me, I had to pay a 20 deposit and y'all still managed to not have report of my appointment. Then you tell me I have to wait 2 weeks?? All I got was a pathetic sorry and back my 20$ deposit. read more

I only rated one star because I had to rate in order to leave a rating, if I could rate zero starts that's exactly what I'd rate this establishment. The service is awful! For the prices, you'd think you are getting exactly what you paid for and will receive quality nails. My daughter just spent $40 on a full set (their prices start at this rate) for regular acrylics. When I saw her nails I was disgusted! I took pics and posted them on their Facebook page. I mean it looked as if an amateur still in school did her nails. For $40 I'd expect way more. I can go to Famous Nails by PetSmart and get QUALITY nails starting at $25 for a full set. They look absolutely professional and well worth my money. I will never step foot or allow anyone I know (especially if I'm the one paying) to get any service at IIE Nail Bar. That place is horrible. They say they are nail technicians with licenses, but their work shows otherwise. Disappointed. read more
